Chapter 10 Whooping Their Asses

The three went to Emery's home together. In the new environment, Randy felt excited rather than uneasy.

"Godmother, you're so pretty. Can I marry you when I grow up?"

Randy ran to Emery who was chatting with Nora on the sofa, lay prone on her thighs, and said with his eyes glittering.

"Randy, didn't I tell you not to talk like Damian?"

Nora was embarrassed by the naughty boy.

"Ha-ha... Nora, your son is so cute. He has your eyes, but his way of speech and demeanor is so different. To be honest, I find it hard to believe he is your son. You're boring whereas your son is so funny. I like him."

Emery let the boy sit on her lap and kissed him on the cheek.

"He was well behaved but led astray by my philandering fourth cousin."

Nora huffed at Damian's poor education of Randy.

He was a good kid but followed a bad example.

"Don't be mad, Randy is little, and I find him cute. Don't worry, he won't be led astray. By the way, do you have any plans for this trip?"

Emery liked Randy so much that she couldn't tear her hands away. Throughout their conversation, she just took a glance at Nora. Her eyes were all on the boy.

"I'm back mainly for our cooperation with YZ International. Then I'll go back to White's house and reclaim my mother's inheritance."

Nora was more mature and stable now. When the past was brought up, she looked composed even if she was perturbed inside.

"Mommy, are you taking me to visit my grandpa?" Randy heard his mother mentioning the White Family and learned about his other grandfather.

"Yeah, we'll pay him a visit."

Instead of mentioning her sufferings and prejudices, Nora just told him to experience and make his own judgment.

"Hooray, I haven't met him before and wonder if he will like me."

Worries written all over his face, Randy looked at his mother with his big, clear eyes.

"Randy, you're so cute. I believe your grandpa will like you. But what if he doesn't? What are you gonna do?"

Emery deliberately teased the boy, tapped the high bridge of his nose, and tested him.

"Hmm... if grandpa doesn't like me, I'll... spank him until he does. Mm, good idea, don't you think, godmother?"

Randy remembered the remark made by George and Chase when they secretly took him to play in the army.

"Er... Nora, who taught him this?" Emery looked blankly at an equally dumbfounded Nora.

"George and Chase, without doubt. Argh, what they taught Randy is terrible."

Nora itched to go back to M Country and whoop the asses of Damian, George, and Chase.
