"Oh! Thank you then and please can you just make it so that it shows nothing but the progress of any activity i have started for example if i'm working out then it would show a bar indicating how much work i would have to do before i get into shape" Lucid requested shamelessly
[No problems, you will like........ Hmm it seems it's time for you to wake up but just in case, when you want to return here in future, all you have to do is think about this place, you can access it from anywhere in the Omni-verse and even outside it] Akasha said as Lucid started to notice that his body was slowly fading away. It seems that he was still asleep in his room.
"Wow the time dilation is awesome" Lucid thought as his vision went dark and in the next second, he found himself in his room
Back inside his room, the first thing Lucid did was to pick up his phone and check the time, surprisingly it was just 12:46 AM meaning he had been gone for no more than 40 minutes. When his brother Austin had gone to sleep, Lucid had checked the time and it was 12:09 AM then which simply means that Lucid had spent several hours or even days in there but no more than 40 minutes had passed in real life.
"Well they are gods after all, if they don't have this level of power then something is wrong" Lucid thought as he got down from the bed then walked to the reading table at the side of the bed.
At this moment, Lucid wasn't so sure anymore if what he had gone through was real but he wanted to believe it was real after all it would mean that he was special but none of that mattered if he had dreamt it all so Lucid decided to test it out
"Status" Lucid called out into the silent room and instantly a holographic screen appears in his mind, it was just as Lucid had thought it would be.
This simply meant that everything he had experienced was real. It also meant that somewhere out there in the universe was an overpowered creature that had now been powered up by whatever God, it chose and along with him was a white ball that seemed to be capable of individual interstellar travel. Lucid hoped that if he was to meet these people in future then it would surely be on good terms.
"Wait a minute.......... it's real that means......." Lucid said then immediately grabbed the biggest textbook he could find on his mini-shelf that would soon collapse under its own weight. It was a biology textbook that weighed at least 10 kg and just a single page was about as long as his arm and just as wide.
This book was brought back from America from when Dad visited there last time and since then it has been gathering dust here but they couldn't be blamed for it, who would read such a large textbook when they haven't even finished reading the regular old textbook they had.
Now the book that had always being used as a platform for supporting other books was finally about to be opened and Lucid hoped that he would be able to understand it
After taking a deep breath and quietly and carefully cleaning off the dust on the book, He sat down then calmed his rapidly beating heart as focused on the book and immediately everything slowed down, all the noises in the background immediately faded but the now focused Lucid didn't notice any of this as his mind immediately started working at speeds he had never experienced before.
After a few more seconds of waiting, in order to determine the best position to sit in that would allow him to read fast, he opened the book and it was as though his mind was now a black hole that just sucked in every piece of new knowledge it found but that wasn't all.
Not only was he able to remember everything on the page just by looking at it, it took him no less than 3 seconds to completely understand what he had just read.
Noticing this abnormality, Lucid shrugged it off after all this whole chapter was about focused on introducing biology to the readers so Lucid wasn't too surprised that he understood it that easily instead he was more surprised at the fact that he could remember all the contents of the first page just by looking at it.
This was something Lucid thought to be completely impossible after all his brain was already having problems turning certain short term memories into long term, yes this was normal in all human beings but Lucid always felt as though it was worse for him... well it was after all when he noticed it, he started keeping a diary of his daily activities so he wouldn't forget them but then he lost the diary and still haven't found it because each time he remembers the diary, he gets distracted.
"Ok lucid focus, that's not your agenda for today" Lucid said to himself as he slapped his head then returned his focus back to the book as he immediately continued reading.
Lucid did not realize how much time that had passed until he was finally done with the large and heavy book. He had not just read it, he also understood it and could remember everything written in the book and could quote them word for word. After he was done reading the book,
