Chapter 8 Team ups and solo missions

Well......... That was a messed up dream....... I actually cared when they died??........ I tried to help them..... Hell no!!...... I would have just ran...... This is real life ........ I'm trying to survive not get killed...... Its best not to try and save people that can't be saved.......... The master called us up and told us we were all students of exceptional talent and we would be working together from now on..... But first we would be sent on solo missions they briefed us on our individual missions

Apparently I'm supposed to wipe out some islanders and their entire tribe......

It is on an island called java it is famous for a lot of things but what really catches my eye is its volcano which is called kawah ijen which contains blue lava I told them I would need certain amounts of H2O (water vapour), CO2 (carbon dioxide), sulfur, chlorine and fluorine gasses.

This is going to be easy.....

They prep me for my trip for 2 weeks and give me no time limit...... We all know the drill, blind folds..... Blah blah blah but this time they put something on my back...... Like a backpack..... Weird..... Maybe it has the materials I need....

I feel someone stomp me in the back.... I start to fall and it doesn't feel like I'm hitting the ground anytime soon...... I pull of the blind folds and begin to sky dive like a boss.... That's right I'm going James bond in this motha...... Wait is it just me or did anyone else hear Jays voice??....

I pull my parachute and begin to land.....

As I land I see a package that should contain all the gasses I asked for.... I run to them.....

But I slip on a rock and beging to fall down the mountain until I pass out......

I wake up to a hand rubbing my forehead with a wet towel.... It was a girl that had dark skin as if kissed by the Hawaiian sun... She was as beautiful as they get.... I didn't want to get up from the soft touch of her hands.... But I snapped back into my senses... So I jumped up and grabbed my blade.... Who are you? I asked

.....

"My name is Annisa" she said.... I then asked.... "Where am i "

"You're in our village"she said.....

"How'd I get here" I replied...

"I saw you fall down , so I brought you here, to the tribe of Javanese" she says... "you speak English?" I say

"Yes not many here do" she says

I reply in her native tongue "I speak Javanese don't worry"

Surprised? I learnt it during my two week prepping...... You should know by now I'm a boss.

I walk outside and they all welcome me with open arms and I'm treated to a feast...... They seem like really kind people...... "Aaahhh" we here a child scream....... We all rush to the child...... But I run like ten times faster than them....... But there was this one guy who could almost keep up with me.... We meet up with this kid who is being attacked by a rhino...... Its charging at him full speed ahead...... I act on impulse..... I run to grab the kid and as I turn back the rhino crashes into a tree.... It then pulls itself out then charges at me full speed ahead I run towards it while holding the boy....

Once I'm close enough I jump on it and take two steps and flip of it..... While in midair some guy jumps out of nowhere and slams the rhino to the ground...... Wow........ He's strong, I gotta fight him.....

A woman runs over to me crying and thanks me...... I give her the boy and walk over to the guy who took down the rhino and said to him in his native tongue "you know, I could have taking that rhino down without your help right?"...... " not while holding that boy" he replies " we should spar sometime" I say to him .......

He replies " you wouldn't survive it"

A vain pops out of my for head as I glare at him cynically " What did you say you cocky bastard!!!" I say

He replies while getting in my face " I said you won't survive it!!!!"

We stare each other down for a few minutes then I say "We'll just have to see now won't we"

He replies "no we won't, cause you wouldn't survive it!!!!"

This guy is really starting to piss me off.... I run up a tree and he does the same...... We both jump out of the tree's and towards each other..... He's coming at me with a punch but I block and spin kick him to the ground and he slams into it hard.... I quickly pull out my grappling hook and throw it to a tree in front of me and pull my self towards it to stand on a branch.... I smirk.... "You said something about not surviving!!!" I shout from the tree.... He then glares at me

Uh oh... I think he's angry......

He jumps towards me...... Damn he can jump high.... I bend backwards and kick his jaw while releasing a cynical grin.... But I begin to lose balance and begin to fall of the tree........ But he grabs me "thanks b..." Slam!! He slams me on the tree before I can finish talking blood flies out my mouth I haven't even finished healing..... He then throws me towards another tree but I use my grappling hook to grab onto the tree and swing around it flinging my self towards him with a kick to his chest "Temper, temper jerkwad!!!" I shouted at him before kicking him to the ground then I quickly hooked my grapple to the tree again swinging my self around it and flinging my self towards him as he gets up but this time with a heavy punch to his face........ He stays up for a few seconds...... Then gives me a quick punch to the face before falling to the ground and passing out then I follow and fall to the ground......

When I wake up I'm back in the tent and as I walk out I see everyone seated at a table they all hail me for going head to head with their best... Then they treat me to a feast and I eat like a pig...... I'm gonna be so fat by the time I leave......

Night falls and I go to the top of the mountain with some materials..... I use those materials to build a glider then I look at the materials to make the volcano erupt...... Then I think.......... maybe I could stay here for a few more days its not like they gave me a time limit......

I make my way to the bottom then go to another side of the mountain and build a raft.......

Then I see a boat and steel that instead.........

Some people see me looks like they are from the other tribe...... An axe is thrown and hits the tree next to me..... Looks like they're not friendly....

I grab the axe and run towards them..... Get me some shampoo and a rubber ducky cause it looks like I'm about to have a blood bath...

I run towards the first guy who's running towards me then slide on my knees and chop off his leg... I quickly get up spin and chop of another's head more are running towards me so I stomp one in the chest catch an axe that was thrown towards me then spin kick one in the head then I get on one knee and chop his head off.....

I see one running so I throw an axe to his back..... I see another running so I throw my grappling hook at him and the hook sinks into his leg so I drag him back he's screaming in pain its so friggin loud and annoying so I stomp his neck and crack it leaving him dead I pick up an axe one that was on the floor gets up and tries to sneak up on me so I put the axe through his baby factory...... Don't judge me

Then I go to finish the one legged one trying to crawl away...

My body is covered in so much blood so I sit down and stare at the moon for a little while just admiring its beauty.....

Then I bury all the bodies and set up the boat for my exit......

I return to the village after cleaning myself up and see Annisa sitting down and staring at the stars...so I sit next to her...... "What are you doing?" I ask....

She sighs then replies me "staring at the stars.... Some people say when you die you become one of the stars and the stars are all of our ancestors watching us...... Guiding us......... My parents died a few years ago in a boating accident so I come out side when I can't sleep and look at the stars and wonder whether they are watching over me....."

I stare at her for a while and admire how beautiful she looks under the moon light, the way it makes her eyes glimmer and sparkle and then I say to her......

"That's stupid"

She looks at me angrily as if about to smack me....

"Stars are nothing more than hydrogen burning light years away from us...... When people die they don't become stars"..... I say to her.... She looks teary I better say something to cheer her up......

"They become spirits meaning they don't watch over you from a far away place they watch you from here always with you watching and guiding...." I say to her " Do you ever feel sad about something when your alone and for no reason just cheer up on your own?" I ask

"Yes" she says

"That's them watching over you and comforting you...... So when ever your sad just think of them.... Watching over your shoulder cause they are"

Tears begin to roll down her cheek..... She cleans them then smiles at me then jumps me with a hug..... We both lay down and stare at the stars till we fall asleep......

Then I wake up to the smell of blood... But its not from me and its not from before it smells like its coming from the volcano....... I go to check it out...

A few minutes later I return to see Annisa awake "were did you go?" She asked...... I smiled at her "just needed to take a piss that's all"

I lay down next to her and we both sleep.....
