Chapter 6 The celebrity club

Edward was sitting on his study chair reviewing some of his contract, when suddenly his phone rang glancing at the screen,he picked it up.

Hey babe how are you doing???Lisa said at the other end

Am good Lisa, what's up ??why did you call he asked her

Well babe it's nothing much am just heading over to the nightclub later this evening and I was wondering if you would come over for a party Lisa said.

Sure I will be there,he said, okay babe see you later bye she said hanging up the call.

At the Taylor's mansion

At his residence Edward was dressed in his luxurious designer suit, looking so charming and handsome as he prepared for the nightclub,he picked up his phone from the nightstand calling his best friend.

Hey buddy he said,what's up grumpy old man Daniel teased him

Meet me at my favorite nightclub by in the next 30 minutes

Sure I will be there, Daniel said, alright then see you there he said hanging up the call immediately.

Guards!! He called out to one of his bodyguard,

Yes master he replied,get my Lamborghini ready we leave in 5 minutes,he commanded.

Yes sir the bodyguard replied, hurrying off to get the car ready.

At the nightclub.

At the nightclub, Edward made his way into the luxurious high-end nightclub only for the elite and the most influenced,he was immediately surrounded by familiar faces,his fans and among the crowd one person stood out his girlfriend.

A model Lisa Smith,her striking features and effort less elegance which turns head wherever she went,she is known for her arrogant nature,

Lisa smiled brightly as Edward approached her,her eyes were filled with sparkling amusement

"Hey babe" she said,her voice husky and confident,I thought you wouldn't make it she said giving him a French kiss as the audience cheered for them.

Come let's sit she said leading him to the VIP section in the nightclub handing him a glass of vodka,

Well why did you call me here, I don't feel like partying tonight he said arrogantly.

"Come on babe",I called you here so we can celebrate my new endorsement deal,I bagged am endorsement deal of ($15,000 dollars),which came with some other benefits,so that's why we are here to celebrate.

Okay that's good congratulations to you,he was cut off by the buzzing sound of his phone,he picked it up, answering it immediately.

"Hey buddy where are you?? He asked Daniel over the phone.

"Am here already man",which section of the club are you at he asked

"Am In the VIP section he replied", already I will be there.

After a few minutes he arrived at the VIP section,hey man what's up Daniel said giving him a hand shake,

"Hey Lisa, how are you doing?? He asked Lisa,who just rolled her eyes.

Am good, and what are you doing here?? Because I know that I didn't invite you, she said rudely to Daniel,

I invited him,do you have a problem with him being here Edward asked Lisa

"No babe , I don't have a problem with him, but I wanted to celebrate this moment with you alone, but you invited your sidekick,she said annoying Edward the more.

Don't you ever speak to my best friend in that manner ever again he snapped angrily at her or am going to make sure you regret it,do not taste my patience,he warned her.

Come Daniel let's go home am no longer in the mood to party anymore,he said getting up angrily,

Am so sorry babe, I didn't mean to upset you, please do not leave,the party will be incomplete without you, please do not leave,I promise that I won't say anything to him again.

You should have thought about that before being so rude and mean to Daniel he said storming out of the party with Daniel.

At his residence

It is past 11 pm,Zara is still awake and was doing the dishes in the kitchen, when she suddenly heard a car driving into the mansion,she quickly rinsed her hands as she stepped out to see who it was, arriving in the compound so late at night,

She came and stood in the living room, placing her hands on the couch, immediately Edward entered with Daniel,

"Will you get your dirty hands off my couch and what are you doing here by this time of the night;,he asked Zara who was just staring at them,

But she kept mute and was trembling with fear, that made Edward so angry that he snapped at her,

Is there a movie happening here,will you get lost,he snapped at her angrily causing her to flinch leaving the scene immediately.

"Woohoo,easy man you don't have to be so rude to her", and who is that pretty goddess,I have never seen a lady so beautiful without makeup, Daniel asked

"She is my new house keeper",he replied taking a seat on the couch

"Wow she is so pretty", you have a beautiful damsel for a house keeper Daniel said, taking a seat beside him, but Edward warned him saying,

"She is not beautiful and keep your eyes off her",he warned

You got to be kidding me man, don't you have eyes,she is very beautiful Daniel said,

"Well whatever you say,that is none of my business", Edward said feeling so irritated.

Fine then let me get a drink from the bar,since we left the party in a haste, but man your girlfriend is as rude as anything, Daniel said pouring out a drink for his self and pouring another glass for Edward,

It's fine, I don't want to talk about it, Edward said taking a sip from his glass.
