Chapter 7: Unforgivable

"Ow, you're here, please get inside Mr. Hidalgo is waiting for you, "an old man welcomes us when we arrived at the house~ no it's a mansion. This place is familiar, I've been here before its 2nd District's General Mansion, Mr. Edward Hidalgo.

For whatever reason that I'm here, it's all General Darwin's fault. Early in the morning and I just got out of my bed when they say we're going somewhere and here we are inside a luxurious mansion. Unlike the old gloomy house, this huge mansion has a higher technology and I can see various things that using high technology and advanced science.

Geez, it's suffocating here even though there's no person around other than me, General Dawin with his annoying son, and the old man that welcome us when we arrived. Still, this kind of place is suffocating and make me feel uneasy.

We were just planning to take the government down yet we're here in the 2nd district General Mansion. What does this General Dawin thinking? Ugh... whatever it is let's assume he's doing the right thing.

While busy wondering my sight around the huge mansion that is full of different things and high-tech furniture inside. A silly question come into my mind ''What if I stole some of this furniture and sell them?''

I shrugged my head but I can't help thinking about it since I've been a thief for almost 4 years. But yeah, I know when to stop myself from creating trouble,

I just walk unconsciously wondering my sight to the whole mansion, the only thing I can hear is my footstep.

"Hey! Where are you going?" the annoying son of General Dawin shouted,

I'm just following where they heading!

"What?" I irritated ask then I look back on him,

I realized that I was meter away from the smirking guy and I can't see the old man who welcome us as well as General Dawin that was with us a while ago,

The smirking guy didn't reply instead he teasingly point a room in front of him,

That was when I noticed they had already entered a room probably we are heading a while ago and I'm way pass thru that room. I was too preoccupied wondering my sight around the mansion that I'd forgotten I'm with someone, I'm so floatage this day maybe because I never had enough sleep last night. How can I sleep with my situation last night?

Rolling my eyes, I walk way back to the door, when I reach the door room the annoying son of General Dawin smirk at me. I still don't remember his name and won't mind remembering, it's probably shit name.

Why bothered? I don't care about him anyway

"Like the view thief?" He said annoyingly and emphasize the word 'thief'

I throw a death glare at him. Why do I get easily annoyed when this guy is around?

Uhg... Can I choke this smirking guy? I get it, I'm a thief so why don't he shut his freaking mouth!

Trying to ignore his remark about me and enter the door that we are heading,

When I entered the door, a huge room welcome me with General Dawin and another old man inside. It was Lahanan City 2nd District General, Mr. Edward Hidalgo.

Oww... He was still alive.

Hidalgo Family is known as the second most powerful Elite in Lahanan and that filthy Verano Family is on top as of now. Mr. Edward is a close friend of my dad, I mean he used to be a good friend with my late dad,

Actually, my father is the reason why he becomes a 2nd district general but this old man isn't with us when my father and I need his help. He knows everything but this cowardly old man chooses to do nothing. Just like me but hey I'm now doing something! and so young that time and all I can do is cry,

My hand form into a fist when I came to see his wrinkled old face, it's been 6 years since I last saw this traitor and many things change on him but my disappointment and hatred toward him never change. Look at him now, he used to be a beggar before who happen to impress my father with its talent when it comes to marketing business and now, he got the title of second most powerful person in this city,

Their attention is focused on me as I sit with them on the couch, I should be the one who's living with this huge mansion and having a luxurious life with my father but they took all away from me even the life of my father just for power.

"Is this princess Westly? "Mr. Hidalgo ask General Dawin that just nod his head for an answer.

Mr. Hidalgo face me "Do you still remember me? Uncle Edward?" He asks and smiles,

Huh... Uncle your face! Traitor!

"Yeah, I still remember everything on how you left my father behind! I remember it clearly" I say every word like a poison and emphasize the last, gosh! I've been wanting to tell him this since I saw his face a while ago!

His smile vanished as they hear me says those words and the calm and peaceful atmosphere lately become intense.

Mr. Hidalgo sigh heavily "I'm sorry about your father's death,"

Is that all? After they kill my father and let Lahanan City be destroyed he will just say sorry? Oww... come on! Their sorry won't bring my dad back to life and his sorry won't make Lahanan back to the way it uses to be.

I was about to say all kinds of mean word's when General Dawin speak,

"Westly settle down we're here to discuss our plan with Edward." calmly said by General Dawin,

"Discus plan with him? "I ask in disbelief while pointing my forefinger to Mr. Hidalgo,

What on the earth did General Dawin think?

