Chapter 3 3

Meisha's POV

I don't know but there seems to be something wrong with my bed. As I got older, I lost consciousness on the road so it had to be hard and very rough.

But why the softness of the softness of my bed ?! H-can't I be in heaven already? Immediately?

I want to confirm to myself whether I am still alive or dead. But I'm afraid that when I wake up, I'm really in heaven!

"San Pedro, I know you know I'm having a hard time on the ground but please don't take me first!" I whispered loudly.

I can hear my heartbeat... just wait! Do the ghosts in heaven still have hearts? Why can I hear mine?

"Pfft!" I was stunned at the thought when I suddenly heard a faint laugh. What's that? Is that San Pedro?

"It seems like you are already awake." t-teka? Female voice? Is San Pedro a woman?

Ih! I really don't want to open my eyes! Ayoko na!

"Come on, I'm already here you talking. Stop daydreaming. "

I was stunned to think when that woman's voice spoke again. I swallowed my own saliva and thought twice more when I opened my eyes.

But in the end, I decided to open my eyes slowly.

At first, I saw only a flash of light that made me nervous. But as time went on I could see a shadow.

"Finally." He said this before the woman laughed softly.

Gradually my eyes brightened until I could see its full face. It is true. I'm not really in heaven, I'm really alive!

I made a sigh before being touched to my chest. I turned back to the woman smiling at me and turned my gaze around.

"Where am I? Who are you?" I asked him immediately.

"I'm Seia Merdival and you're here at my friend's house." He answered me immediately.

Seia Merdival. The name sounds like a foreigner.

"How' bout you? What's your name? " back to this question.

"I'm Meisha Estralia." I said before looking at my clothes.

I was still wearing this, except for my wounds that were already covered with cloth. He seems to have treated it.

"I'm glad you woke up. My friend and I are all worried that you might never wake up again. " He said before standing up and opening a cabinet. It contains clothes.

"What do you mean by never waking up again? Don't tell me... how many days have I slept? "

He turned to me before approaching and laying the dress next to me, "Absolutely, right. You have 5 days of sleep. "

I could barely speak because of what he said. If so, I've been asleep for five days. Does it seem like something has changed in my body?

I was about to speak again when my side suddenly ached which made me moan weakly.

"Are you okay?" Seia asked immediately when she saw the difficulty on my face.

I couldn't even answer when suddenly there was a knock on the door, "Ah, wait a minute. I'll just open the door. " He said before starting to walk towards the door.

The concern was obvious on his face while I was still struggling to endure the pain in my side. I no longer worry that I got injured on my side.

Meisha's POV

"Meisha ..." I turned to Seia's behavior again. "Meet my friend, Finn."

I looked at his hand pointing at the man next to him. A tall, navy blue haired man stood in front of me.

So handsome...

"Hello." He said more before smiling.

I also want him to smile, case I can't help but ignore my side. It hurts even more.

"U-ugh!" I couldn't stop myself from complaining of pain. Very painful. It was as if someone was stabbing and crawling on my side.

My breathing is also getting heavier...

"M-Meisha? What hurts you ?? " Seia asked worriedly before touching me on the shoulder.

I automatically felt the danger causing me to look at it badly. He was even surprised by my reaction so he immediately moved away from me.

"I'm fine .. maybe I'm just hungry. You can leave me first. " I said tremblingly.

"O-okay. If you want to take a bath, just have your clothes next to you. Just tell me if you need something. " He said before they finally left.

"Ugh! It hurts!" for me to cry in great pain. It also seemed to pinch my side.

I closed my eyes and took a deep breath before sighing. I just do it over and over again until I gradually feel calm.

"Maybe I need to check my body." I whispered before picking up the dress that Seia left me.

Even before I could get up I suddenly felt my knee weaken causing me to fall to the floor. Shit. I was right in my suspicion.

Obviously, my body will weaken because I slept for five days and had no food.

"Tsk. It's up to you. " I just said before slowly standing up.

Somehow, I was able to get out of the room. It seemed like a few more minutes before I got here. Seriously, I don't know where the CR is going.

