Chapter 10 The Threaten

Fiona frowned at Gregory's words. From his eyes, Fiona knew he should have some new plans.

She was annoyed with Gregory because he was using her to do business. But now, she saw a subtle hint of interest in his eyes, she was becoming a little worried that he would fall for Nicole again. She could abandon Gregory, but it didn't mean that he could abandon her.

"I don't care whether she is useful to you or not. You should know it clearly that she's not your girlfriend anymore, but I am."

Fiona reached out and pointed a finger at his chest, and stared at him with a warning look.

"Don't worry darling. I love you and you are the true love of my life," Gregory said gently and landed a kiss on her right cheek. But his eyes was landing on somewhere else.

"Can she really help you? Why do you think she's better than me? If she could do because of that man, as long as I..." Fiona thought, then she pushed Gregory little away.

"Mr. Graham, what are you doing alone here?"

Hearing a woman's voice, Kerr turned around and saw it was Fiona. He looked at Fiona, who was trying hard to show her charming, with a poker face and asked,

"Anything?" he inquired coldly.

Seeing that Kerr didn't refuse her directly, she thought that she still had a chance. So she leaned over to him and looked at him with enchanting eyes.

"Everything is fine, Mr. Graham."

Kerr frowned and took a step back at her too strong perfume. He didn't leave straight away as he suddenly reminded that she knew the past Nicole. Maybe he could get something from this woman that his assistant Jared failed to dig it out.

"Did you know Nicole Morgan very well before?" he asked casually.

When Fiona saw that Kerr was interested in Nicole, a hint of cunning flashed in her eyes, which were originally filled with jealousy. With an innocent look, she replied, "Of course! Actually, I grew up with Nicole together so I know everything about her. If you are interested, I can tell you every secret I know. We could find a place, and I would tell you everything slowly one by one..."

Fiona looked at Kerr straight in the eyes and lifted her hand to touch his chest. It was fairly obvious that she was trying to seduce him.

Meanwhile, Nicole was just walking out to look for Kerr as she noticed that Kerr and Fiona had both left for a little long time. She actually got a bit of worry because she didn't believe Fiona would give up so easily.

"Hi, Nicole. It's been a long time." Just as Nicole stepped out of the door, she saw the face of man who she hated the most, Gregory Robinson.

"Why are you here?" Nicole narrowed her eyes and took a step away from him, "so, you are here with Fiona, right?"

Nicole glanced to the far side of the corridor, sure enough, Kerr and Fiona was standing there very closely to each other while Kerr had his back to her. Fiona saw her first and there was provocation in her eyes.

So, Nicole didn't wait for Gregory's reply and walked to Kerr.

"Wait a minute. Nicole, yes you're right I come with Fiona. And she told me that you're now with Kerr Graham." Gregory saw Nick trying to leave and grabbed her by the wrist to stop her, "Nicole, please, do me a favor. You help me with persuading Kerr to invest the Robinson Group. I really need a sum of money, only 50 million, it's not a big deal to Kerr. For the sake of the good time we have been together, help me for this time."

Gregory knew this number of money was not much to the great Graham Group but it's the survival of the Robinson Group that was at stake. He didn't care if the woman who could be used was Nick or Fiona, he just had to get the money.

Fiona listened to him absentmindedly, her eyes never leaving Kerr. She didn't want to continued the conversation with Gregorian, she tried to beak free from his grip.

Gregory didn't let go of her but held her hand raised to his lips and tried to land a kiss. Seven years later, Nicole wasn't that childish girl but became a matured woman with seductive charming. She wears a well-cut professional suit and her long, thick hair is worn in a ponytail making George's heart grow fonder.

Nicole shrugged off his hand with greater force and raised her voice to retort, "You shameless bastard! You even call that a good time? I only regret that I was so blind that to be with you!"

"Then you think Kerr was better than me, right? He's rich and hot. But do you think if he knew what a loose woman you were seven years ago, he would still be with you? Be a good girl and listen to me, maybe I will help you hide it from Kerr. " George's mouth pinched up in an impish grin.

"Go hell! I never see such a piece of shit like you! Listen, the Robinson Group will die on your hand soon or later!" Anger in Nicole's eyes.

Just as Nicole was arguing with Gregory, Kerr also noticed the noise of them. He turned his sight, just caught Gregory was holding Nicole's hand in his grip. He frowned with unpleasant.

Catching his eyes, Nicole panicked a little. She walked to Kerr with stress, worrying about that Fiona had already told him something. She didn't care how they would slander her, but she couldn't risk to let Kerr know about that night seven years ago.

Fiona saw her approaching, she proudly smiled and her hand made a move to wrap around Kerr's arm.

Before Kerr could avoid her touch, Nicole was one step ahead of him, pulling Fiona's arm away and flinging her vigorously to the side.

"Fiona, watch yourself! Who do you think you are, and you even dream to hook on Mr. Graham? No matter what nonsense you told, he won't you such a hypocritical woman!" Nicole did try to cover it up and went a bit over excited.

Her heart pounded heavily in her chest. She didn't dare to look at Kerr but she could clearly feel his gaze. She wasn't sure if Kerr had already knew something. At the moment he was just watching quietly without making any other move.

Fiona nearly stumbled. She was breathing heavily out of anger as she looked at Nicole sharply. She didn't expect that Nicole would pulled so hard on her without warning and she scolded back, "Nicole, who do you think you are? Do you think you still that privileged daughter of Morgan family? Seven years ago you were already a dirty bitch! Do you believe Mr. Graham would never know?!"
