Chapter 7 – The Eye of Destiny part 2

Abigail and Sebastian sat on the snow without talking, there was a lot to think about and at the same time they could not find an answer.

After a while, they heard the propellers in the distance, this time a white helicopter was coming.

"Master?

"Tell me.

"I hope the energizers will do us some good.

"Yes, I hope so too.

When the sound of the propellers got louder, the helicopter is in position to land. Already on the runway, five crew members dressed warmly in thick white sweaters, black pants and black boots get off. All five are wearing two-tone capes with hoods, one of them is climbing the steps with a small box in his arms. And the other four: three men and a woman, get ready to lower the boxes.

Sebastian gets up and Abigail does the same. The guy gets to the top; you can't see all of his face, he is wearing a kind of black full-face helmet like a motorcyclist's, but its design is uncovered at the level of his mouth. He has a white complexion.

"Hello Torrenders, I'm Jairo, I bring you the product.

"A pleasure to meet you," says Sebastian and Abigail.

"We don't have much time, I'll show you quickly," says Jairo bending down.

He puts the box on the floor, opens it and the contents are four bottles of water. Jairo gives a bottle to Abigail, the label says energizing.

"Let's see," says Abigail, stretching out her arm and shakes the bottle, checking to see if she sees anything different.

"Tell me something Jairo," says Sebastian, "Why so many boxes?" He asks, looking at the runway. At a glance he estimates fifteen boxes.

"Aaah, that," answers Jairo. "They are the supplies, but don't worry sir, we also brought a mini anti-gravity transporter, it will carry the boxes for you.

"What a detail," Sebastian opined and then thought. And why are they bringing the boxes down, they are planning to take us in another aircraft. What the hell did the SOC high command decide, did the mission change?

Sebastian looks at Abigail for a moment. He thinks: in itself, the Rocs Dark they are complicated.

"Take one too," said Jairo handing him an energizer bottle. Sebastian looks down and holds up the bottle.

"And what is this supposed to do?" Abigail asked curiously, uncorking the bottle and taking a sip.

"Many things, but it should take away their tiredness," answered Jairo. "They are Torrenders, we made the effort to create something effective for you.

"Hey, it's good, it's strawberry," exclaims Abigail.

"Yes?" says Sebastian uncork his and drinking a sip. "You are right Abigail.

"Yes, the taste is good too," comments Jairo while smiling.

"I feel dizzy," said Abigail seeing how everything is moving from one side to the other.

"Careful, you're falling!" exclaims Jairo.

"I feel dizzy too," says Sebastian who tries to stand up. Everything around him turns and he sees how Abigail falls on the snow. He ends up falling on the snow too, he hears Jairo's voice in the background saying.

"Don't worry, it's just a side effect.

Sebastian is unconscious...

Minutes later, without being able to open his eyes, he hears voices in the distance.

"Boss, we've unloaded all the boxes," a male voice said.

"Well, tell the android to go upstairs," Jairo's voice.

"Yes, sir!

Sebastian falls back into a deep sleep.

Ten minutes later...

Abigail, feeling uncomfortable and paralyzed, recognizes the rock where she is lying, it's where she always trains, but she doesn't know how she got there. She opens her eye and sees the crew members around her. There is also a white android next to her, it is a surgeon type.

A white android?! What is it doing here, Abigail thought.

"Hello Abigail, how are you feeling? Paralyzed," said Jairo. "Android, show me the bottle." The android understands the order.

A compartment opens in the android's chest, he takes out a small bottle and shows it on his robotic hand.

"Do you recognize this, Abigail?" asks Jairo.

Abigail looks at the bottle; it contains a clear liquid and sees a bright satin eye-green. Floating inside.

"Exactly, Abigail, it's your eye!" exclaims Jairo with an evil smile.

Abigail was surprised, she hadn't realized that she was seeing from one side, it was true, her left eye was missing. The effect of the paralysis running through her body, she was helpless.

"This android has done a good job," Jairo mentions. "You woke up just in time... you can't move and do you know why?

Jairo looks in the box for a bottle of water and shows it to him.

"Yes, you fell into the trap, it was all planned," Jairo raises his voice. "We snuck in with the excuse of delivering supplies.

Jairo raises his arms looking around.

"All the boxes contain real food. But the crew and I plan to move here for a while," he says. "While the Rocs Dark destroy eveeerythiiiiing.

Jairo takes a breath, enjoying the moment.

"Android put the flask away," Jairo orders him.

Android puts the bottle back in his chest.

"And now take out the other eye," he gives a new order.

Suddenly there is a thump in the snow. Jairo and company turn to see where the sound came from, even the android stops and watches.

Abigail feels a familiar sensation and tries to look in that direction, to her right.

They realize it was Sebastian. He barely moved his right arm with a clenched fist, even with the paralyzing effect and the raised face watching Abigail. He looked annoyed.

"So the old man woke up. Don't worry, it will be your turn," said Jairo.

Sebastian in his thoughts was talking to the Torrender as if he was listening to her. Abigail I'm sorry... I didn't wake up in time.

The elongated rock in the snow where Abigail is lying, levitated from the ground in a second and at the same time under the rock; six rocks shoot straight to the chest and stomach of the crew members, knocking each one to the ground, moans of pain were heard, and the android being closer to the shore falls to the precipice.
