Chapter 6 Trying To Stop Him

"I have an appointment, and I want to speak with the general manager."

"What? You want me to call the general manager here?"

The saleswoman's smile froze. She could not understand why Duncan wanted to see the general manager as soon as he arrived.

After all, the general manager of the shop was a very busy man, and a mere saleswoman like her could not even see him very often.

"Yes, I have an appointment with him. Ask him to come," Duncan said calmly.

"But..."

The woman was in a dilemma.

Although Duncan was well-dressed, she could not just demand the general manager to come over based on his words.

At the same time, Florrie and two other people walked over and they happened to hear Duncan's words.

Florrie lifted her eyebrows and snorted. "What a poor loser! How can you dare to be so arrogant?"

Even the security guards turned to look at them.

So he stressed his words and repeated, "I really contacted your general manager. Please call him over."

Duncan looked at her expression and figured that she did not believe him.

But he was not worried at all. He knew that he just had to call Moss again to solve the problem.

Just when he took out his phone to make a call, he heard Florrie's annoying voice again.

"Well, Duncan, stop acting. It's shameful, and you're only embarrassing yourself!"

Florrie shouted, resting her hands on her hips.

She then looked around from the corner of her eyes.

The Maybach exclusive showroom they were at was in a very busy street in Ulgow.

Seeing that their farce had attracted people's attention, she wanted to put an end to it at once.

Although Florrie could ignore Duncan and leave, she wanted to record his pratfall to show it to her future husband.

That was the reason she was deliberately getting on his nerves.

Duncan knew her plan, so he cast an indifferent glance at her before he directly called Moss.

"Duncan, didn't you hear a word I said? Have you gone deaf? What are you doing there?" Florrie hissed.

Looking at the crowd surrounding the two, the saleswoman became furious.

She was beginning to doubt if Duncan brought them over to purposely make trouble.

Thinking of that, she quickly signaled to the security guards, asking them to come over.

When the guards saw that, they rushed to her side.

Seeing the security guards standing behind her, the saleswoman felt confident, and said to Duncan coldly, "Sir, if you're not going to buy a car, then please leave!"

"I really have an appointment with your general manager," Duncan said helplessly.

"Oh God. Are you really not ashamed of yourself? Do you still want to make up a story? How stubborn you are!" Elliot, who had been watching quietly for a long time, suddenly spoke while shaking his head.

However, Duncan ignored him as he held his phone in his hand and asked, "Hello, sir. I've arrived at the gate of your company. Where are you? I need to see you."

"Have you arrived? Okay, please wait a moment. I'll be there right now!"

Moss's excited voice came through the phone, immediately calming Duncan.

Although he called the manager in front of everyone, none of them believed that he was really talking to the manager.

At the same time, they all thought that he was taking his act too far to anger them.

As more people gathered around, the saleswoman's patience ran out.

She turned to the security guards and said, "Drive him away."

The next second, the guards grabbed Duncan's arms with a fierce expression.

Florrie and the others burst into laughter while Tanya aimed her camera at Duncan.

"Hey! What are you doing? Stop!"

Just then, a middle-aged man's voice was heard.

The security guards, who were about to drive Duncan away, immediately stopped.

"Ah, Mr. Aston."

The saleswoman turned around and saw the manager rushing over. She immediately bowed to him respectfully.

"You bastards! Let Mr. Anderson go!"

Moss immediately pushed the security guards away.

The guards let go of Duncan and retreated.

"Mr. Anderson, are you all right?" Moss broke into a cold sweat.

The reason he was so nervous was because Duncan was a big customer to this dealership. He must serve him well.
