Chapter 1 Life of an arrogant actor

"It's a bright morning in the Taylor's mansion, there in the living room Edward Taylor a 34 year old a famous Hollywood actor,A billionaire with a net worth of ($ 2 Billion dollars), who had investments all over the country,

He had a striking figure with chiseled features and piercing hazel eyes that seems to see right through you,his brown hair is perfectly styled framing his strong jawline and full lips,

He stood up standing so tall, with broad shoulders,as he strode through his mansion, arrogance and superiority filled the air, his designer shoes clicking on the marble floor,

He tossed his luxurious sunglasses onto a sophisticated foyer table,his gaze sweeping the room with an air of superiority and authority, sending shivers down the spines of his staff members.

"Where" is my coffee?? He barked not bothering to look at the staff members,who stood there filled with fear and trembling,

The staff members scurried off to fetch his coffee, while Edward checked his phone,his expression growing increasingly irritated.

"Here is your coffee sir",the staff member said to him,glued to his phone for over a minute, collecting the mug from him and taking a sip.

"What!!!! Is this rubbish you served me, how many times should I tell you that that I don't like brown sugar in my coffee,you pathetic low- life he barked.

"Am so sorry master",it slipped my mind, please forgive me the staff member pleaded getting on his knees, trembling with fear,

"Please forgive me master',I will not make this mistake ever again, please have pity on me.

"You will definitely be punished for your mistakes and you should have known better that in the Taylor's mansion there is no room for mistakes",he roared in anger

he emptied the cup of hot coffee on the man,as he screamed and whined in pain.you are fired,he said.

Guards!!! he called out to his bodyguard take him away,I do not want to see him anywhere close to my mansion.

"And put up a notice that a house keeper is wanted and this time around I want it to be a female",Do you understand me

"yes boss he replied" dragging out the staff,who was already groaning in pain.

He sat down on a luxurious couch in his living room, scrolling through his phone, but he was interrupted by his best friend Daniel.

"Hey buddy",he said Daniel is Edward's childhood best friend and a fellow actor,who has a charming smile and quick wit, Daniel brings about a lighthearted energy to those around him,

He is known for his flexibility on screen, playing a range of roles from comedic to dramatic,he has an undeniable charisma.

They have been friends from their childhood,they have stood by each other through thick and thin.

"Why is your face,so grumpy this morning",easy man you might get wrinkles from that he laughed out loud hahaha.

Woohoo!!! Knowing you,I think that's not the case, what did the poor man do that made you so grumpy,

Nevermind all that I have already fired him and I have already asked for his replacement,this time around it's gonna be a lady and sick and tired of all this male folks,he said taking his gaze back to his phone.

"Woohoo I thought you didn't want a female house keeper and now you are getting one??Easy man you might end up falling in love with her,he teased him.

That is not going to happen,he said rolling his eyes,I am not going to stoop so low by falling in love with my house keeper and a low life and coming to that have you forgotten I have a girlfriend.

"No I did not",who will forget the arrogant Lisa,who is so full of herself, feeling like a queen or something,

"That is your opinion Daniel",not mine and Lisa fits into my lifestyle and she is a renowned model,who also has a sophisticated lifestyle like me.

"But do you love her or is it because she fits into your lifestyle", Daniel asked

"Well I don't believe in love and she fits into my perfect description of a prefect woman", that is more than enough he said.

Well what do you expect from two arrogant people Daniel teased.

Giving their relationship,he is the only person who could talk to Edward the way he wants, expressing his self freely.

"And here comes my two handsome sons",his mother Susan Taylor said descending down the stairs,she smiled at them,she is a kind and elegant woman,who is soft hearted and genuinely cares about everyone around her.

"And here comes the most beautiful woman", Daniel said standing up to give her a hug,I have missed you so much mom.

"I missed you too son, how have you" been she asked,

"You are look so skinny", have you been feeding well??,my baby looks so stressed,she said

"Am fine mom,you don't have to worry",it's just work stress and nothing much and I have missed you so much,that's the reason I finished my work so quickly In L A,so that I could come and be with you.

That's so sweet of you son, Daniel is an orphan, but is accepted by the Taylor's family, because of her relationship with Edward,

Susan Taylor considered him to be her son and their relationship is so strong

What is wrong with you Edward,why do you have that look on your face his mother asked??

"Don't mind him mom", he is has always being a grumpy fellow, Daniel teased

Mom let me tell you about my trip to L A, Oh yes son come have a sit beside me and tell me everything that happened in L A

"As they started chit chatting", Daniel told his mother everything that had happened,the places he had been to, the women he saw and everything that happened,over there.

Feeling irritated,by what they were discussing and how they were laughing, Edward stood up and went to his bedroom.

The following day at the Taylor's mansion,every staff member were all filed with anxiety and fear over what had happened the previous day,

"They all carried out their duties", very diligently, to avoid getting into trouble with Mr Edward.
