Chapter 3 Iron Hands

*She snatched your boyfriend, your mom died trying to save her, she wants to burn the house you live in, she's the only one who got to meet your Dad, she's so stupid Cally slap her to make her pay for everything* A voice whispered in Calantha mind.

Still in fury, Calantha raised her hand and landed a hot slap on Lily cheek and Lily body went numb.

Just then all the anger washed away and Calantha fainted suddenly while on the other hand Lily couldn't process what just happened.

It all seemed so unreal to her and she could still feel the sting on her face, her eyes getting drowsy because of the slap.

Looking at Calantha who had fainted made her confused.

"What the hell is going on" she muttered and tried to move closer to Calantha but her knees failed her as she heard the sound. Bang!!!

Immediately her body reach the floor, she saw blood oozing out of Calantha nose and everything bacame dark.

Calantha is playing in a garden full of roses and flower, a big smile plastered on her face.

Staring at the flowers she continue jotting something on her book and just then she felt a soft kiss on her cheek looking at her side she saw her mom.

"Mommy" she smiled sweetly and hugged her mom.

"Darling how are you" her mom replied with a smile.

"I'm fine mom" she replied remembering something she frowned.

"Why did you leave me alone, you promised never to leave me buh you broke your promise" she mumbled.

"I never left you my dear, Lily is there with you right so you don't have to worry about anything" her mother replied a smile still on her face.

"She snatched my boyfriend mom how could she do that to me" Calantha suddenly said anger surfacing in her voice and the sky began changing color.

Looking up, her mom sigh. "Dear you shouldn't get angry easily or every time, anger isn't the right way to solve it all" her mom told her

"Okay mom but why did she snatched my boyfriend" Calantha asked.

"Ask her that yourself and I want you to know that everything happens for a reason, Henry isn't meant for you that's why you saw him with your sister" Her mom told her.

"Then who is meant for me Mom, I really love Henry" She sigh.

"My dear, destiny will lead you to your Prince Charming, I came here to tell you that the road may be tough but just listen to your heart not your brain" Her mom smiled.

"But mom my brain and heart is the same thing" she mumbled and her mom chuckled.

"No my dear, your mind makes practical decision which help your present while your heart makes decision that helps you in the future but somehow harm your present"

"Okay mom so how do I find my Prince Charming" Calantha grinned like a baby who was given a candy.

"Shush baby, you ask too much question, I will be going now and Calantha always listen to your heart" Her mom smiled and the smile on Calantha face disappeared

"Where are you going to" Calantha said following her mom and then she saw a very bright light and her mom went into it.

"Mom wait for me" she ran into the light.

"Calantha are you okay?" She heard Evelyn voice and she opened her eyes bit by bit because of the sun.

"Where is mom" she muttered and tried to move but she felt a hellish pain all over her body.

"Aahhh" she yelped in pain.

"Are you okay, you must have seen your mom in a dream Cally" Evelyn muttered and Cally sigh thinking of what her mom told her.

Looking at her environment she realized she was lying on a hospital bed"What am I doing here".

"You don't remember" Evelyn asked in shocked, just then everything flooded in.

"F**k" Calantha cursed. "I slapped Lily... I didn't intend to..... I was...where is she"

"You mean you slapped her!!!" Evelyn shouted in shock making Calantha fidget.

"Yeah I know that was out of my limit" she muttered with a sad look.

"No that's not my point, the thing is yesternight when we departed your sis called me you were missing so later I called your line and it was ringing buh you were not picking as well so I called her line the same thing so I called the cops and rushed to your house just to find you both lying on the floor, you were bleeding from the nose and she was... she was half dead" Evelyn dropped the bombshell.

"Wait excuse me!" Calantha said. "How is that even possible nothing happened to her tho"

"That's my point here, the only place the doctors could figure out she was harmed was her cheek it was purple like I mean very purple that's why I was shocked when you told me you slapped her" Evelyn explained

"Buh that's not possible, i slapped her and now you are telling me she's half dead because of it, if you are playing a prank on me stop it" Cally rolled her eyes evident with fear in it.

"I will take you to her once the doctor attend to you, buh how did you pass out?" Evelyn asked

"I don't know, maybe because of the stress" she shrugged.

The doctor had attend to Calantha already and she was not feeling the pain again.

"F**k me for hitting her" Calantha muttered looking at Evelyn body on the bed.

The doctor said she will wake up anytime so and her ear is damaged already.

"So you slapped Evelyn and she's lying here, Calantha do you possess some sort of power" Evelyn chuckled.

"Shut your thrash if you don't know what to say" Calantha scoffed looking at Lily bed.

They moved Lily into Calantha ward so anytime Lily wake they will be there for her.

"Fine, I don't want to be in the same condition as Lily" Evelyn laugh out.

"Seriously?" Calantha raise her eyebrow.

