Chapter 10 Gianna Is Back

Janiya was very nervous. She wanted to calm down, but couldn't. After all, the man beside her had sex with her and was about to become her nominal husband. She had no way to ignore him. Besides, there were so many people around her.

On the other hand, Aden pretended to be a good boyfriend. Although he wasn't smiling brightly, which was expected from couples who were in love, he wasn't as stiff as Janiya either.

"Mr. Morrison, Miss Hamilton, please come closer to each other. I need your faces to be a bit more closer."

Janiya felt very awkward. To her, there was hardly any distance between their bodies. She could even feel Aden's breath on her. However, the photographer was not satisfied and he wanted them to lessen the gap further.

Aden could feel Janiya's nervousness and he was slightly amused. He wanted to make fun of her.

Aden put his hand around her waist and pulled her closer. Caught off guard, Janiya gasped. She could feel the heat of his hand through the material of her dress. She was tempted to check whether the gown was burnt. Janiya was so close to Aden that she could hear his heartbeat clearly.

Janiya froze and didn't know where to put her hands.

"Good! Excellent! That's it. Let's take some more intimate photos." The photographer took the opportunity to take a few more photos.

"We have done something more intimate than this. Why are you so shy?" Aden leaned down and whispered in Janiya's ear.

Janiya felt his warm breath caress her earlobe and the side of her neck. She felt goose bumps break out on her skin and her face turned red as a ripe strawberry, in an instant. Her feet turned to jelly and she grabbed hold of Aden's sleeve nervously, so as not to fall flat on her butt.

Aden's words echoed in her ears. She thought of the night they spent together. Although she couldn't remember it, she couldn't face Aden. After all, she had slept with him.

Aden found it funny, that Janiya was shy and nervous. He didn't realize how happy he was to flirt with Janiya.

The photographer breathed a sigh of relief. Now, he didn't need to guide them into posing romantically, but only had to snap the beautiful moments.

Seeing that Janiya was embarrassed, Aden wanted to play more jokes on her. He pretended as if he was going to kiss her and moved his face close to hers.

Seeing that Aden was leaning his head to kiss her, Janiya was alarmed. She wanted to push him away, but failed.

Aden pressed his lips gently against hers.

Actually he just wanted to see her get flustered, but he did not expect that the kiss would remind him of her sweetness. He yearned for more and leaned again to kiss Janiya thoroughly, so that he could taste her.

"Foolish girl, close your eyes." Aden growled in a low voice. With one hand holding Janiya tightly to him and the other hand behind her head, Aden deepened the kiss.

When his lips touched hers, Janiya's brain went blank. At his command, she quickly obeyed him without thinking and closed her eyes.

The photographer clicked many pictures. They all turned out beautiful and natural. They were a perfect match.

The staff looked at the couple with eyes full of admiration.

"Mr. Morrison, Miss Hamilton, take a break and check the photos. We'll continue another round of photos after you've changed your clothes, okay?" The photographer was in a very good mood. As a professional photographer, it was very rare for him, to get such good shots naturally, without guiding the couple.

The photographer's words broke the kiss that Aden and Janiya were so engrossed in. Thinking about what just happened, Janiya immediately pushed Aden away, and struggled to stand straight. She told the photographer, "No need to take more photos. Just pick some casually from the pictures that you took just now."

She then turned towards Aden and said, "I'm tired. I want to go home." Janiya didn't dare look straight into Aden's eyes, because she didn't know how to face him.

"But...?" The photographer shot Aden a baffled look, asking for his permission.

Aden waved at the photographer, indicating that he should do as Janiya said.

The photographer understood at once and left with his crew.

"I'll drive you home," Aden said in a voice that was husky and not as cold as before.

"No, thanks. I can go back by myself." Janiya didn't want to be alone with Aden, nor did she want to have anything to do with him.

After saying that, she trotted to the fitting room.

Aden looked at the hurrying Janiya with darkened eyes and felt lonely.

But he quickly shrugged out of that mood. He already had a weakness, and Janiya couldn't be his another weakness.

Before leaving, Aden took the photos with him and called Lachlan. "Lachlan, leak the photos to the media. You must create an illusion that Janiya and I are deeply in love with each other."

Lachlan glanced at the intimate photos and said in a teasing tone, "Well, I think you enjoyed it very much. Janiya is a beautiful lady. She has a nice figure and comes from a good family. Since you are so much in love with Gianna, why don't you give Janiya to me?"

Aden grunted, "If you can hide it from my father and not get Gianna into trouble, you can do whatever you want."

After saying that, Aden thought of Janiya. A hint of weird feeling rose up in his heart, but he didn't pay attention to it and hung up the phone.

The next day, Aden and Janiya's photos were splashed over the front page of every major newspaper. People were smitten by the beautiful and dynamic couple, but at the same time, many still said Janiya stole someone's boyfriend.

Janiya also saw the pictures printed in the newspaper. When she realized that these pictures were not taken secretly, but the actual photos from the photo-shoot, she smiled bitterly. No matter how foolish she was, she knew that it was Aden's doing.

The studio where they took the photos was owned by the Glory Group. By the photographer's tremulous attitude yesterday, anyone could see how afraid he was in front of Aden. Without Aden's permission, these photos wouldn't have reached the press.

Aden was surprised to receive a call from Gianna. He didn't expect his father to release Gianna so soon. It seemed that printing those photos in the papers was a good idea.

"Aden, I thought I would never see you again. I was so scared." She hugged him tightly and told him how much she had missed him and how afraid she had been.

Aden hugged her tightly and kissed her head. He comforted her in a soft voice, "It's all over. I will protect you and never let you get hurt again."
