Chapter 6 Charlie Flores, an Opponent Hard to Deal With

Charlie Flores did not answer Sophie Nelson's question and frowned hesitantly. He would never reveal his name for no reason.

After a while, the man clenched his teeth, the look in his eyes growing intense and determined. "We must have met each other somewhere!"

Sophie composed herself and then let out a sweet smile, "Sir, it seems that you're interested in me, but I am sorry that I have to tell you that I have a meeting to attend in a while. However, I think we can make another appointment so that we can learn more about each other?"

Sophie put on an obsessed smile and spoke in an extremely artificial accent. Given her kind of lousy appearance, she thought the man would be scared away if he had a normal taste of women.

However, she was wrong. Her opponent was Charlie.

Staring at the dubious woman, the man twitched his lips meaningfully. "Okay."

Okay? What?!

While Sophie was smiling awkwardly, the man took the piece of paper from her hand.

Then Charlie took out a fountain pen from his suit pocket and quickly wrote several characters on that piece of paper.

"If you dare not come, you will get into trouble."

An undisguised threat!

The tips of Sophie's fingers pinching that piece of note trembled slightly.

She looked down at the appointed time and location left by Charlie on the note.

"Well, nice writing."

Of course, she dared not go.

Charlie opened the office door, and the principal and the dog looked at him nervously.

Sophie then walked out of the office, did not look at Charlie. She walked away quickly, holding a pile of documents in her hand.

The golden-haired dog standing next to Charlie wanted to follow the woman. The man patted it gently on its head and said, "Don't be naughty!"

A trace of grievance flashed across the dog's eyes which were staring at the departing back of Sophie.

He liked Sophie's smell very much.

"Mr. Flores," The principal walked over to Charlie with butterflies in his stomach. "She is a new teacher who is not familiar with the rules, so if she has offended..."

Charlie shot a glance at the man before his eyes, which scared his legs to shake. The principal hurried to add, "I will fire her immediately if you please."

That was not what Charlie cared. Instead, he warned in a cold voice, "Don't reveal any information of me." Even his family name.

The principal's heart tightened up. The dramatic scenes happened one after another, which made him forget about the taboo and made the same mistake twice.

"Yes, sir."

"What's the name of that female teacher?"

"I'll ask about it right away." The principal thought that though the new female teacher did not offend any of those students from wealthy families, she had angered Mr. Flores. Thus, she was doomed to suffer a lot.

Mr. Flores was the president of the TB Group. In his eyes, Flowery City College was nothing heavier than a speck of dirt.

After obtaining the needed information, the principal reported honestly, "Sir, that woman is called Maria Thompson. She is an overseas graduate and now a new guidance counselor here who is going to take charge of Young Master Josh's class."

Maria Thompson?

Charlie impatiently interrupted the principal by asking, "Is she going to be responsible for Josh Miller in the rest of the time of his study here?"

"Yes."

"Let her supervise Josh Miller well for me. Make sure that no unwanted situation will happen! " With that, the man took Kim and strode away.

The principal was stunned for a moment and stood still.

Mr. Flores was not going to punish that new guidance counselor's reckless performance?

Soon, he thought it through.

Nope. Mr. Flores wanted to punish her with Josh Miller, an extremely naughty young master.

Sigh. It seemed that Miss Thompson was going to get into trouble.

"Miss Thompson, we are all waiting for you."

By the time Sophie arrived at the student administration conference room, the other teachers had all gotten seated around the rectangular desk.

"Sorry that I'm late. I went to the restroom." Sophie lowered her head and got seated.

None of the other teachers spared an extra glance at her, and they snorted lightly. Then, the meeting began.
