Chapter 8 Game Changer

The bank of China was founded by Jintao in the early twentieth century. It wasn't certain if he founded it alone or with a group of people but that notwithstanding, the bank was founded for several reasons. During that time, as the year went on, there was need to increase the number of persons working in the bank, the number of employees kept growing till it reached thirty thousand. In the mid century, they were already expanding immensely into the world of economy bearing different names.

Its relevance started to decline during the late century which drastically crawled into the twenty first century and the number of workers reduced as well. The reason for the collapse was because of the ills caused by the greedy government that they refused to allow money circulate in the country and without the proper circulation of money, the country suffers economic disequilibrium. In check with the other sibling banks, the one in shanghai, Hong Kong and other places were definitely doing very well because the corruption there was still mild to compare to what was going on in Beijing.

According to the governor of the bank, Mr Feng, he opened up to them that the total amount of money dispensed by the bank early to the smaller banks in the state reduced by forty five percent. Earlier, the distribute the total of ¥2trillion to the ten major banks in Beijing and from there, it got to their branches. Each of the banks received ¥2billion every Monday and from there, the number of branches the particular bank had would determine how much would be in circulation. That notwithstanding, funds were moving where they were meant to be till later back, it was reduced to twenty percent and eventually, forty five percent. Cutting the money down to forty percent was very poor and that made fund disbursement very hard which made the market to fluctuate and the level of crimes increased so badly. The shocker note was that the amount of income they get and the total money they print out increased but the outburst reduced. One might get to ask what happened to the funds, if they remained in the bank or not. The truth was that the bank maintained the twenty percent it deducted back then whereas the greedy politicians deduct extra twenty five percent making the overall deduction forty five percent.

The detective never knew of that particular hint, he just learnt something new and that would eventually help him in controlling the government and change the way they play the game till the heist was over. He was just trying to make the assholes understand the hardship they made the citizens pass through. Then, the plan changed as regards to money. Since their annual income both from asset were approximately ¥28trillion and they print more than ¥10trillion every month but end up distributing not up to ¥2trillion monthly to the smaller banks. The detective changed the amount of money they wanted to rob earlier, he multiplied it by ten which rounded the figured up to ¥3trillion. It wasn't out of greed because they didn't even stage the heist because the wanted the money, it was just a way of teaching those assholes a prompt lesson. Thanks to the governor of the bank who gave him all the satisfactory answers he needed and with that, the game because massive.

Aarul was a member of the gang, a subordinate given to him from Bangladesh. His talent of being an explosive master could have been very imminent if the governor of the bank refused to cooperate by all means. He was an expert when it relates to explosives, he could couple and uncouple any grade of explosive and also had the vast knowledge of guns. He wasn't an arm dealer but specifically, he studied something concerning arms, the repair and servicing as well as the usage. In Bangladesh, he had helped certain big gangs handle their weapons in the best way without being traced. To add to his talents, he personally produced his own silencer and it was absolutely very silent and efficient. Those were the many qualities the detective was presented with before he contracted him to be among the gang for the heist. And not to forget, he had his certificate from the Dhaka School of Engineers, Bangladesh.

He was bestowed with the responsibility of guarding their weapons, the activation of the explosives and distribution of arms and bullets when necessary. He was such a young man in his mid twenty but still, he wasn't the youngest. The detective made a very brilliant decision not to work with older robbers, he must have probably thought about the fact that they would be less effective and their inefficiency might jeopardize the whole plan. He chose the ones that had fresh and agile blood flowing in them and that gave him a higher opportunity to get everything done quickly. The oldest among the robbers was Miguel, followed by Lorenzo and the rest whereas, Yan was the youngest owing to the fact that she graduated recently from the hacking school. She was just twenty but with her, you would know that age was just a number because she responded to things farther than her age.

Aarul had been involved in three successful robberies, not huge one though. In all the robberies, he was the safe cracker, sometimes with the use of explosives and some other time, with the use of drilling machine. There was a time he stole an art work, a very expensive one at that which was kept in a safe awaiting to be auctioned. Due to the fact the security was heavy and no one to easily hack the codes, they went prepared and with their soft drills, aided by a chemically produced lubricant that cools the drill, they were able to get what they wanted. That was the toughest but successful robbery he had ever been engaged in before he met with the professor. When they were told that they were going to rob ¥300billions, they never knew it wasn't a day work till they started their classes. But then, things changed and they had to rob the unimaginably because no one would even expect them to rob such amount of money. That could only mean that their stay inside the bank was to be increased and the speed of the robbery would increase as well.

