However seeing she wouldn't make it on time to class, I left and went alone.

I walked into the hall and everyone was seated waiting for the professor to come in.

I rode close and saw an empty seat at the side of the window, I thought of taking a seat there when someone interrupted me.

"That seat is taken,".

Said Gena.

I turned and she shoved me aside and sat on it.

I thought of doing something to her but I wouldn't want to create a scene, I'm sure whatever Keith did to her wasn't enough, she needed more and will most definitely get what's coming.

So, l left her and walked away, I found a seat three chairs away from her and sat there.

"Hello, Samantha?".

Keith's voice raised my head, he takes a hand and sat at the chair's head.

"Where's my sister?".

He asked again.

I nodded having no clue as to where she went to, Keith became tense and hurriedly left the hall.

He seems to be in a conflicted reaction and I hoped everything was fine.

Instantly I picked up my phone trying to get a hold of her, unfortunately, it kept sending me to voicemail.

I can't understand anything, Kailey never leave the school without informing either myself or her brother.

And if Keith doesn't know where she is, and I too don't know, there might be something wrong.

I got up to leave the hall, but the professor was just entering, and it wouldn't be nice I rode past him.

I seat back down, hoping to keep on trying Kailey's number.

Two hours passed, nothing happened, and immediately the class ended, I went straight to Keith's dorm.

Luckily he was leaving his room and we bumped into each other at his door.

"Keith, have you heard anything about Kailey?".

I asked him.

He disapproved and asked me to go back to my dorm and call if she comes back.

I nodded and left in a haste.

Hours have gone and Kailey hasn't returned, If I was worried before, now I'm twice worried about her.

I phoned Keith and he picked up hoping to hear good news, I couldn't give him that and he grunts having the call disconnected.

I kept on waiting and waited for anything to happen, unfortunately, it was past seven and Kailey hasn't come in.

I sat on my bed anxiously looking at the door and time, I phoned her constantly yet it kept on sending me to her voicemail.

"Kailey where are you?".

I fell my back on my soft pillow staring at the ceiling.

Thereafter, someone knocked on the door, I ran out of my bed hoping it was Kailey, but rather I saw Keith standing at the opening of my door smelling of alcohol.

He fell on my body, I grabbed and dragged him to my bed, Keith falls grunting in pain, I couldn't understand what was going on.

I held his hand and he held me tightly.

"K... Kailey,"

He kept muttering his sister's name in his sleep, it almost seems like, he was drawn to her.

"Keith,"

I yelled his name, he left my hands and rode his hand to my neck.

In an unconscious state, I was being choked to death.

I fought to break free but the more I kept on trying the tighter he held me down.

"Y... you're choking me,"

I cried.

Luckily, his eyes opened and pulled away in a haste, I rose from the trying to grab my breath.
