Chapter 3 Witch in My Room

My life was turned into a mess when My Dad gave me a condition To Marry the girl of his choice. I had no other option and there I was in the room with her. Everyone was so happy and Mom was advising me to deal with her with Patience as she was so nervous.

Mom knew everything about my girlfriend, Aditi. We had been in a relationship since last year and we are pretty sure about each other but Dad didn't agree and I had to marry this Selena Kapoor. Who was she?? Where did she live?? I had no idea.

All I knew was that she was the daughter of my Father's Friend and that's it. I went into the room and was thinking that I would just order her and tell her to be silent until I get a divorce. I thought she would be an innocent typical wife who won't say anything to her husband.

But I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw her for the first time. She was the same stupid, Silly, idiot girl from the bar who insulted me in front of my friends and created a scene at the bar.

I was so mad at her and there she was standing there. And pretending as If I was the worst person on this earth with whom she married to.

I mean I should have been the one talking and ordering and there she was behaving as If I was dying to marry her.

Thankfully she had no problem with divorce or anything so I was relieved by that but the problem was that the legal procedure would take some time and till then I have to pretend that I am happy with her.

But that seemed to be impossible. As soon as I got out of the washroom I couldn't believe my eyes. She had thrown everything out of her bags and was looking for something and the mess there was making me go crazy.

I took a deep breath and tried to keep calm but the dressing table was covered with her jewelry and Pins and so many things.

"What the hell?? Don't you have any manners?? What's all this?? Listen Madam I like an organized cleanroom every time. So Wind up everything and clean this all up. I have to go to the office tomorrow and I don't like unorganized things like that."

"Well, that's so bad for you Mr..."

She was thinking and then she spoke again.

"What was your name again?? I can't recall it!!"

"It's..."

I felt so insulting. I never got to introduce myself. I believed that I had a personality that people remember even if they meet me once. And there she was sitting there and still looking for something and pretending as if she didn't care about my name Even. She didn't even remember my name. That was so weird.

I was getting mad listening to that.

"Anyways forget whatever your name is. Listen. I like things my way and since we are forced so please Cooperate. And one more thing if you remember we got a little bit like married a few hours ago so behave and learn to share your room."

"In the middle of the night are you looking for something that witches wear at the night?? Like makeup??"

I tried to make her angry and she started laughing.

"You have a nice sense of humor. But I am not looking for makeup. I was looking for my sleeping suit. I couldn't find it in the bag."

I opened the cupboard took out her dress and showed it to her.

"Oh, it's there?? But I didn't set up this cupboard. Who did??"

"I hated my cupboard and room sharing and there she was. Half of my cupboard was now filled with her clothes and Mom set all that herself yesterday. Even though I was so angry she didn't care.

"Mom asked the maid and she did it yesterday. All your clothes are there. Now, would you please turn off the lights? I wanna sleep. I have to go to the office tomorrow."

She got up and immediately ran towards the washroom.

"Just a sec. I will be back soon. You should lie down. I will switch off the lights."

"But clean this mess first."

She didn't listen and went in and I then was thinking of going to sleep but I couldn't go leaving that place like that.

I immediately wrapped everything back in her bag and after getting satisfied I came out and there was another mess on the dressing table.

I took out the jewelry box and after cleaning the dressing I was about to pick up my pillow when she was back from the washroom.

She looked at me.

"You didn't sleep yet?? You were waiting for me?? Come on. Daddy's boy goes to sleep. I am not a witch. I am not gonna eat you."

"listen, For the last time, I am advising you to keep this room clean. I don't like a messy room."

She made that monkey face.

"Well, too bad. You have to share this room with me daddy's boy. And now stop complaining and go to sleep."

She sat in front of the dressing and started brushing her hair using my brush.

I went closer and took it away.

"Don't touch anything. Things that belong to me aren't yours. So don't you touch any of them."

"Who asked you to pack my bags again??? You should have left them like that. But it's okay I will search for my brush then."

Another mess. No. Not again.

"okay. Stop don't open that mess again. You can use it but just for now. Now, switch off the lights and don't make any noise."

I went to sleep on the couch and I never slept on it so It was a little uncomfortable for me. I was trying to adjust and trying to sleep but it's been almost half an hour and I couldn't sleep and she must have slept by then.

I was thinking of sleeping in the guest room and coming back in the morning when she switched on the lights.