I gasped again. I have no choice. I need to cleanse my body even if I look like a turtle.

Meisha's POV.

As I continued to walk, my eyes wandered around. Very beautiful. It seems like only the rich live here.

It's not like our house is like this.

When I got to the very end, it was there that I immediately raised one eyebrow. Finally. After a few times I fell on the road also went to CR.

After I really take a bath, I will really eat a lot.

When I enter inside the CR. I immediately locked the door and put the clothes on a clothesline. I even looked at a basket where there were clothes placed.

Based on the clothes that are here, it looks like a lot of them still live here.

I just shrugged and removed the cloths from my wound one by one. While removing it, I remember those who bothered me.

All of them, witness my suffering. I paused for a moment before looking in the mirror. My face isn't that dirty but my hair is very blast.

Fortunately, my hair is short so I won't have a hard time fixing it. I took a deep breath before yawning and about to remove the remaining fabric, when suddenly my side ached again.

What the hell? What's going on here?

Out of curiosity, I immediately took off my clothes before looking at my side. It was there that something came up in me that made me cringe.

A-my side... b-why is it like this? Trembling I sat down on the floor before covering my mouth. Impossible.

How did this happen? When else did it start?

My side... slowly cracking the skin. Is that why I feel sick? Will I be like Ate Mika?

"I-I can't..." I said trembling as I looked at my side.

I can't be a monster. I don't want to be like them. I do not want!

I was immediately taken aback when I heard a knock on the door. "Meisha? Are you here?" S-Seia?

This is not possible. He can't see that my body is like this.

"Mei-" I immediately stood up and turned on the shower to stop Seia.

"W-why, Seia? Do you need anything? " I asked immediately.

"Ah .. nothing. You may have a hard time getting here. By the way, I brought some food to your room. " He said more. "And when you're done eating, go to the living room right away. We're all waiting there."

"S-okay!" if I agree with what it said.

Next, I heard no other words. That's why I immediately looked at my side. It's still small, maybe I can stop it.

I don't want them to throw me away and leave me alone. I don't want to experience that hellish thing alone again.

I know I'm very selfish but, I just want to live.

I felt liquid dripping down my cheek causing me to touch it. When was the last time I cried?

I was just stunned by the absence as I thought about everything that had happened. I don't know how many more hours I'll be like that until I decide to take a bath.

Meisha's POV

And after that, I immediately went to the room where I stayed and there all my wounds were treated. I also covered the cracks on my side with a cloth to make it look like I was injured there.

After that, I ate right away. Lots of placed fruit on the tray. I'm sure they gave it to me so I could gradually recover.

I took a deep breath before focusing on food again. I need to finish this right away so I can get to know the people who saved me.

I was just going to the living room, I immediately heard their noises. I just finished eating so my body is strong again. I almost ate all the fruit because I was so hungry.

"Why did his time go down?" I heard someone say. It's a man's voice.

It's not like Finn's voice, which means it's not just one man living here. That's okay and at least I can calm down a little because someone will save us.

"It's going down too, don't worry." Si Seia.

I guess. I need to show them. Because I don't want to be talked about face to face.

I was immediately taken aback when a man suddenly looked at me. His face looked familiar to me. Have we met before?

"This is Peter, the one who called you chicks. I hope you don't get mad at him. This is Cindy, the daughter of the owner of this house and one of those who saw you on the street. "

I immediately looked at that woman before smiling widely, "Thank you!" I sincerely spoke to him.

I was stunned to think that when Seia suddenly sneezed, it even gave Cindy a strange look which made me wonder. Why does something seem wrong?

"This is Kloe and Kael. If you notice, they have a resemblance because they are twins. And Kael also brought you here. " Seia said to me.

Maybe it's because I've been alone on the road for a few days so I feel like I'm new to them.

Suddenly I remembered the cracks on my side which made me nervous.

Cindy's mouth twitched before nodding. After that, I just kept quiet. They all laughed, while I just quietly listened to them.

I feel like I still don't belong to them. That's right. In my current situation, I can't get close to them.

I was held by my side. Just in case I couldn't stop it, I would walk away from them myself just so they wouldn't get hurt.
