Chapter 3 First meet.

On one day, Aanya and Rowen were going to a construction site which takes nearly 1 hour from their place.

Aanya's best friend's house was on their way to the construction site. So she decided to meet her as it's been a long time since she met her. So she drived the car faster and stopped infront of her friend's house.

Rowen noticed that it isn't construction site. So he asked her regarding that. Aanya replied that it is her friend's house. She will give her a visit and later they can go to the construction site as they are an hour faster than the time fixed to visit it.

As Rowen couldn't oppose his official, he agreed to that and said that he would wait outside till she returns from her friend. But she didn't agree to him and said that it would take some time as it's been a long time since she met her. Finally, he agreed and went in along with her.

When they knocked the door, a beautiful, young girl who is nearly 22 years old looking like a student opened the door. She was delighted to see her best friend standing in front of her after a long time and hugged her. Then she said, "finally, you found time to meet me. So you still remember me, right. I thought you have already forgotten my existence by immersing yourself in work."

Then Aanya replied, "It's been a long time since we met. Instead of asking about my health and work you even started nagging. See I became pale by overworking. Don't you ask about it?"

Then the girl tapped on Aanya's shoulder and said, "stop acting pitiful. You are completely healthy. If not I would be the visiting you in hospital. You wouldn't have come here. Come, let's talk inside. Dad isn't at home." Then they both went inside without thinking about Rowen, who was waiting outside calmly.

Then suddenly, Aanya called Rowen to come in as he was standing out and staring at them as if he was seeing some strange people. He came in.

Then Aanya introduced him to her friend as she was seeing him with astonishment. Aanya never brought anyone along with her when they met. Anytime they met, she came alone. This is the first time someone is around them.

Then Aanya introduced her to him, "She is my best friend, Hazel. She is a student of bio technology and daughter of a famous scientist, Stanford". Then Hazel stretched her hand out to shake hand with Rowen. But he simply said hai and walked forward. Hazel gave a shocked look to Aanya.

Aanya understood what she meant. She replied, "Leave him alone. He is like that since beginning. He will not interact with anyone even with the customers and me too." Hazel looked at him again and ignored him. Then both sat on the sofa and busied themselves in chit chatting without thinking about his presence.

Rowen found a suitable place and sat on a study table near by. His eyes fell on a file on that table. It was a file on genetic engineering principles.

As he was interested and an expert in it, he started reading it. Since he is an alien from a planet where genetic engineering and space are the only subjects they concentrate on knowing, he learnt about them while he was preparing himself to come to Earth.

In addition to reading, he marked the flaws he noticed and also added some of the other principles he know, on the report which was in the file.

When Sterling noticed that he was marking something on the file, she stood up and went near him.

She took away the file from him and yelled, "this is the report I have to submit it tomorrow in order to accomplish my dream. How can you be so irresponsible to touch and spoil the things which doesn't belong to you? I worked very hard since the past few days to make this report and you spoiled it in a few minutes. Are you a small child to not know the simple manners? How can you scribble this report?"

She is one of the top students of her university. She worked hard to study and become a scientist like her father, as he is the only family she has as she lost her mother when she was young. She has grown between the research files since her childhood because of her father and developed interest in research.

The laboratory in which she dreamed of working, announced to hire some interns and requested to bring a report on something about genetic engineering on the day of interview.

So she prepared the report on genetic mutations and some treatment procedures of that mutations by referring many books since one week, which is spoiled within minutes. So she was agitated and lost her temper.

She is usually a soft hearted girl and never gets angry. But in situations related to her studies and goals, she will become a different girl. Isn't it normal?
