Chapter 5 The Punishment (Part Two)

Prime Minister stood up abruptly, but thought his act was too abrupt. Then he sat down slowly, "Are you really going to see your grandfather?"

"Yes, I haven't seen grandfather for years. I should go to see them." Wendy said sincerely.

Prime Minister's eyes twinkled, "I've told your mother to visit Lord Qin and his wife more often, but she's too weak to go out. It's a good idea that you can visit them instead. Give them some gifts. You can take Alice with you tomorrow. She seldom comes out of the mansion. You can take her out to see the world."

"That's right, Wendy. You can take Alice with you to Qin Mansion. If you need anything, Alice can help." Olivia added. Qin Mansion was in high position. If Alice could win the favor of Lord Qin, then she would be on Olivia's side. Olivia touched her pregnant belly and a glimmer of surprise flashed through her eyes. No one had ever been pregnant in this mansion for many years, but it was Elena Qin who was pregnant.

Wendy smiled, "Yes, father."

Seeing that Wendy was willing to take Alice to Qin Mansion, Prime Minister's anger disappeared. He didn't want to punish her any more, but said, "Wendy, don't go out at will in the future. It's dangerous outside. Be careful not to be bullied if you are ignorant."

Olivia sneered, "I want to hold a big party for the coming of age ceremony of Wendy. The influential officials in the whole city shall better to witness. As soon as Wendy returned to her own yard, Wanda immediately came up to her, and greeted her, "My Miss, you're back. You must be tired. I made tea for you."

Wendy took the tea from Wanda. She looked at it and put it in Wanda's hand, saying, "Now I offer this to you."

The color drained from Wanda's face. She felt that there was something wrong with Miss Wendy. Now she understood. Miss Wendy was just threatening her. Today, Miss Wendy beat Lucy must because she had known that Lucy turned to Miss Alice!

"I will be loyal and devoted to you, Miss!" After that, Wanda picked up the tea cup and drank it up. Her face remained as white as before, and a slight smile appeared on Wendy's face.

"You may leave now."

"Thank you, my Miss."

Wendy held her up and said, "I heard that you had a younger brother."

"Miss!" Wanda trembled with fear, "My brother is still young."

"Well, you may leave now. I'll leave Lucy to be taken care by you."

"Miss, did Lucy and Wanda do something wrong?" asked Judy, confused.

Wendy held Judy's hands, saying, "You silly girl, you are my principal maid. You are responsible for watching and punishing the other maids in the yard. Show me your principal maid's manner. If anyone bullies you, beat her hard. I will take the consequences."

Judy nodded, "Yes, my Miss. I won't let you down."

"Well, get ready. Follow me to Qin Mansion tomorrow."
