Chapter 7 Warning

When a person was nervous, they would not be able to think clearly and their mind would become blank.

This was the case with Megan. She didn't even know how to introduce herself.

The bar manager, who was standing next to her, became very anxious after seeing the puzzled look on her face. He didn't expect this woman to be as dumb as a rock. Unable to stand it anymore, he smiled and said quickly, "Her name is Coco. She just came here a few days ago. She is a little shy, so please don't make things difficult for her!"

"Oh, she's new here. No wonder. I haven't seen her before," Thomas said with a laugh.

The bar manager nodded immediately. Beads of cold sweat were forming on his forehead, but he didn't even dare to raise his hand to wipe them off.

"Come and sit with Ryan," Kyng drawled. He found it strange that the girl standing in front of them was so stiff. It seemed that this Coco was afraid of strangers, which made her unlike any bar girls here. She didn't even seem to know that she was supposed to walk over to Ryan.

But since she was new here, her behavior was excusable. In fact, Kyng was not at all satisfied with this muddleheaded girl who was working for his bar. But he couldn't say anything at this moment, or he would ruin the mood. Besides, Ryan seemed interested in this girl, so Kyng had to suppress all his dissatisfaction and call her over.

Hearing Kyng's words, Megan followed his gaze and looked at the man who was sitting quietly in the middle of the room with an expressionless face. The aura coming from him was like a king's.

He was simply breathtaking to take look at.

If it weren't for the suit he was wearing and his Adam's apple, Megan would have mistaken him for a woman. Although his face was as cold as ice, it did not take away from his extreme beauty.

Despite how beautiful he was, there was no trace of femininity in him. All he had was a king's aura.

As soon as Megan laid eyes on him, she knew that he was no ordinary man. Seeing his indifferent glance at her, she suddenly felt very nervous and afraid. Even though she knew that she was supposed to go to him, her feet seemed rooted to the spot.

Seeing her hesitance, the bar manager couldn't help but give her a silent push. He wanted to cool down the atmosphere, so he smiled and said quickly, "It seems that our Coco is infatuated with Mr. Yan. She doesn't even know what to say."

The manager's words made everyone, who had been wondering why Megan was standing still, burst into laughter. "Coco, you must be careful. There are countless beauties admiring Mr. Yan. Don't join in them," Thomas teased.

'Who wants to admire this man? If I were allowed to leave now, I would be very happy and disappear immediately!' Megan thought bitterly to herself.

She could tell that in their eyes, it was a great honor for her to sit next to that man.

Although Megan despised them in her heart, she knew clearly that she couldn't avoid them. She reluctantly walked to that man named Ryan.

Just before she took a step forward, the manager whispered in her ear, "Miss, you must remember what we've talked about before, or both of us will have a hard time. As long as you are willing to help me, I will help you get out of here as soon as possible."

Megan was even less willing to play along after hearing the manager's warning, but now that she was here, she had no choice but to walk towards Ryan's seat.
