Chapter 2 Getting Disowned

Seeing that this was going the way she wanted, Natalia smiled and said to Daniel, "Dad, we are the only ones that know about this shameful thing that Yvonne has done for now. However, if word gets out, our family's reputation will be ruined. Not only that, the Schultz family might get angry and it would affect the cooperation between us. You have to act fast before things get out of hand."

Daniel glared at Yvonne.

"Get out of this house this minute. Don't come back here until you get that thing out of you!"

"Dad, why do you believe Natalia instead of me?" asked Yvonne, holding her chest as she looked at her father with teary eyes.

Daniel didn't respond. However, his eyes communicated how he felt.

Yvonne's heart sank. Her father was abandoning her. She knew that the odds were against her in this household; she couldn't stay here anymore even if she aborted the child.

These people were no longer her family. She was all alone in this world.

Yvonne suddenly threw her head back and laughed out loud. Tears streamed down her cheeks.

"Oh, Dad! You are such a funny and clueless man. You didn't even try to ask for my side of the story. You just took Natalia's word for it. Do you still see me as your daughter? You stopped giving a damn about me ever since my mother died. It seems you have been waiting for the day to send me packing, haven't you?"

Daniel looked away as if those words didn't get to him.

Yvonne shut her eyes and nodded. After a while, she opened them again with determination. "Fine, I'll leave this house. However, I won't have an abortion. Going forward, I would have nothing to do with this family. Your daughter, Yvonne is dead the moment I step out of here!"

With that, Yvonne spun on her heels and stormed out with determination. The jaws of everyone in the living room dropped. They stared at her back in shock.

It wasn't until several seconds passed that Natalia piped up, "Dad, I'll go to persuade her."

Tears streamed down Yvonne's face as she walked out of the home she once knew.

"Wait up!" Natalia's voice suddenly came from behind.

Yvonne stopped dead in her tracks and turned around. She saw Natalia smiling at her maliciously. This witch was showing her true colors now that no one was watching.

"You have gotten what you have always wanted. What else do you want to do?" Yvonne asked, wiping her tears and folding her arms.

"Don't you want to know who is the father of your baby?"

Hearing this, Yvonne's eyes widened in shock. "You know who the father is? Wait a damn minute! Did you... Did you orchestrate what happened that night?"

"Yes!" Natalia moved closer and said proudly, "I'm the brain behind it. As a good sister, I figured that you had to experience the pleasure of being a real woman. I planned everything so well. I even put an aphrodisiac in your alcohol. Tell me, how did you feel that night? I told the hooligan to satisfy you. You enjoyed it, right?"

Everything that happened that night made sense now.

During the intercourse, Yvonne found herself moaning and wanting more of that man. It turned out that she was drugged! Natalia was so vicious!

"Damn you, Natalia! You are the evilest person I have ever come across!" Yvonne cursed through gritted teeth. However, Natalia folded her arms and smiled at her. "You underestimated me, Yvonne. I was willing to do anything to get you kicked out. If you were wise enough, you should have left long ago! I'm the only daughter of our father now. How can you compete with me for the family property and Cillian? You are carrying the child of a hooligan who you might never meet again. Which man would want to be with you now? Where will you go from here? Your life is a mess. How can someone be so miserable? Ha-ha!" Natalia let out a burst of evil laughter, her eyes glistening with immeasurable happiness.

Yvonne wished she could punch her in the face or strangle her to death. She clenched her fists and said in a deep voice, "You have ruined my life. I won't let you go. You bitch!"

She gave Natalia a hot slap the next second.

Blood oozed from the corner of Natalia's mouth immediately. She froze on the spot for a second.

"How dare you lay that filthy hand of yours on me? Do you want to die?"

Natalia pounced on her immediately. The two of them tussled, scratching each other like cats. Yvonne's eyes were blazing now. She had only one thing in mind: to perish with this she-devil.

"Ouch!"

All of a sudden, Yvonne's hair was pulled from behind. She staggered back, tripped, and fell to the hard ground. Her hands immediately flew to her belly.

When Natalia saw Daniel standing there, she threw herself into his arms and cried pitifully, "Dad, I only came out to tell Yvonne not to be so impulsive. Instead of listening to me, she accused me of poisoning your mind and snatching you and Cillian from her. She almost killed me. I was so scared."

Daniel patted Natalia's back. Then he stared down at Yvonne and shouted, "You wicked girl! How dare you try to kill your sister? I have had it up to here with you. You are no longer my daughter. Go and never come back!"

The pain in Yvonne's heart was maddening. However, she just got up and left decisively.

Her father was dead to her now. The baby in her belly was now the only family she had.
