Chapter 3 This guy

Chapter 3 :

"What is he doing here? Wondered Yvy. The guy headed straight for Chloe's bench. "Hello Darling."

"Hi my choupinet. Do you know that I missed you? Where have you been since?" Chloe answered him. "Sorry baby. I was very busy. But I have a gift for you." he said, handing her a watch.

"Wow James my love. It is so beautiful. Plus, it's pink, my favorite color. But I forgive you on the condition that you take me in your arms and give me a really big hug."

Yvy recognized the guy who was so nice at the gym with her. "So his name is James," she said. "James scooped Chloe up in his arms and started caressing her face and saying sweet words, all under Yvy's gaze. It was as if heaven had fell on her head the guy she had a crush on was actually Chloe's boyfriend she couldn't believe what she was seeing and couldn't do anything but get out to breathe.

but as she rose to leave, James's eyes met hers. She wanted to look away but it was too late. James had already seen her and was walking towards her.

"Hey, you're the girl I saw at the gym on the first break. So this is your class. Yvy was nervous and almost petrified. She was even sweating with her heart racing. She looked like she had just finished a marathon.

"Uh, uh! Yes this is my class."

"What a jerk I am. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is James. I am in upper sixth S, the scientific upper sixth. By the way, could I know the name of the lady who doesn't look where she steps?" James asked with a soft smile.

Yvy was embarrassed. "I'm Ivy," she replied with a shy smile.

"How a pretty name"

"Thank you." She said lowering her head."

"I'm not wasting your time anymore. So see you later.

Then he kissed Chloe on the forehead before leaving, leaving Yvy standing. She would have liked to hold James back, but she didn't have the courage. Yvy was still in shock, she couldn't believe it. The siren sounded and the students went back to their class, seated respectively in their places except Chloe who had something to say, and made her interesting as usual.

When everybody sat, she went in front of the class. "Hello everybody. No more need to introduce myself, I'm Chloe and everyone knows me." She said with a sufficient air like she is above everyone and everything revolves around her. "I just wanted to say that I am presenting my candidacy for the election of the class prefect. And since I know I'm going to win, there's no need to present yours. So I will avoid wasting your time because mine is precious. she said smiling. "Is there a question? She added.

No one in class said anything because all you had to do was open your mouth to say something and Chloe went to complain about you.

"I knew you would comply with anything I had to say. You are adorable my dear. She finished her little speech as her tree stooges started cheering and the rest of the class did the same except for Yvy and Lea who were just amazed that Chloe was so arrogant and pretentious. Thinking about it, Lea was embarrassed to hurt Yvy by cheering like the others.

"Did you hear her?" Yvy whispered. "I'm used to it. It's the fourth year that we've been in the same class," replied Léa.

"I think I'll not present my candidacy to the class prefect election. I don't want to have any more problems than that."

"Trust me, you will."

"Hum! You're just going to carry me and go with me there, seriously."

When she said that Lea made fun of her saying that she was a coward and that a little annoyed Yvy but she didn't let her know.

IN JAMES' CLASS.

As there was no teacher, some students including James decided to play a short truth or dare game to play this game you can use a bottle or a pen. A person picks up the bottle spins it on the table and the person the lid lands on is entitled to either an Action or a Truth depending on what they decide. Almost every girl the bottle landed on chose "action," hoping they'd be asked to give a kiss or kiss cute James.

For the few others who chose "truth" when asked which boy they were crushing on, they all answered James without hesitation. All the girls were head over heels for him, it looked like he had bewitched them with his beautiful gaze or cast a love spell on them. On the other hand, the boys didn't like him very much, it was only normal, all the girls only had eyes for him, he only had two friends in the class. Despite this, he was not arrogant or boastful, which made him even cuter.

IN YVY CLASS.

During the next few hours two teachers came, introduced themselves and gave them the program. The math teacher and the geography teacher. After these 2 courses it was the end of the courses. Lea proposed to Yvy that they walk together since they lived almost in the same place and Yvy accepted.

Coming out of class Yvy saw James and Chloe glued to each other looking into each other's eyes, she looked away from them and accelerated to be out of their sight, she was in pain, she felt like a crack in the heart.

OUTSIDE THE ESTABLISHMENT

Yvy had questions about James and Chloe, but was reluctant to ask Lea, not knowing how she was going to take it. But finally she mustered up her courage and asked Lea the questions.

"uh Lea do you know James?"

"yes Yvy who doesn't know James, cute James, the boy all girls dream of. Why do you ask ?"

"ok," stopping walking. "It's only normal, his gaze is bewitching, he's too cute, elegant, charismatic and, moreover, a gentleman, he's the embodiment of beauty and perfection."

While she said all that Lea was placed there to observe.

"I hope that's not what I'm thinking" said Lea laughing out loud. "Is he the boy you were telling me about?" still laughing. "If it's him don't kid yourself. He and Chloe are dating, she can kill for him."

"yes I know they are dating" Yvy said sadly. "But how can he date such a badass?"

"I do not know. I just know that they have been friends together since childhood and their parents are good friends."

"please tell me about Chloe."

"I don't really know what to tell you except that she's a real pest. Well, her father is one of the senators of this country, he's also a billionaire and a businessman, so imagine now. For her mother, I don't really know what she does for a living. Chloe is an only child, her father loves her very much, he covers her with gifts, he responds to her slightest whims, her slightest desires, which is why she is so contemptuous and haughty, James also comes from a very rich family. but less rich than that of Chloe."

"Wooow! you know a ton about her."

"no, it's just that we did a few classes together."

They stayed there chatting for about 20 minutes. Then they started walking again, when Yvy arrived at her house, they said goodbye and Yvy entered her house. She undressed, did the dishes and then went out to buy something to eat, because her mother was coming back the next day. On the way she walked dancing, she was happy because she had found her prince despite the fact that he was already taken. "As long as there is life, there is hope, with a little perseverance it will be mine." She said to herself before starting to hum one of her favorite love songs.

She was so engrossed in her music and also the car noises, that she didn't hear anyone coming behind her, until the person gently touched her shoulder.
