Chapter 8 Plans for Her Child

"Grandpa, it looks like Nora really doesn't know. We should stop pushing her."

Brook spoke up and reassured her with his eyes.

"Yeah! Grandpa, it's not a big deal. There are so many of us. We can easily raise the baby, right?"

Ryan spoke up timely, and people's faces lit up.

"That's right, Nora, don't worry. When the baby is born, I'll teach him race, and he will become another world champion on the track."

Luther picked up the conversation and smiled at her heartily.

Sitting next to his twin brother, Chase nodded in agreement.

"Stop the noises before I lock you up in the ancestral hall. Learn from Brook, he is always quiet and peaceful.

Andrew looked around menacingly before laying his eyes on the composed Brook. Instead of getting involved in their topic, he just chatted with Nora.

"Brook, don't you want to have a plump nephew to play with?"

Ryan interrupted Brook and Nora incredulously.

"I do. Nora just left her child and herself in my care."

Brook beamed at his brothers and grandpa before leading Nora back to have a rest.

"Brook, that is contemptible..."