The social media platform bearing the name Mr Anonymous kept on growing, just within hours after the name of the platform was made known, the followers grew immensely even the government officials followed them too. There reason for following wasn't for any other thing apart from getting updates on what the robbers had in mind. The platform was sorely handled by their team in Bangladesh whereas the team at Saint Petersburg took charge of external aid concerning the heist. Before the heist started, Mr Wang had already put things in place, he worked in hand with his colleagues in the two places and it manifested so well that he could trust the both teams. It was in those two places that he prepared so well for the heist because for him to commence, he should be certain that his back ups were up to the task. It was even their readiness that gave the greenlight to come back and execute the heist thoroughly.

Saint Petersburg was one of the largest cities in Russia, in fact, it was the second largest city in Russia and has over five million residents. It's the fourth most populous city in Europe, the most populous in the Baltic sea and the world's northernmost city with over one million residents. And because of that, it's been governed as a federal city. Saint Petersburg was earlier known as Petrograd during the early twentieth century which later changed to Leningrad towards the end of the twentieth century. But the current name was Saint Petersburg. He chose there because he needed a country with good arms and since he had someone over there, it was much more easier for him. To be precise, it was the team over there that recommended Acacia for him of which he had the choice to accept or not. At the head of the gulf of finland on the Baltic sea and on the Neva river, the city of Saint Petersburg would be found. The leader of the team over there was Ivan Vladimir, a Russian gangster with a model of appetizing delivery when it concerned work.

Dhaka was the second place he had team. Dhaka being the largest city in Bangladesh, had more than fifty wards and those were governed by the Dhaka north city cooperation which was an autonomous body. It had more than fifteen million residents living there. It was his team there that gave him two robbers whom were Aarul and Angelo. The leader of the team at Bangladesh was a lady, she scaled through in the act of impersonation and imitation. She stole the mona lisa painting disguised as the mona Lisa herself and many others. Since she had her influence on social media, handling the Anonymous page should be best left for her. The lady's name was Aaditri. Maybe you need to understand the fact that she disguised herself and stole the mona lisa painting.

Few years ago, Aaditri had a mentor who was from Bangladesh as well, it was the man that initiated her into the bloodline of impersonation and imitation. She made use of chemicals both artificial and natural one to change the totality of her look. But before then, she grew up with her parents and they were wealthy enough to take good care of her. She was the second daughter and third child of the family of six. When she was ten, it was noticed that she had the passion of imitating people especially what she had seen in movies. She eventually practiced her characters all day without anyone questioning her or stopping her from doing such. Maybe they all thought that she would come off it when she eventually get older but that seemed no to be the case with her. As she grew up, he passion for work kept on improving and she started yearning for more at some point. Then, that was when the attention of her parents drew closer to her and just like she feared, they were blatantly against her dream to become an imitation artist. Fine, she wasn't going to live with them forever so she decided to follow their rules just for the meantime she was living with them. The parents wanted her to become a computer software engineer because she knew a lot about computers or maybe she would become an engineer since she always loved practical things right from when she was small. It was time for her to eventually leave the house and have her freedom. That happened when she travelled to South Carolina for her studies. She was meant to study software engineering forcefully but she changed her course of study by her own self without the knowledge of her parents. She still went on to study the course she wanted earlier on.

At her point of graduation, she had one exquisite project she presented and that particular work of art, bought the heart of everyone. That also gave her the connection she had ever yearned for and she came to meet up with elites in that field. From there, she got a mentor who furnished her memories with what she needed to know, the good sides and the evil sides of the job. She stayed few years with her mentor and eventually learnt everything she needed to learn but at some point, things changed. She never knew her mentor was using his talent for illegal things as well, when she found out, she didn't want to expose him, she wanted to take part of it but the mentor refused owing to the fact that she would pay a price before she would get what she wanted and the price was to sleep with him. With the outburst of anger and disappointed, she dissembled herself from her mentor and did her work alone yet, with her eyes on him.

Time came when she got the information that her mentor wanted to steal a certain artwork which was the mona lisa, she disguised as the mona lisa and stole the painting instead, that was when she knew the length of what she could do and her mentor was well aware that she was the one the double-crossed him.
