Seeing Keith this troubled, made my heart too, Keith has never been a nervous wreck but because of his sister's death, my best friend, I have seen a side I haven't seen before.

My question seemed to be unanswered when he rose from the sofa and left me looking at him

I got up and we both walked outside, it was dark and there was no way I'll be going to college right now.

"It's a beautiful night right?"

Keith told.

I swerved to him and bobbed, he smiles a little and sat on the grass with his eyes gazing at the stars.

I too sat next to him, he whirls his head and gave me a quick smile.

Keith has been grinning so much, it's now getting strange.

"Tell me, Keith, are you going to keep on drinking since your twin sister is no more".

I inquired.

"That's a good question"

He grunts, "I don't think I do have an answer for that, however, I am sure with time, everything will eventually fall in place, just don't bother yourself okay?".

He added.

Don't bother?.

Keith said I shouldn't bother myself seems like he was indirectly telling me not to bother about him, and we both know the answer to that question.

And now that Kiley Is no more, I do think she would want me close to her brother, he might end up doing something stupid if not paid close attention to.

I have that odd feeling.

Keith waited for my response, I didn't give him any and so rode into the house.

I slammed the door and harsh pain in my stomach, made me scream.

Instantly Keith rushed back in and he sees me groaning in pain.

"Samantha!"

He wrapped me in his arms, "are you okay?" He added.

I pulled him off in a dash, I turned to leave, however, the pain comes back, I fell to the ground and this time, I spat out blood.

Holy shit!.

Keith dragged me up and no matter how much I tried to fight with him, he shoved me into his car and drove me to the nearest hospital.

"I am fine Keith, don't worry about me"

I confirmed, instead, he thought otherwise, Keith gave me a blunt look and continued driving.

A few hours later, we came to the hospital.

He brings me in and a nurse came and took me to the ward.

She sits me down on the bed and rushed out to call the doctor.

Keith stood at the side and looked anxiously, the doctor came and I laid down facing the turning fan.

He checked me and ran some ex-Ray, it shows that my rip bone was broken and I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible.

"How much is it, doctor"

Keith said without thinking twice about it.

The doctor turns to him and asked a strange question, "Is she perhaps your girlfriend, what relationship do you both share?".

I looked at Keith, he takes a step back and I waited to hear his response, what relationship do I share with Keith.

Minus the fact I was his sister's best friend and my one-sided love for him, what relationship do I share with Keith?

A nurse walks in and the doctor got up and left the room without getting his response.

Our eyes merged and he eye's away talking to himself.

Keith left the room and I was left thinking out loud.

What relationship do I share with my best friend's twin brother?
