Chapter 4 Ten Billion

At the thought of Naomi's problem, Nolan said, "By the way, Shelly, there's one more thing. I need you to find an A-list celebrity to endorse cosmetics products. I need a top-tier star!"

Without asking anything about it, Shelly nodded and noted it down.

"Alright, that's it. I'm leaving now. Go ahead with your work." With that, Nolan left.

After stepping out of Honory Group, he rode his scooter and headed to Naomi's company. As he reached the company, he noticed Harvey standing at the entrance, holding a bouquet of roses. He couldn't help but furrow his brows in concern.

"Naomi, these are for you," Harvey said with a smile, handing the roses to her.

Harvey wore a white suit. With his tall, commanding figure and strikingly handsome face, he effortlessly embodied the image of a true gentleman. He resembled a prince charming in fairy tales, capturing the attention of many women.

When Naomi saw the roses, her gaze was tinged with displeasure.

She was already repulsed by Harvey's public proposal, and she certainly didn't expect him to approach her again today.

It was during working hours now, and he was at the company entrance. What he did was surely going to fuel gossip among the employees.

"Naomi, in my eyes, you're the most beautiful woman in the world. No bouquet of roses can rival your beauty, no matter how vibrant they may be." Harvey gazed at her affectionately.

Naomi accepted the roses.

Harvey's words didn't stir any emotions within her. Instead, she found herself preoccupied with the ongoing stress of managing the investment shortage and selecting a spokesperson. It crossed her mind that maybe, just maybe, Harvey could provide some help in this.

"Naomi, I'll be straightforward with you. Honory Group has a new CEO, and the first thing he plans to do is invest ten billion dollars in promising companies."

Raising his brows, he continued proudly, "My sister manages investments at Honory Group. If you agree to divorce Nolan, I can persuade her to invest in your company."

Naomi was slightly tempted. She knew Harvey was able to help her, but divorcing Nolan...

"I've been swamped with work lately. I'm afraid I may not have the time to go through the divorce procedures," she said, using a random excuse.

Noticing Naomi's interest in his proposal, Harvey was about to carry on persuading her when he caught Nolan standing nearby, giving him a cold stare.

With a sneer, Harvey intentionally raised his voice. "You're incredibly beautiful, Naomi. You deserve a diamond that matches your beauty. Do you want Cordia diamonds?"

Naomi was lost in her thoughts about work. Upon hearing this, she snapped back to attention, her face lighting up as she looked at Harvey.

"How do you know that I have been wanting to cooperate with Cordia Group? Are you serious? Can you help me get the opportunity to cooperate with Cordia for real?"

Harvey was at a loss for words. Well, he obviously wasn't able to do that.

However, he couldn't possibly tell her that she had misheard him!

While Harvey was trying to think of what to say, Nolan walked up, grabbed the roses, and threw them in his face.

"Cordia? I can easily get Naomi the cooperation with a few words. Harvey, can you do that?"

Nolan wrapped his arm around Naomi's waist and looked at Harvey disdainfully.

"What? Are you out of your mind? Who do you think you are to make such a big decision?" Harvey brushed the petals off his body, his laughter tinged with anger as he glared coldly at Nolan.

"I'll count to three. Leave, or I'll call the security guards to teach you a lesson!"