Mr. Edward is a traitor he did it before! This old man left my father behind and there's no doubt he will do it again.

"Westly Edward will help us to fight the Government system. We need him to succeed in this fight," General Dawin explains, I rolled my eyes, as if I need any of them.

"Really? I nearly believe but I'm not that stupid to let myself be fooled again by this old man," I said full of hatred referring to Mr. Edward,

"Who even said you're stupid? We're not taking about you nor were doing this for you it's for the city," interject by General Darwin's son that makes my eyebrow crease,

Whoever said that I need his opinion?

Just like how I ignored what this smirking guy remarked lately I also ignored what he said, say what he wanted to say I don't care about it anyway.

"Edward might do a bad thing in our past but I'm sure he's on our side this time," General Dawin assured me,

I sigh heavily, what would it be? they already decided and planned everything all I have to do is to act according to their plan like some puppet put into act,

"Fine! Let's say he can help us and what kind of help is it?" I ask in defeat,

I can't do anything even though I say how much I hate what happening right now they won't listen.

"We already discuss things and the easiest way is to get information is to be a student on Lahanan City prestigious school, that's also the safest way to start our offense," General Dawin explained. Yeah, I remember last night we talk about those lame idea,

Mr. Hidalgo interrupt the conversation between me and General Dawin, "I know you've came here from afar you might as well be hungry so why not we continue this discussion while eating" offered by Mr. Hidalgo which we all agreed,

While we eat, they talk about our plan to take the Government System down I just eat my food silently while listening to their conversation. Just let them be, I have my own plan anyway.

"I will contact the school later so we can arrange everything," Mr. Hidalgo said, we're done eating.

"Anyway, I was a surprise that you've finally found Princess Westly for a year of searching," added by Mr. Hidalgo that make me roll my eyes,

"My son found Westly in 3rd District, "General Dawin said shrugging his shoulder.

Mr. Hidalgo faces me "It's been a long time, how are you after that happening six years ago?"

The smirking guy cough intentionally which makes me want to choke him. Before I even reply to Mr. Hidalgo's question the smirking guy says something that makes my blood boil,

"She became a thief for past years," he says and annoyingly smirks at me! Ugh.... This is the third time and will be the last one of his annoying remarks, this damn annoying son of general is dead.

"it's none of your business," I reply cynically to what Mr. Hidalgo asks.

Why does he care while he's not there when I need him the most?

"Are we done here? "I ask General Dawin with a dismissing voice and the latter just nod his head for an answer.

I stand to where I'm seating and walk out,

For a minute of walking alone finding the way out of this huge mansion that God knows where, I get lost and I regret walking out a while ago.

But still, I continue walking until I reach a straight corridor that was full of portrait frames with a picture inside of it. I see different faces there we're solo pictures while the other is family pictures.

I was walking straight when I noticed a big pictured and Mr. Hidalgo with his wife and a twin is on it.

I'm busy trying to recall who's the twin with Mr. Hidalgo when someone speaks beside me.

"They are my children," someone said, I turn just to see Mr. Hidalgo that makes my eyebrow automatically creased. Is he following me?

Mr. Hidalgo ignored my reaction when I see him and continue his saying "You know what? Westly we are both have someone to protect and take care of. I heard you're protected and lived with five kids."

"Stop saying we are the same I never betray someone just for a stupid and selfish reason," I hatefully said and rolled my eyes. Why does he think we are the same?

He sighs "the things I did before can't be justified, but I assure you I'm on your side this time just let me prove myself and I will help you to defeat the Government," he says and I can feel his sincerities. I don't know what to say and just nod.

Am I that rude to them? Uhg... I hate this!

Corridor becomes silent for a minute and then Mr. Hidalgo starts to walk with his hand behind his back, he's leaving.

I still need to ask him something but... I hesitate to do and ask him.

When he was a meter away from me, I call him "Wait! Ahm... I-I still have to ask the way out of here,"

Mr. Hidalgo smiled and withdraw something from his pocket It was a phone he taps something and just a minute a flying thing came the rush to where we standing,

"This will show you the way," Mr. Hidalgo explain and leave after it,

I start to follow the gadget while recalling the plan we've just discussed lately, comparing my own planned with it, it's a lame and seems to be so predictable to fight the system.

The plan is to kept in touch with what going on inside because right now we don't have an idea of what's the government plan. I guess tomorrow is the start of a real battle. I hope this will end soon.