"Fine sorry Iron hands, anyway your flirt of a boyfriend called me asking of you so I told him you are hospitalized, he is on his way here" Evelyn scoffed.

"Why did you tell him, for real I don't want to see that dummy face again" Calantha mumbled.

"Ohh so you are not planning on forgiving him this time, I thought you will remain the fool who forgive her lover for cheating on her countless times" Evelyn chuckled and Calantha scoffed.

"Anyway so what will you be doing about Lily" Evelyn asked.

"Let's just head what she have to say" Calantha muttered.

"Cally......" came Lily weak voice and the two besties rushed to her.

"Lily are you okay" Calantha said with worries laced in her voice.

"I'm sorry Calantha I didn't mean to hurt you pls forgive me" Lily mouthed unable to speak out because of the pain she was feeling.

"Forget about that for now, you need your full strength now that's what matters" Calantha muttered staring at Lily with guilt washed in her face.

"Doc she's awake already" Calantha said as Evelyn led the doctor in.

After examining her, the doctor sigh and stare at Calantha with a confused face.

"Are you sure you slapped her or you hit something in her face" the doctor asked.

"Nope what do you mean" Cally replied sarcastically.

"Well because of the slap, she won't be able to hear a thing from her left ear again!" The doctor said.

"That's not possible!!!!" Calantha yelled and the sky roared immediately.

"You are in a hospital miss mind your tone and yes if you don't believe me then take her to another hospital, God knows what you used to hit her" The doctor scoffed and left.

"God damnit!!" Evelyn muttered confused already.

"Not like I possess some kind of magical power or something or as if I'm woman of steel" Calantha scoffed.

"I'm sure his predictions are not correct" she added rubbing her temple and her other hand doing whatever thing on Lily body.

"Cally I want to go home" Lily suddenly said out shocking them.

"You are in pain Lily you can't go anywhere" Evelyn said.

"I'm not feeling anything again infact I can hear with my two ear" Lily said and jumped off the bed.

"Lily you will hurt......"

The remaining words hung in Calantha mouth as she sees Lily jumping.

"See I'm fine let's go home I want to make it up to you" Lily said finally seating down.

"Sorry ooo but were you pretending to be in pain before and the doctor said you won't be able to hear again what was that" Evelyn muttered processing everything.

"I don't even understand again" Calantha rubbed her temple.

"I don't know about that buh I do know am not feeling anything again" Lily said.

After Lily finished changing to her house wears, they packed ready to leave, Lily went to pay the bills.

"Babe" Henry rushed in thinking Calantha was inside.

Seeing him, Lily and Evelyface was plastered with a frown.

"What are you doing here" Lily rolled her eyes, Henry didn't bother answering her as his eyes scanned the room.

"Where is my Cally?" He asked.

"The last time I checked she was your month or weeks ago not anymore so get your damn face out of this place" Evelyn snapped.

"Where is Calantha? I won't leave here without seeing her" he persisted.

"Have some shame Henry!!!!" Lily yelled.

"Hey ladies what's with the noise" Calantha said entering the ward not seeing Henry.

"Callly see it's me Henry I'm here now" Henry rushed towards Calantha trying to hug her.

"I f**king dare you to lay a hand on her" Came Lily voice sending chills down everyone spine.

Calantha hated this part of Lily cause she does or say things without thinking if she is in this state.

"Lily calm down, What are you doing here Henry" Calantha said, fury masking her face.

"Babe I promise it wont happen again" Henry pleaded with a sarcastic look.

"I know I'm a bitch and you are an asshole but at least I have conscience and I regret everything but you seem not to feel anything called conscience or regret" Lily snapped.

"Get out!!" came Calantha voice filled with anger.

'Wassup with the two sister why do I feel cold all of a sudden' Evelyn mumbled within her.

"Evelyn will you shut your lips, I'm not here for you" Henry yelled getting fed up with the sisters.

"You are really shameless" Calantha reached her limit and went towards Henry with the intention of smacking him but she stopped seeing Lily in his front already.

"Let's break what you are so proud of" Lily said with a smirk.

"What do....." Henry stopped what he was doing when Lily raised her hand to slap him, he quickly caught the hand with a smile on his face.

"What are you gonna do now I ruined your plan to ruin what I'm proud of" he said with a smirk on his face.

"Wrong, it was a distraction" she said and immediately she punched him in his most precious part with her other hand.

"F**k" Henry yelped in pain, holding unto his twin below him.

"You missed something Lily" Calantha said moving closer, bringing out a perfume in her bag she spray it in his eyes and he screamed out in pain.

"What the heck is this!!!!!!!!" He yelled groaning in pain.

"I got it for security purpose, it's actually pepper spray" Calantha smirked.

"Wow, you both are really sisters" Evelyn chuckled.

"Don't show yourself before us again motherf**ker. Lily said with authority laced in her voice.

"Let's go" Lily said, the two girls hurriedly rushed out with her leaving Henry lying in the floor.
