Chapter 4 Take Her Away

Then they all saw a man standing at the entrance of the hall.

Randolph, dressed in black all over, stood there like a Greek statue. His sharp eyebrows and handsome face looked perfect.

He just ignored the crowd. His gaze passed through them and landed on Brinley. He looked at her affectionately. She also saw him. Excitement immediately appeared on her tearful face.

"Ran... Randolph?"

Brinley was in utter disbelief. She didn't expect that Randolph would show up at her wedding.

She thought she was only imagining things. Suddenly, she felt like the world was spinning. But the excitement in her heart pushed her to step forward. Just then, her body fell to the floor. She fainted.

Worry was etched across Randolph's face. "Brinley!" he shouted and quickly strode forward.

"Hey, you! Stop right there!" Kieran and Julissa rushed over to stop Randolph. They glared at him fiercely.

"Randolph, you rapist! You still have the face to show up here? How dare you come back! You are not welcome here! Get out!" Kieran cursed loudly, pointing at Randolph's nose.

"Randolph, how dare you! Do you still want to hurt my daughter? You bastard! I will kill you!"

After saying this, Julissa raised her right hand angrily and was about to slap Randolph.

However, Randolph was not in the mood to waste time on them at all.

He swiftly dodged so Julissa's hand didn't touch him. He brushed past them and walked to the altar.

Meade watched everything with his mouth gaped open. He didn't expect things to turn out this way.

When he saw Randolph rush towards Brinley, he jumped down the altar angrily.

"Stop it!" Meade shouted. His face flushed in anger.

"Fuck off!" Randolph shouted back. He dodged Meade's punch and kicked Meade away, sending him crashing into a table.

Everyone exclaimed in shock.

The faces of Meade's parents turned pale in fright. They quickly strode over to help Meade up.

Germaine Curtis, Meade's mother, was already crying. She hurriedly checked if he had any injuries. She asked worriedly, "Meade, are you okay?"

On the other hand, Gifford Curtis, Meade's father, was furious. He looked at Randolph and shouted, "Who the hell are you? How dare you hit my son! Security!"

But not even a single security guard came in. Everyone was confused, wondering what could have happened to the security guards. At this moment, Randolph had already come up the altar.

He knelt on the floor and carefully held Brinley in his arms.

She was still unconscious. But her beautiful face was full of tears. Her appearance broke his heart.

He also felt guilty, blaming himself for all that Brinley had suffered. She was even forced to marry a man she didn't love.

"Brinley, I'm back," Randolph whispered in a trembling voice. "I promise you that from now on, I will never let you suffer any more grievances. No one can ever bully you. I will make you the happiest woman in the world."

He then picked her up and was about to leave.

At this moment, Meade struggled to stand up and shouted, "Where are the security guards? Stop him! Don't let him get away!"

One security guard came in. However, his face was full of blood.

Obviously, he was in pain. He gathered all his remaining strength and shouted weakly, "Mr. Curtis, there are many powerful people outside. We... we are outnumbered."

After saying this, he fell to the floor and fainted.

The guests were all frightened after witnessing everything. There was only fear in their eyes.

So when Randolph slowly walked through the aisle with Brinley in his arms, no one dared to stand up and stop him. After all, the cold and murderous aura he exuded was shockingly terrifying. They could only watch him leave with Brinley in his arms.

"Damn you! I will kill you!" Meade roared angrily. His eyes turned red, and his face twisted in rage.

Kieran and Julissa, who had come back to their senses, came to Gifford. They were still trembling in fear.

Kieran tried to explain, "Mr. Curtis, this is all just a misunderstanding. Randolph, that bastard, forcibly took my daughter away. Please give us a moment. We will bring her back right away."

"Don't give me that bullshit!" Gifford roared angrily. Then he glared at the crowd, pointed at them, and shouted, "All of you, fuck off!"

He turned to Kieran again and continued, "You made our Curtis family lose face today. I'll keep this grudge in mind for the rest of my life. I will make a public announcement that I will never ever allow my son to marry Brinley. She doesn't deserve to marry into our family. Do you hear me?"

After saying this, Gifford took Germaine's hand and dragged her out of the hall angrily.

The guests had also left. Now, only Meade, Kieran, and Julissa were left in the hall.

"Meade, this is really just an accident. Please help us explain to your parents that Brinley would have definitely married you if that bastard hadn't appeared. This is all Randolph's fault," Kieran hurriedly explained.

Meade just sneered. He didn't even look at them.

Upon seeing this, Julissa immediately added, "Meade, please believe us. Rest assured that we will find Brinley back."

"Okay, that's enough."

Meade gradually calmed down. Somehow, his anger had subsided.

He looked at Kieran and Julissa indifferently and said coldly, "I know you only forced Brinley to marry me to get the five million dollars you need to solve your company's financial crisis. Do you really think I am stupid? After everything that happened, do you still expect me to give you the money? No way! I won't give you a penny! Never!"

Kieran's and Julissas' faces drained of color upon hearing his words.

But Meade just ignored it. He continued, "But there is actually another solution. If you can do it, I may forgive you."

After saying this, his eyes turned cold, and a creepy smile appeared on his face.

Kieran quickly said, "No matter what it is, we will definitely do it."

"Let your daughter sleep with me willingly. Although I can't marry her, I won't refuse her to be my mistress. I'll give you time to think it over. But make sure you don't let me down again."

Meade patted Kieran on the shoulder, turned around, and left the hotel without hesitation.

Kieran and Julissa looked at each other, struggling in their minds. But the next second, they both made a decision.

"Let's do as he said," Kieran said.

"Yes, let's do it. It's better for Brinley to be Meade's mistress than marry a rapist. And we can still get the five million dollars."

Kieran and Julissa agreed with each other. Then they also left the hotel, gritting their teeth.

Randolph had no idea that Kieran and Julissa decided to cooperate with Meade.

Brinley was still unconscious. From the hotel, he rushed to a private hospital nearby and asked the best doctor to check on her.

After the examination, the doctor told Randolph that Brinley had passed out because she had became too emotional. She only needed a few hours of rest, and she would be fine.

Randolph finally breathed a sigh of relief. He asked the doctors and nurses to leave.

Randolph sat quietly on the edge of Brinley's bed and stared at her beautiful face, lost in thought.
