Chapter 3 A SECRET EXPOSED

Her eyes widen in shock as soon as the realisation hits her. She glances up at him to find him staring at her with burning desires in his eyes. She could tell he also felt their mate bond.

Before she could make any sound, she finds herself in his room, his arms wrapped around her possessively.

"I've finally found you!!" He whispers hoarsely into her ears, sending cold shivers down her spine as she felt heat emanating from her body.

She finds her body reacting to his touch, she was about to speak when he buries his head into the crook of her neck as he begins sniffing and sucking.

She couldn't help but let out a soft moan, a soothing melody to his ears as she tilted her head backward, savaging the moment. Killian's body heated up at the sound of her, and he instinctively crashed his lips on hers when she almost let out yet another moan. She moaned into his mouth.

He gave her bottom lips a love bite, and as she gasped, he slid his tongue in as he began tasting every corner of her mouth.

"You shouldn't be doing this, Hazel!! This shouldn't be happening!!" She screams in her head and she tries to pull way. " The moon goddess hasn't said anything about your case yet and you will end up getting killed." This thought ran through her mind but who was she kidding when her body was reacting otherwise.

She wrapped her hands around his neck in surrender as she kissed him back, her pace matching his. Their lips synced perfectly as it made pop sounds.

The next minute, they were on the bed with Killian untop, half of her clothes gone as his hands roamed through her body, tenderly and delicately.

After a passionate night together, Hazel awakes the next morning to find Killian still sleeping beside her. She stares at his peaceful face, admiring his handsome features. When she remembered she would need to get back to her quarters early to avoid any questions she wasn't ready to reply to, she climbs down noiselessly from the bed as she threw on her clothes and ran out.

Unknown to her, Mira was coming towards that direction and when Mira saw her, she was shocked. "Why is she emerging from the Alpha's chambers as early as this morning?" She asks rhetorically.

She shook her head in doubt. "Hope it wasn't what she was thinking?" She had kept her eyes on Killian yesterday and she watched as he walked towards Hazel's direction. She began fuming and in a haste to get to him, she collided into someone holding on to a drink, causing the drink to spill on her dress. She had to rush off to the restroom to wash up only to return back to find him gone.

She didn't give his disappearance much thought because she felt he might be tired and he needed to rest.

She planned she was going to see him this morning, her selfish reasons best known to her.

Buh she was beyond shocked when she saw Hazel emerging from his chambers as early as this. For her to come out of his chamber that early only means one thing...

She gasps at the realisation as she palms her mouth in shock.

"This can't be true right???" She questions herself, staring at Hazel who was sneaking out of the palace.

On a normal day, she could have just screamed her name and let the palace guards run after her, but today was different, there was something fishy going on. Killian can not stoop too low to do such with Hazel. Or could she have spent the night with one of the palace guards??

She thought, scrunching her face in disgust.

Hazel sits on her usual spot, lost in thoughts that she didn't notice Tatiana approaching her until she gave her a light tap and she jerks up in horror.

Tatiana furrows her brows in confusion as she stares at Hazel. "Stop being sneaky." Hazel whined.

"Sneaky!! I wasn't...you were lost." Tatiana defends as she sat down.

"You zoned off completely.....what's on your mind?" Tatiana asks, noticing her worried countenance.

"I don't know how to say this or where to even start from" Hazel mutters, shooking her head dejectedly as Tatiana face fell, sensing the pain and fear in her tone.

"Hazel, tell me what's wrong?? What happened??" Tatiana asks, her tone screaming urgency and concern.

"I don't know how to say this." Hazel mutters lowly as Tatiana struggles to grasp her words.

"You do know you can tell me anything right?" Tatiana asks and she nods.

"What happened?" She asks.

Hazel sighs out as she stares deep into Tatiana eyes.

"I've found my mate." Hazel mumbles and Tatiana face wells up into a heart warming smile.

"Wow...isn't that a good thing?" Tatiana asks as she frowned slightly.

"Killian is my mate." She blurts out and Tatiana's eyes widens in suprise.

"I'm so hapy for you girl, your so lucky." Tatiana screams out excitedly and Hazel rubbed her temples as she shook her head slightly.

"That isn't the main point. We met yesterday and we mated.." She pauses to feel the effect of her words on Tatiana. She just smiles dreamily at Hazel.

"But what happens when he introduces me to the pack as his Luna. Will I be accepted especially when I'm about to get banished or killed. I am not sure Alpha Killian has any idea about my curse..."

"Don't say that." Tatiana cuts in.

"Aren't you curious about the fact that you weren't judged yesterday." Tatiana blurts out after moments of silence as that seemed to pique on Hazel's interest.

Killian stirs in his sleep as the disturbing noise coming from outside wakes him up. He noticed that Hazel had left already. The noise seemed like an argument and he narrows his eyes as he threw on his clothes before walking out of the room.

It was Mira trying to fight her way in even when the guards tries to stop her. She proved stubborn, yelling on top of her voice that she wasn't going to leave without seeing the alpha.

Killian orders them to let her in as she glares at the guards who just scoffs at her.

As they entered his chambers, he took a seat as he stares at her. "Say what you're here for and be quick." He mutters in a cold tone and she felt somewhat intimidated but she maintained composure.

"What I'm about to tell you is a very shocking piece of news that you might find hard to believe." Mira utters and Killian just stares at her blankly.

"I'm sure she didn't tell you but nothing can remain hidden forever. " Mira said and Killian crease his eyebrows.

"Are you here to speak in parables?? Go straight to the point." Killian said, slightly pissed by her attitude.

"Hazel, the lady you were with last night is a cursed witch...." Mira reveals to his utmost surprise.
