Chapter 5 You are my new assistant

I arrived early today. I see there are only a few people who came early. I brought out my phone and send a message to Jordan to ask him where he was.

We promised yesterday to come in early together, but his shadows was not even visible. Then i go first and went to the elevator with a few of my colleagues there.

After some minutes, suddenly the elevator we used stopped moving. Gladly i didn't use the lift alone if not, i seriously have a panic attack. After a while, one of my colleagues press the button for help. They gave a faster response so we just stuck there for around 10 minutes only.

The lift then started moving as usual, all of us inside the elevator felt relieved. Finally, i reached my level, i walked out to take a deep breath and seat for a while. I was shocked about what just happened. Hopefully they will repair the elevator properly.

Suddenly the voice of a man came out. "Are you okay? Daniel asked.

"Nope! I replied thinking it was Jordan with my eyes closed. I was still in panic about the incident so i tried to relax my mind.

"Are you sick?" He asked again.

Suddenly i seemed familiar with the voice and his body feels very close to me.

I quickly opened my eyes and he was already standing closer beside me.

"Daniel, sir." I didn't notice your present. She added.

"Come to my office." He ordered her.

The only thing I remembered was the voice, tiny, soft, smooth and sweet, the type that could damage a person's brain. She has gotten rid of her glasses for contacts and wasn't fat anymore. She had a slim sexy figure enunciating her curves in the short skirt she was wearing with a white off the shoulder top. Her hair was in a professional-looking bun. She was beautiful and sexy but I'm not interested in her body or anything that had to do with her. Looks can be deceiving. She looked so innocent.

Memories that I had a long time buried came up. She was the only girl I've ever loved. She played the innocent girl so well I fell for it.

I decided not to think about her. Our relationship will be strictly professional from now on.

"You called for me sir," she walked in after knocking looking anywhere but his face.

"Yes, I want you to prepare the employees for a meeting with me by three. You and I will be going somewhere tomorrow you'd need to be here early. I'd also like a coffee, just plain on my table every morning. I hope I've made myself clear on that" Daniel asked.

"But that's not my job sir," she replied.

"I'm making it your job from today, you're my new assistant. Get your ID card from the receptionist and you may leave my office."

Her presence was the last thing i wanted.

Vivian slowly take her walk and get out from there

"Vivian? What are you doing there?" Jordan call me while i was still standing outside at his office door.

"Jordan! Finally, you arrived.I'm really hungry."

"Okay, let's go for breakfast then. I have something to tell you.
