Chapter 10 A Lightweight Drinker

When Megan fell down, Ryan immediately caught her and pulled her into his arms. Looking at her flushed face, he noticed that the woman had already fallen asleep.

"You're really a lightweight drinker, aren't you?" Ryan said, amused.

"It seems the drink I made was too strong for her. She got drunk so fast." For Thomas, the night had barely started, and yet Megan had already passed out drunk. "You know what? She's lame!"

"You seem to forget that not everyone can drink like you! Besides, I told you not to do it." Michael Fu, another friend of Ryan, who had been sitting quietly aside, spoke as he rolled his eyes at Thomas.

"I just didn't expect she couldn't handle even a glass. She works at a bar, guys." Thomas looked at Kyng in disappointment. "The level of your bar has dropped a lot!"

Ignoring Thomas, Kyng turned to Ryan and told him, "Since she's drunk, you can take her to the private room to have some rest!"

At the sound of that, Thomas remembered this was Ryan's bachelor party. Not wanting to keep him from the real fun any longer, he quickly added, "Oh, that's right! Ryan, seize the chance!"

Noticing that his friends seemed excited for him, Ryan didn't want to say anything to disappoint them. As he looked at the woman in his arms, he felt something he didn't know how to describe. In fact, he was looking forward to having a good night with her.

Kyng saw the look on Ryan's face and knew he was interested in the girl. He winked at the manager standing next to him and said, "Lead Ryan to the private room now."

"Okay, sure." The bar manager didn't expect things would turn out like this. As much as he really wanted to help Megan, there was nothing he could do in such a situation. In the end, he could only apologize to her inwardly.

He then said to Ryan, "Mr. Yan, this way please."

Ryan looked around and saw the encouraging looks on his friends' faces. Knowing exactly what they were thinking, he felt it would embarrass them if he said no, so he accepted their arrangement willingly and left the room with Megan in his arms.

Everyone was relieved to know they had found someone who could satisfy Ryan tonight, especially Kyng. But at the same time, the man was displeased with a certain person's behavior.

"Thomas, don't you think you're too excited tonight? This isn't your bachelor party, man!" Kyng scolded Thomas, who couldn't keep to himself for a change.

"What?" Thomas didn't think he was doing anything wrong. "This is how a bachelor party should be! Look, Ryan has just left with a girl in his arms. Who made that happen? Thomas here did! If it weren't for me, he would still be having a cocktail with her!"

"Well, then you've made the greatest contribution tonight." Kyng snorted.

"No, no, no. You're the one who made the greatest contribution tonight!" Thomas grinned. "You arranged the shows, the place, and even a girl whom Ryan could be satisfied with, so the credit is all yours."

Kyng rolled his eyes at Thomas and said, "As long as Ryan has a good time tonight, I'm glad."

Putting his arm around Kyng's shoulder, Thomas said with a smile, "I'm sure he'll be satisfied. Didn't you see the way he looked at that girl? Well, now let's stop gossiping about Ryan and drink all night long!"
