Chapter 7 An Improper Desire

After receiving the order of Danny, Jake was somewhat confused. What on earth this little girl had that attracted Danny? It was difficult for many women to meet Danny, but she was always invited by Danny.

Jake had to do as his boss ordered.

Jake had already known that the people in the sales department were united and enthusiastic. As soon as he entered the door of the sales department, an unknown male colleague walked up to him and patted him on the shoulder casually. "Good morning, Mr. Jake. What brings you here?"

The male colleague was surprised, "Amanda, is the CEO looking for you?"

Jake didn't bother to explain, "I borrow someone from you. The president wants to find her."

Layne still looked indifferent, just glancing at Amanda.

She didn't know why she didn't want Layne to see her like this.

When Amanda walked out of the sales department, she almost ran away.

When they arrived at the door of the CEO's office, Jake stopped and motioned for Amanda to go in. Amanda took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

"Come in." Danny's cold voice came from inside.

Amanda turned the doorknob and walked in. Jake stayed outside.

After entering the office, Amanda stood at the door.

The CEO's office was so spacious that he could play tennis. Sitting at a large and fine mahogany desk, Danny was reading documents carefully.

Amanda didn't know what to do, nor did she dare to disturb the person in front of her. She could only stand blankly.

After a long time, Danny raised his head and asked, "What are you doing there?"

"What?" Amanda was stunned.

"Come here."

Amanda walked over obediently.

Danny also stood up and walked around from behind the desk.

Amanda walked slowly.

Danny strode forward and stopped in front of Amanda.

Jake was smoking by the window of the corridor outside. When he saw her coming out, he stopped her and said, "Wait for me after work in the evening. I'll take you to buy something. On weekend, Mr. Danny will take you to a place."

"Where does he want to take me?" Although she knew there was no answer, she still asked.

Jake frowned. He didn't know if he would like the same thing after being with someone for a long time, but they must hate the same thing.

For example, like Danny, Jake hated talkative women.
