3RD PERSON'S POV
Marco stormed out of the room, holding his head tightly, probably trying to emphasize what had just happened.
He couldn't have possibly slapped her just because she said that, right?
"Baby, where have you been? You left without finishing your food, so I came to check if you are fine," Venom said, trying to touch him.
He threw her a deadly glare, and as if she understood what he meant, she withdrew her hands.
"Why are you being so mean towards me? I'm still your cute little Venom. You know I feel so bad when you ignore me. Tell me whatever it is that I have done-say it. I will apologize," she scoffed.
"I have told you times without number, Venom, I don't need you to pity me! Just stay away from me; that's all I need you to do for me!" She moved closer.
"Is it because of her? What does she have that I don't? She can't even protect herself, so how do you expect her to fight with you? She doesn't deserve you, Marco; she doesn't!"
"And who deserves me? You? Oh, stop it, Venom! Snap out of it! Mind you, I'm your boss, not your lover or something! The next time you call me by my name, I swear you won't like what I will do to you!" He flared up, forcing her to move back in fear.
"Why are you this way? Why can't you just forgive me? I have apologized to you a thousand times; can't you just let go of what happened and forgive me, please?" Marco looked at her and then chuckled.
"No way, Venom! Forgiving you will be the last thing I do! I'm not going to spare you if you dare try to get in my way! Mark my words!" With that, he walked away.
Cheetah, one of the gang members-or rather Venom's war dog-walked out from her hiding place.
"You see what I told you? He's coming out from that maid's room, so what do you expect? There's no way he's gonna see your face, not after talking with that bitch!" Cheetah jibbered.
"He's not coming out from her room; just shut up! I know he still loves me. He's only using her to piss me off; sooner or later, he will come back to me!" she assured herself, refusing to accept the fact.
"Stop deceiving yourself, Venom! Just close your eyes and accept reality. He doesn't love you-just accept the fact!" Cheetah slammed.
"You lie! He doesn't love her either! Didn't you hear him call her a sex toy? He's only using her, so mind your business! I know you are jealous of me," Venom jibbered, giggling.
"He called her a sex toy, and you believed him! You of all people should know he's only playing a fast one on us all. He loves her more than you can imagine! Don't be deceived!"
"And who do you think you are to tell me what to believe and what not to believe? Wait, are you accusing him of going against the godfather? Don't even think of it, Cheetah! I will tolerate anything from you. But accusing him is one thing I will never accept! Never!" Venom warned angrily.
"I'm sorry; I didn't mean it that way. I'm only trying to state the fact... He's..." Venom cut her off with a dirty slap.
"Mind your business, you lowlife bitch! I picked you up from the gutters-from being my maid to being a clan member, and all you can pay me back with is accusing my man? You are nothing but an ungrateful bitch! I don't ever want to see your face! Ever!" She walked away, leaving Cheetah, who was still holding her reddened cheeks.
"I'm only saying the truth! Sooner or later, you will have to accept the fact that the boss doesn't love you anymore, and with the way things are going, I don't think he will love you again!" she murmured to herself.

"What? You slapped her? Why?" Nanny Daisy questioned.
"I don't know what came over me, Nanny; I swear I didn't mean to slap her," he replied slowly, taking a seat on the couch tiredly.
"Thought you told me you had healed already? You've always wanted her here; now she's here, and you are treating her this way. Your calling her your sex toy is the current talk of the whole clan. You shouldn't have said that to her!" Nanny Daisy quarreled with him.
"I didn't know how the whole thing happened. Slapping her wasn't my intention; I mean, why would I slap her?" Nanny Daisy sighed tiredly.
"I have told you this before, Marco, and I'm telling you again: let her go if you love her like you claim! You will only end up hurting her and yourself if you continue keeping her here. You are scared to show her to the world, and trust me, no one wants a man who is scared to show her off. Since you can't love her the way she wants to be loved, then it's better you let her go."
"Hell no! Nanny, I'm never letting her go. She's mine and mine alone. There's no way I would leave her for another man. Not while I'm alive! If I can't have Sarah, no one will!" he blurted, scattering the food Nanny Daisy served.
"You still haven't changed, Marco. You told me you were no longer a psychopathic Marco. I thought we had gone past this stage already?" Nanny Daisy touched his shoulders.
"I'm trying, Nanny. For a long time, I've been myself, but it all worsened again when I brought her back to the clan. I don't want to hurt her, nor do I want to let her go. I'm so confused, Nanny. I don't know what to do," he sighed tiredly.
"It's going to be okay; you just have to work on controlling yourself. She's yours and no one else's," Nanny Daisy muttered, hugging him.
