SCARLET'S POV
(The Midnight Pack)
She giggled, "Oh, stop it, Charles," as he tickled my ears.
"You are amazing," I whispered into his ears, kissing his cheek. I felt a bit disgusted for a while.
"I know I am, thank you."
"You are really amazing, I love the treat," whispers into my ears.
"Should we go for more?" the ugly b**ch asked me.
"Oh, not at all, let's rest for a while." Before completing my statement, he soared beside me.
I looked at him aggressively, bit my finger, stood up from the bed, went towards my bag, brought out a rope, grinned while stretching it out.
"Good luck, old man, time for your kingdom to crumble," I smirked, going back to bed.
I walked into Noah's room, and he hugged me. "Where have you been?" he asked me.
"Does that really matter now?" He shook his head profusely.
"Good boy," I said with a broad smile. "So how has your day been?" I asked him.
"Bored without you," he replied.
"I hope you followed my instruction that we will get those girls killed, huh?"
"Yeah, I got them to kill anything for you." With my tired body, I jumped on him. I wonder how the Blue Moon will pay me for sacrificing myself to this loose dog.
I sat down on his lap, twisting my body around him. "Uh," he moaned softly.
"Do we need to go deeper?" I asked.
"Sure, why not?" He hurriedly took off his shirt and helped me with mine, as we both gazed at our naked bodies.
"Reilly," he mentioned.
"Don't tell me you want to mention her name again." I stood up in anger, putting on my dress.
"For goodness sake, when will you learn to forget about her, huh?" I asked him, adjusting my clothes.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know when I uttered that."
"Then be careful. I'm so tired; you have been mentioning her name lately, and I'm tired!" I yelled. A knock sounded on our door, and I could smell the suspense.
"Deliver your message," Noah shouted.
"Your grace, I'm sorry to give you this information; your lord, he's gone," he replied.
"You mean the alpha?"
"Yes, sir." He looked broken and fixed his gaze on me. I went towards him.
"Sorry, Alpha Noah," I hugged him gently.
"I'm not yet an alpha."
"You are about to be one, and you have to get used to that, Alpha." I rubbed his hair, with his eyes facing my tummy. I smirked.
"All hail Alpha Noah," the crowd cheered.
"I, Noah, present you my Luna, Scarlet," an applause sounded.
"Thank you all for this gathering. As you know, today is a special day. Enjoy yourself, eat, and have fun. Cheers to our new alpha."
Finally, my dream of becoming Luna has come true. It is time to master my plans well and take steps accordingly. I smiled at everyone, only if they knew who their true enemy was.
"Who the heck is she, and why is she getting into your head, Noah?" I screamed out in frustration. Lately, Noah just keeps losing focus.
"You might not understand what she means to me, but she was my life." I quickly cut him off.
"Enough, Noah. Be strong for once; stop going to the past and stop these unnecessary feelings," I sighed. He looked at me.
"I'm sorry if that hurt you."
"Don't make me mad. Don't tell me sorry; correct yourself, Alpha," I told him. He was making me go mad unnecessarily.
"I don't know what to say."
"What do you think I should do next in this kingdom?" He asked me, finally, I felt water quench my fire igniting in me.
"I have talked to the council, and we will be planning war against the Shadow Pack."
"You mean the Shadow Pack?" He asked me confusingly.
"Yes, the Shadow Pack. They are selfish. They have enslaved us, not giving us power. We need to rule the four kingdoms, don't you?" I asked him.
"But don't you think we are going too far?"
"Going for the mightiest pack is so ridiculous, and we are endangering lives. If my father was on the throne, he wouldn't allow that..."
"Shh, that's enough. That's why you are not your father. We have the support of the moon, goodness, I have special abilities, and you, then they are only civilized and cut off some traditions," I tried manipulating him with my words.
"That's true," he began to reason with me.
"If you do it, we will become the ruler of the four kingdoms," I smiled.
"Don't you think we need to consult the help of the other pack?"
"Not everyone will support. They are so weak, and they won't do anything to endanger their lives. You will get the support of my father." I walked towards him, hugging him.
"That's true. Getting support from the Blue Moon will be better. So let's do this; I shall discuss with the council."
"I have done that. When you stay all day thinking about Reilly," I groaned in frustration.
"I'm sorry."
"Don't tell me sorry; just promise me you will never do that again," I said with my puppy voice.
"I won't do that again."
"Very good."
(Council meeting)
"Good day, everyone. My Luna and I welcome you all to this council meeting."
"Good day, Alpha." Those were their words. Hearing the word Luna made my head giggle.
"We have some cases on the ground, and we want to start working on it immediately."
"Don't tell me it's war," Marcus said. I looked at him with a deadly stare.
"Actually, a war," Noah replied.
"On who then?" He asked again.
"On the Shadow Pack..." Without allowing him to finish his words, Marcus stood up.
"I'm out." I was so enraged by what he said.
"You can't be out, okay? You listen to your master's command." I hit the table.
"Now sit," I ordered, and he did.
"We are going to war, and that's final. How long do we want to be slaves to them?"
"We got all they need, and we are going to war!" I bellowed.
