Modern Joshua Damiani

Poverty is a terrible disease. Most humans want to be wealthy. Are you also one of them? Well, I'm one of those few people who don't love money. I believe that there was more to life than money. Money can't buy happiness. At least, that was what I thought until life happened. My mother became terminally ill and life became more unbearable for me. It was the lowest point of my life. To make matters worse, my so-called girlfriend dumped me for a rich guy. She wrote me off by saying I would never make it. I plunged into an abyss of despair and hoped that I had enough money to treat my mother and also prove my ex-girlfriend wrong. It was at this time that my mother ordered me to break the jade bracelet she had never taken off her wrist since I was born. Like magic, it triggered an alarm and my biological father found me. I was actually the long-lost heir of a wealthy family. In the blink of an eye, I went from being a pauper to being the heir to a trillion-dollar business empire. I became famous and influential. My tears were wiped away overnight. I was on top of the world! All the people that looked down on me now wanted to be associated with me. The wicked girl that broke my heart also tried to reconcile with me. Do you think I would take her back? Or would I find my one true love? Do you want to find out how I went missing and found my way back? Would I forgive my enemies? And would this new life be favorable for me?

A Twist Of Fate: Heir To The World's Wealthiest Man

Modern Claudette

Ever since I was a child, I had always been poor. Every time I came home from school, I would be met with the sight of my father busying himself in the kitchen. From my earliest recollection, I would always remember my father wearing his old factory uniforms in the house. His hair was snow-white and he had very dark skin. He would usually smoke cheap cigarettes and the car he drove around was a Santana which was a real wreck. Despite all our hardships, my father threw himself into his work for 18 years and raised me to his best abilities, and I ended up not disappointing him as I managed to get into a very good university. Because I came from poverty, I had to work a part-time job in order to pay the high tuition fees. I knew my classmates must’ve looked down on me because I was so poor, but I did my best to not let that bother me. On the day of my 18th birthday, my father announced that he was going to give me a birthday present and that he would bring it to me in person. That day I saw my father in a new light. My father’s coarse snow-white head had turned shiny black. He had replaced his tattered clothes with expensive Givenchy suits, and he even wore a Patek Philippe watch around his wrist. The old Santana was now a limited edition Rolls Royce. I stared at my father with bewildered eyes and asked him in an incredulous voice, “Dad, is our family really the richest in the world right now?” My father took out a Mayan Sicars cigar worth $500,000, lit it, and blew out a smoke ring. “Son, I know you’ve suffered a lot for the past 18 years, and I feel ashamed that I couldn’t have provided more for you. I want you to take this ten million as pocket money first. You can ask me for more later if it’s not enough!”

Have you ever experienced being humiliated by your ex? Well, I have. But have you ever imagined turning your heartbreak into a billion dollars just by humiliating your mean ex? That was exactly what happened to me. I was going to meet my high school ex-girfriend and I wanted to show her that I had been doing well these years. So I rented a designer suit, an expensive watch, and a Lamborghini car. But on my way, I got bound in something called 'Invincible Rich System'. The system told me that I could get rewarded with a billion dollars if I succeeded in humiliating someone. "What? This must be a joke. There's no way this is true!" I didn't believe it despite the series of explanations the system gave me. When I met my ex-girlfriend, she humiliated and insulted me. I was so furious that I decided to take the offer from the system. I wanted to strike back. And it was successful! I humiliated my materialistic ex-girlfriend and the system rewarded me with a billion dollars. It continued on and on. Afterward, after finishing more tasks of successfully humiliating someone,  I was rewarded with an opportunity to change my appearance into the highest level and an entertainment enterprise worth ten billion dollars. When I became the chairman of a company, the director's daughter was shocked to see me. "Dad, what is he doing here? Tell the security to throw him out!" she ordered. Wiping his sweat, the director answered in a shaky voice, "I can't do that. He's the new owner of our company. He's actually the one that has the right to fire me!" Wanted to know more of my story? Just read on.
