Chapter 9 Crashed Into a Sturdy Chest

The moment Sophie Nelson walked out of the box and into the corridor, she felt something had gone wrong.

She got dizzy, and her limbs began to soften.

"Damn, it seems that I have fallen into a trap."

Although she had been cautious, she had still made a mistake.

It was not the time for her to regret it. Sophie quickened her pace, wanting to get out of this place as quickly as possible. However, she became more and more lightheaded.

She accidentally bumped into a man's chest.

A group of students from Flowery City College walked towards Charlie and the woman in his arms from the distant box.

Charlie looked down at the woman in her arms, the look in his eyes growing gloomy.

The man's cold order exploded in the woman's ear, and she could feel the movement he faked to throw her out. Intuitively, she grasped his arms firmly.

Charlie smiled coldly and left the club with the woman in his arms.

The Royal Villa Area was the top residence place in Quinn City. Villa No.9, the most distinguished and luxurious one, owned not only the best view, but also a lake, abundant plants, playground, and even horse-riding field.

The silver-gray Maybach pulled up at the garage of the villa.

"Get off." Charlie opened the door, stepped down, and stared at the woman in the passenger seat.

Sophie was utterly unconscious at this time because of the efficacy of that drug she had taken accidentally.

Charlie furrowed his brows, wondering how much the woman had drunk.

He was never a patient man. After a cold snort, he dragged the woman out of the car and then put her on his shoulders, as if she were a dead dog. Then, they walked past the yard and the large swimming pool in it.

He lifted one hand to press against the fingerprint recognizer. After a green flash, the door opened.

Ever since that specific incident happened three years ago, he had changed the security system of the entire villa. Fingerprints and iris recognizers were installed at all entrances and exits, and no one except him and Josh Miller could enter or leave the villa without authorization.

After Charlie and the woman entered the house, the door shut automatically.

As clean as a mirror, the floor tiles reflected the luxurious decoration inside the villa.

The man unloaded the woman from his shoulder and let her fall to the ground.
