Chapter 9 Mr. Right (Part One)

Then the two of them chatted about their recent situation.

Doris used to live in the same dormitory with Evelyn. After Doris was promoted to her senior year, in order to facilitate her work, she moved out early and lived alone in the single apartment.

"What are you going to do after graduation? Are you sure to move out of the dormitory and rent an apartment like me? I'm worried that your salary for a month is not enough to pay the room charge!" Doris said.

His friend's words made Evelyn speechless.

In fact, Evelyn's home was in G City, but her parents' and her views on her future differed greatly. One of them wanted her to take over the family business and be a landlady who had no worries about food and clothing, and the other took her to go on blind dates and asked the man to marry her and take over the fruit shop they had run for decades.

Every time Evelyn went back home, her parents would quarrel with each other. If she moved back, her family would have fight every day.

Doris knew about Evelyn's family, so she had never thought that Evelyn would come back to her parents.

"Anyway, I can live in the dormitory for a while. At the worst, I can find someone to rent the apartment together." Evelyn was very optimistic.

Doris shook her head helplessly. "People like you can even use the sky as a quilt when the sky falls! In fact, you can apply for accommodation from the company. The Logistics Department has employees' dormitories. Don't tell me that you don't know!" Doris said.

"I really don't know! It turns out that there are employees' dormitories in the Logistics Department! That's great! I'll go to find my manager later!" Evelyn said.

Her eyes lighted up.

"By the way, how are you doing in the Planning Department, Doris? Are you used to the work there?" Evelyn asked.

"The second one? Then who is the first one?" Evelyn asked in confusion.

Doris's face darkened and her smug mood disappeared in an instant as she heard this.

"Evelyn, tell me. Are your two big eyes the decorations on your face?" Doris gritted her teeth and stared at Evelyn, "Think about it carefully with your brain. Who has the most authority in the company? Young, handsome and rich. When you heard these words, wasn't our boss the first one that popped into your head? You must be kidding me."

"No wonder our boss chased you that day. He must be angry with you!" Doris sighed.

Evelyn couldn't refute.

"To be honest, I have fallen in love with the second eligible bachelor! Craig has both appearance and ability. His every move and action are full of the temperament of a top leader. Ordinary elites can't be compared with him at all!" Doris said shyly.

"Really?" Evelyn asked.

'Is he so good that made Doris, who had always been passive, took the initiative to take action?' Evelyn wondered.

"Yes, I have confirmed that he is my Mr. Right!" Doris replied.

Although Doris had been surrounded by men all the time, she still had the strength to be capable. Otherwise, she wouldn't have been assigned to the Planning Department by the Sybil Hotel and won a lot of people's support in a short time. Doris couldn't win these just by her appearance.

And as long as Doris targeted the target, she always gotten it.

"I want to make your dream come true! I will support you secretly!" Evelyn encouraged her.

"I don't need spiritual support." As Doris spoke, she took out a makeup box to fix her makeup. She bit her two red lips and winked at Evelyn. "I think you can use your position to help me inquire about some information."

"Me? I'm just a cleaner. I..."

"But you are the cleaner of the twenty sixth floor." Before Evelyn could finish her words, Doris interrupted her. Then a gleam flashed through Doris' eyes.

After the lunch break, Evelyn went back to her department to apply for an accommodation, because the person who had resigned before had moved away. The manager said that she could stay on the empty bed and printed an accommodation application form for her.

With accommodation, Evelyn was overjoyed and worked harder than usual.

When she came out of the tea room, she took a look at the three secretaries who were working hard. Thinking of the "task" that Doris had told her, she tiptoed to the three and forced a smile. "Excuse me, are you busy now?"

The elevator incident this morning was known to all. In less than a morning, the company had spread several versions of the truth, including the boss became crazy because of love, regardless of his image! The second version-the cleaner was so scheming that she even risked her life to attract the boss' attention! Another version-the cleaning girl of the Logistics Department was actually a relative of the CEO, and the Sybil Hotel was going to be changed.

Rumors were spreading everywhere, but Evelyn and Byron didn't know anything about it.

The three secretaries who had witnessed what had happened had also heard the rumors.

Therefore, their attitude towards Evelyn had changed a lot.

"My name is Grace Liu." The secretary sitting in the middle decided to take the initiative to break the silence. "What about you?"

"Me? My name is Evelyn. Evelyn Su."

The other two also made a self-introduction. The one in front was called Beth Chen, and the last one was called Cathy Wei.
