Chapter 3 3

"Samantha, are you okay?"

Keith asked.

I wasn't sure if I was, I turned and asked the first thing that came to mind.

"Have you found your sister?".

Keith disapproved and I fell my back on the wall, a call came through, Keith picked up his phone and answered.

I heard him whisper, all of a sudden he goes ballistic running out of the room.

I ran after him and we both drove to a place outside the city's shore, it was a forest and after a while waiting, two men rode out to meet us.

I got scared by their facial expression however held a pause when a body was being carried from behind.

"Alpha Keith, we found your sister".

One of the men announced, Keith takes a quick look at me and gave them a sign, they brought down the body, I lumped my throat watching them uncover the body's identity.

I can imagine what will happen if Kailey is identified, what will Keith do.

I took a look at him, he stared without blinking his eyes, and the minute I returned my attention, I came facing a shocking truth.

Kailey's dead body was being carried out, Keith asked them to take her away, I watched without altering a single word and watched my best friend being bagged up and carried away Inside a truck.

"Let's go,"

Keith command's getting into the car, I ran after him and he drove in a haste following up the truck.

We went home and met Mr. and Mrs. Mathilda and Alex, Keith's and Kailey's parents outside their huge mansion.

They got close to the truck and the same men that opened the bag for us did the same revealing heartbreaking news to them.

Mrs. Mathilda cried out, she falls to the ground and I ran to her aid.

Mr. Alex stood and watched, I'm sure he was trying to control his tears from falling because I know how important Kailey was to him.

She was her daddy's little princess, he would do anything for Kailey, even though it involved killing.

Yes, that was how willing Mr. Alex was for his daughter, and now that Kailey is no more, what's going to happen.

Keith ordered them to keep Kailey's body at the outhouse behind, the men obeyed and she was taken away.

Mrs. Mathilda didn't take the news so well, she falls unconscious and that seemed to have gotten the whole situation complicated.

Mr. Alex came and had his wife carried to her room, I sat in the sitting room and watched the whole drama.

The doctor was invited home, he went up to Mrs. Mathilda and had a Toro thorough test done.

Thankfully there was nothing to worry about, Keith asked me to walk the doctor out, I nodded and showed him to the door.

I reversed my steps back and standing at the door opening to the room, Keith and his father had a serious conversation.

"Dad, what happens now that Kailey is dead?".

Keith asked.

"I don't know son, but we need to find who might have killed her and take revenge,"

Mr. Alex announced.

"Sure, whoever it is, I promise to make them pay,".

Keith swore to his dad.

He turns around and found me listening to their conversation, I looked away and he rode leaving me alone with his parents in the room.

Kailey's death is surely a shock to us all, I wonder who might have done this and why?.

Kailey had no enemies, perhaps is there something I don't know about?
