Chapter 1 Desire

Tiffany tugged effortlessly at the hem of her dress hoping the action will make it a little longer.

"I don't know why I let you talk me into wearing this ridiculously short dress" She muttered.

"Would you stop making a fuss and sit still, it makes you look sexy" Riley, her best friend replied.

Tiffany looked down at the short red dress. It clung to her body like a second skin accentuating her little curves and showing off her gorgeous long legs.

"I feel like a bimbo." Tiffany said.

"You look hot Tiff, now stop complaining, we're out to have a good time." Riley told her while turning to scan the dimly lit bar.

Tiffany followed suit, watched people laughing and dancing to the music that was humming softly in the background. Then she saw him.

It was as if everything else faded and it was just the two of them in the bar. He was seated alone at the bar, facing the opposite way, scanning the room.

He had a sharp jawline, his hair was dark and thick with hints of grey. His lips were drawing her in with every sip he took of his drink. Riley was saying something, but her voice had faded into the background.

Riley nudged her and followed her gaze.

"Who is that beauty of a man?" She whispered.

Tiffany didn't answer. She was tongue tied. Just then, he looked up and caught her staring. He smiled a knowing smile that sent a flush from her cheeks all the way to her toes. She instantly looked away.

"Go talk to him" Riley urged, noticing Tiff's interest.

"No way in hell." Tiff said, " What am I gonna say?"

" Well, you could tell him he looks smoking hot" Riley said with a grin.

Tiffany's eyes widened "Are you insane?"

"What's the worst that could happen?" Riley asked.

"For starters he looks way older than me and he could think I'm literally insane." Tiff answered.

"Live a little Tiff, worst case scenario he ignores you and you never have to see him again."

"Besides," Riley added with a smile "I think he is a little bit interested in you."

"Fine. I can't believe I'm about to do this." Tiff said while she stood up.

As she turned, she bumped into someone, spilling her drink on the person.

"I'm so sorry." She begins to say looking up. It was him.

Mortified, she tries to clean the mess of his shirt while muttering an apology. Her fingers brush across his hard chest and for a split second they lock eyes. She is lost again.

"Don't worry, it's fine. I was about to leave anyway." He says breaking eye contact.

Her heart was beating loudly and she was scared he could hear it.

"Sorry for bumping into you." He said, looking directly at her. That moment, Tiff forgot how to breathe.

Tiff turned to the table, flustered and Riley was practically buzzing.

"I can't believe that just happened."

Tiffany couldn't answer her, she just sat there mind spiraling, heart racing and her body tingling in an unfamiliar way.

She scanned the bar. He was gone.

Back at the hotel that night, she fell asleep thinking of him.

.....

The next evening, she bumped into him again.

"We really have to stop meeting like this." He said with a grin.

Tiffany blushed "I'm such a klutz" she says.

"Well, no major harm. We all good."

Tiffany made a move to leave, he touched her arm. His touch was electric.

I'm going to the bar to have a few drinks this evening. I'd like you to join me if you're free."

"I'm on vacation, I'm always free." She said with a shy smile.

"Great, let's go."

"Um, I have to change." She said looking down at her shorts and crop top.

"I'll be waiting at the bar." He told her.

Tiffany quickly went to her hotel room.

"You won't believe who I just bumped into." She says excitedly.

"Who?" Riley asks.

"The tall dreamy guy from the bar yesterday, and he invited me to have drinks. I came to change."

"Oh my gosh, Tiff." Riley says excitedly. "You need to wear something sexy.

"And I have just the outfit." Riley added with a big grin.

.....

When he saw her walk in, it took all his man power not to strip her and take her there and then like a wild animal.

This girl was going to be his undoing. The dress she wore was satin-black with a dangerously high slit revealing her toned thigh with each step she took.

The neckline was low enough to give you a tease and the back, non-existent. It plunged all the way down to the small of her back showing off smooth skin.

The dress hugged every curve with sinful precision and she paired it with straps stilettos.

"You're going to be the end of me." He whispered when Tiff had sat down at the table.

Tiff blushed furiously.

"I ordered whiskey and a red wine for you, would you want anything else ?" He asked.

"The red wine's fine." Tiff replied.

He handed her the drink and smirked. The smile that made her press her thighs together since she first saw him.

"Why are you sitting so far away? I don't bite." He said, his voice laced with heat.

She raised her eyebrow and sipped her drink. "Maybe I do."

He gave a low chuckle and the sound made her shiver.

She badly wanted to straddle him and kiss the smirk off his face. She imagined his hands sliding under her dress and his lips tracing every inch of her.

All she thought was she wanted him to do all the sinful things she'd fantasized about the night before.

He was fighting for control. He could already feel her under him. He could picture that dress on the ground, those glorious long legs wrapped around him while he kissed her like he'd been starved.

He wanted to trail his hands between her thighs, pull her closer till there was nothing between them. And he

wanted to hear the soft gasps she would make as he made her wet for him.

"Wanna dance?" He stood up and gave his hand.

She slid her small delicate fingers into his.

The music was a slow sultry beat.

He pulled her closer until their bodies touched and her breath caught in her throat.

She laced her fingers behind his neck and as they swayed with the rhythm, her hips brushed provocatively against his.

He could feel himself going hard instantly. He needed to get out of there before he lost control.

He bent and murmured in her ear, "Let's get out of here."

Tiffany didn't hesitate.
