Chapter 7 Used

Little did Nathan know, some paparazzi had followed him that night. The next day's newspaper reported everything that had happened in the VIP room.

He clenched his fists tightly around the newspaper he was holding. The next second, the door of the study suddenly swung open. "Nay, what's the meaning of this?" Delilah demanded, throwing a newspaper on the ground.

She looked at Nathan expectantly, waiting for his answer.

"Did you read the paper?" Nathan asked flatly, glancing at the newspaper on the ground. It was the same as the one in his hand.

"Did you really go to LM Bar last night? Did you really have sex with that woman?" Looking at the indifferent expression on Nathan's face, Delilah felt her heart shatter. She couldn't believe the news. Tears welled up in her eyes and trickled down her cheeks and she pounded him on the chest with her little hand. "How could you do this? How could you do this! You're mine! How could you?"

Hearing that, Nathan's heart skipped a beat. Lilah said he was hers. Did she really mean it?

"What's wrong? Can't I sleep with whomever I want?" Nathan raised his eyebrows and poked at Delilah playfully.

'So in his eyes, he could do that thing with any other women?' Delilah's eyes were full of sadness at the thought of this. Why couldn't he understand her? Why did he hurt her like this?

Delilah started to laugh bitterly. "So, why did you reject me last night? Do you hate me-is that it? Am I less attractive than a barmaid in your eyes?"

Nathan's heart skipped a beat. An overwhelming wave of emotions washed over him. He immediately dropped the playful act and pulled Delilah into his arms, pressing her petite body against the desk. He started kissing her passionately, as though he was scared she would vanish into thin air.

"Hum..." His sudden attack caught Delilah off guard. She struggled to push him away, but she couldn't even budge him-he was too strong!

Nathan pressed his hand against the back of Delilah's head, securing her position. He wasn't crushing or hurting her, but he wasn't letting her move, either. Despite all this, he still felt unsatisfied. The kiss made him want even more.

Delilah didn't know how long the kiss lasted. Nathan kept kissing her until she felt dizzy and out of breath.

"Do you like it when I treat you like this, Lilah?" Nathan asked the girl in his arms, his breath heavy and warm. His eyes were hungry, like a wolf's.

However, Delilah pushed him away and wiped her lips in disgust. "I'm not interested in used things."

A trace of anger flashed through Nathan's eyes. How dare she call him "used"! Did she think he was dirty?

However, despite his angry face, Delilah remained unfazed. She stood her ground and glared back at him before finally turning around and walking out.
