Chapter 3 You Want A Divorce

Wesley Clarkson was born into a rich family. He was Stella's childhood friend and they grew up together.

While driving, Wesley asked tentatively, "Have you really decided?"

"Yes. I've never been this sober before." After coming out of the Burton family's house, Stella finally managed to smile. It was a real kind of smile.

She was beautiful. And her smile lit up her whole face, making her look even more beautiful.

Wesley sighed, "I thought you would never think it through. I've been worrying about you for the past six years. I really don't know what you see in that jerk."

Stella nodded and said, "I am just a fool."

"Fortunately, you wake up before it's too late. If you waste another six years with him, you will be very old." Then he joked, "Actually, I have also decided that if you are already old by the time you are kicked out, I will marry you for companionship, albeit reluctantly. After all, we are childhood friends, right?"

Stella rolled her eyes at him. "Shut up!"

Wesley changed the topic. "By the way, this is the divorce agreement you asked me to prepare. Check it."

Stella took the documents from him, flipped through them casually, and said, "I won't take anything from Waylon. I didn't owe him anything in the past, and I won't owe him anything in the future."

She then signed the divorce agreement without hesitation.

When Wesley saw her sign it so quickly, he couldn't help laughing. "Wow, you are so cool!"

Stella put away the pen, raised her eyebrows, and said, "Let's go to the hospital."

"Okay, my lady," Wesley replied jokingly.

When they reached the hospital, they went directly to the top floor, which was exclusive to VIP patients.

Stella found Room 1203, knocked on the door, and pushed it open.

The delicate woman on the bed seemed frightened by Stella. She hid under the quilt in horror with tears in her eyes. She was terrified of Stella.

Waylon's face darkened upon seeing Stella. He asked coldly, "What are you doing here?"

Instead of answering his question, Stella slowly took out the divorce agreement from her bag and handed it to him. "Sign it, and I'll leave right away."

Waylon took it and looked through it. His face darkened even more. "You want a divorce?"

"Yes, I do." As she spoke, Stella tucked her hair behind her ear, smiled gently, and said indifferently, "The past six years have really been difficult for you. You can completely get rid of me after you sign it."

Waylon's brows furrowed, and he pulled a long face. He didn't know what trick Stella was playing.

At this moment, Ayla called weakly from the bed, "Waylon..."

This sound was a hint.

Waylon looked at her, turned to Stella, and said, "Let's talk about it when I go back. You go out first. Don't disturb Ayla."

"I'm serious. Anyway, you're taking her home, right? Isn't it good that I'm leaving? I know you don't want me to appear in front of you two."

"Stella!" Waylon's voice was cold and deep. It was as if he had reached his limit of tolerance toward her.

"Miss Wagner is watching and listening to us right now. Don't you want to divorce me anymore? Why? Have you already fallen in love with me?" After Stella said this, her mouth curved into an elegant and charming smile.

Ayla looked at Waylon with a pitiful expression and asked tentatively, "Waylon, what's wrong?"

Stella was also staring at him coldly, waiting for his decision.

"Okay, I'll sign it." Waylon pursed his lips, and his face was surprisingly cold.

Stella smiled with satisfaction. After he signed it, she took the divorce agreement and left without hesitation.

However, as soon as she walked out of the ward, tears streamed down her face uncontrollably.

Her eight years of love for him and their six years of marriage were all in vain.

Of course, it was only normal for her to feel sad.

And she felt like her heart was being stabbed by a sharp knife. It hurt so much.
