Chapter 6 Threatening

Robin hurriedly refused, "No, no, I've got everything I need here, and I don't need to buy anything. Take it away! You will need it!"

Zack put the money in Robin's arms and said, "You take it. We have more!"

As Zack walked out, he heard the nanny praise him from behind, "Mr. Field, your son-in-law is so kind to you. You are so lucky to have a beautiful and generous man like him as a family. Your daughter has married a good man!"

Robin chuckled, "Yes, you are right. As long as they live together happily, I will be happy!"

Watching Zack's action and listening to the conversation between her father and the nanny, Dorothy was deeply moved.

The two of them came out and walked to the car. When Zack saw Dorothy, he suddenly became annoyed again.

It was true that he was nice to Robin, but that didn't mean that he liked Robin's daughter!

Zack got on the car and drove Dorothy away from City Y to City B.

When approaching City B, Zack said to Dorothy, "I don't admit this marriage."

Zack thought for a while, and said, "You can't let people know that you are my wife. If someone asks you, you can tell them you are my maid."

"Maid?" Dorothy was puzzled.

Zack suddenly felt that this method was good. No one in City B knew that he was married, and no one would believe that his wife was such a rustic woman. So if he introduced her to Blake as a maid, Blake would not doubt him.

Dorothy knew that she could only accept this now. Although she married him, she was not the woman he liked.

This marriage was decided by his parents. Since Zack was unable to object them, he naturally did not dare to divorce, so he could only let Dorothy pretend to be a maid by his side so that his parents would not know the truth, and Blake would not find out as well.

Dorothy looked at him blankly. She only married him because he had had sex with her. But why did it sound like that she did something wrong and she was the one to be blamed?

Dorothy couldn't help saying, "Your father will not drive my father out."

Zack became very angry, "I am my father's only child. Do you think you, or me, his only child who is supposed to inherit the family line, is more important?"
