Chapter 4 – Uncertainty parte 1.

"I'm afraid, in months or weeks. And let those talking rocks act..." Hernan Soles said with disdain. "The possible fall of the five remaining Kingdoms."

Everyone in the conference room hearing those words imagined the end on that scale. Two kingdoms had already fallen with ease, five more kingdoms would be no problem for the Rocs Dark.

"I'm leaving!" exclaimed Ciro turning back to the door. "I'm not going to Nanun and then go to Zasorial."

"Wait..." said Azumi Sazekic getting up from her seat. But the Torrender left, closing the door behind him.

"Let him go, it is better to search separately," said Hernan Soles.

"May he fare well..." Azumi Sazekic whispers worriedly, taking her seat again.

"Shall we adjourn the meeting?" Andrea Khond asked.

"Yes, but I recommend you to be discreet," says Enzo Roll. "Finare fell under strange conditions and panic could set in."

"Strange conditions?!" asks Matias Sarit, intrigued.

"Something stranger than a Roc Dark or what?" Axel Persah asked confused.

"In Saiso there was conflict and survivors," explained Mateo Reyes. "And in Finare they were kidnapped, just like that, without a fight."

Almost everyone was taken by surprise by what he said.

"Impossible!" Alex Persah exclaimed, feeling overwhelmed.

Tension built up in the conference room.

"That's the only thing we can deduce from our satellites," said Enzo Roll. "According to the heat sensor logs," he hesitates. "Well..."

"The inhabitants of Torren were the first to be kidnapped," Andrea Khond says. "And the rest of Finare, well... there was no one left." A thread of nervousness ran through her body.

"This is..." Axel Persah could not find the words.

"It's sad!" said Azumi Sazekic in grief. She has fond memories of her birth home.

"Hey, hey! We still have a plan, as difficult as it may seem," says Andrea Khond hopefully. She doesn't want to feel helpless, she believes in a small way out.

"A plan of four Torrenders?!" Axel Persah exclaims incredulously.

"That's why this meeting is so discreet, the Rocs Dark must not know what we are planning," replies Enzo Roll.

"The surprise factor determines the successful infiltration of the Rocs Dark territory," says Hernan Soles.

"Exactly, and we'd better get some rest..." said Enzo Roll with a firm voice. "The meeting is over, and Lieutenant supervises the plan's preparations."

"Yes, sir!" replied Hernan Soles.

"Have a happy day, presidents," said Enzo Roll in conclusion.

All those present rose from their seats with little hope, hanging on by a thread, clinging to the only idea that the lost Hero and company will save them all.

Meanwhile in The Frozen Mountains of Nanun.

A light snowstorm lurks in the mountains. No communication with the rest of the world.

The Torrenders with a certain resistance to the weather, do not need a lot of warm clothes. Abigail wears flannel, sport jumpsuit and sport shoes, the whole outfit is white. Her master wears the same outfit as her, with some differences such as long and short brown lines, with markings from the sport shoes to the sport jumpsuit and flannel; he has light brown artistic lines, and is wearing a brown hooded cape.

Each country is represented by color on the hooded capes, it is like a passport when you travel abroad indicating where you come from, and there are also thermal types. In case of Finare it is represented by the color brown.

Abigail and her master live at the top of the mountain, nine thousand meters high, near another peak, there is a dark inner precipice and an outer precipice to ski down to extreme level.

To live on the icy mountain, Sebastian created with his power of the Earth element a flat surface in the shape of a thick disk made of rock, attached to the inner side of the mountain.

The large rock disk has enough space to build a rock house and use it for intense training. At the edge of the surface there are twelve elongated rocks of two meters high, placed around to indicate the limit and not to fall into the precipice. Poor visibility is a problem in a snowstorm.

In one of Abigail's daily training sessions, she is standing on her hands on an elongated, flat rock that stands out on the snowy surface near the precipice. She tries to keep her balance in the cold gusts of wind.

His master steps out of the Small house across the doorless frame and the brown cloak billows in the breeze. He looks curiously at Abigail.

"What are you doing Abigail?" Sebastian asks.

"I'm trying to keep my balance with my Air element," she answers and takes another breath of air. "So I don't fall from the gusts."

"I suspected as much," he says, placing a hand to his chin. "What I don't know, why is your world upside down?" He asks sarcastically.

"I thought it would be better, to control my element," she breathes another breath of air and continues answering. "Because of the unpredictable gusts."

"That's okay," he replies. "I guess you've mastered the Sweeping Superwind of Pain."

"No, not yet," she replies as she stands up and looks at her. "I practiced early, but I still feel it lacks more power." Looking at her hands, she sighs. "And it can be worthy of the name of my technique."

"Mmmmm, I'd like to see that someday, I also suggest that you change the name of that technique of yours," he comments.

"Why?" she answers hurriedly.

"It's like I feel pain every time I mention it," he smiled in amusement.

"Master, don't make fun, I like the name."

"It's ok, call it whatever you want, the name just makes it easier to remember the techniques while you learn the control," he comments, looking at the watch on his wrist. "And it's time to eat... I'll make lunch, I'll give you a chance to train more."

Sebastian turns towards the Small house. This small dwelling is elongated with two beds on one side, away from the entrance: they are slabs of rock, in some parts sunken to fit the body, the most comfortable rocks there are.
