Chapter 5 5

I knew he wasn't going to give this to me without a fight.

So, I held out my hand and threw the empty bottles on the ground, he didn't alter a single word as he watched me.

Afterward, he left the one in his hand, I gazed at him and the minute I found his attention was taken away, I hurriedly grabbed the bottle and smashed it to the wall.

Keith wasn't happy with that, he got up from the ground, grabbed my hand, and angrily pushed me out of the room.

He slammed the door and I stood outside shouting his name.

"Keith, you cannot do this, it isn't right,"

I yelled and no matter how much I try to make him understand that whatever happens to go all drunken masters won't do anyone good must especially to his family.

Unfortunately, everything I had and thought would get his attention failed.

There was one thing to do that I'm certain would immediately trigger his right senses and that was Kailey.

I had to use Kailey as a medium to get to him, luckily he unlocked the door, and I had hoped he would want to talk but after things came happening, Keith rode out like a lion and pushed me away.

I staggered trying to gain control of myself but unfortunately, I couldn't and I flew and rolled down the stairs.

Everything blacked out immediately.

Hours later, I came around hastily, I turned, and Keith was standing next to me.

He falls to his knees and grabbed my hand.

"Are you okay, I am so sorry,"

He apologized.

I noticed my head was bandaged staring at the mirror, the pain felt like my head was being experimented on.

I rose from the bed, I tried to leave however my eyes suddenly falls asleep again.

Keith grabbed me on and took me up to his room.

Ignorant of what was going on, I woke up again and noticed It was past midnight.

I rode outside the room and on my way down, I met Keith strolling in to meet me.

We met on the stairs and I glanced seeing he held a bowl of hot soup on a tray.

"Where are you going?".

He moved a step closer.

" I'm going to my dorm Keith, I can't possibly stay here right?".

I said, riding past him.

I was so close to the front door when I heard something fall on the ground, I paid back my attention and saw Keith picking up the scattered piece of the bowl he held not quite long.

It wouldn't be nice to flee and leave him all alone, even though he almost killed me, I can't leave my best friend's brother all by himself.

He might end up doing something wrong, other than to shove me down the stairs.

I ran back to help him.

Keith looks and was surprised to see that I came back.

I'm sure he still feels guilty for what happened, and thankfully nothing bad happened to me, because I wonder what truth mom was going to hear if anything might have happened.

We both picked up the broken pieces on this ground and rode together to the dustpan in the kitchen.

Keith remade his way back to the living room and sat on the couch, he grunts and falls his head down.

I held a wooden chair and scooted a little to him.

"I'm sorry Samantha, because of me you almost died,".

He expressed.

" Yeah, I know but tell me, what came over you to do that?."

I held my chin up and he rose his chin too.
