Chapter 5 FIVE

ALPHA KING'S QUARTERS***

Rachel slowly opened her eyes, groggily staring around.

She was in Kieran's chambers, lying in his massive bed.... Wait his bed? She was still on his bed? It was forbidden for a mistress to stay on the Alpha king's bed after he'd slept with her.

Memories of the previous night flooded her mind, and her face flushed red.

She felt sore, her body aching from the previous night,He didn't let her sleep all night. He kept taking her multiple times throughout the night,She lost count after five rounds.

Rachel sat up and winced in pain,Her eyes widened when she looked around his chambers. Last night she wasn't able to stare around but now she couldn't help but stare at his chambers in awe.

Kieran's chambers was looking very grand and beautiful, with a massive bed she was sitting on and the walls were a deep blue designed with royal carvings.

The floor was covered in plush carpeting and a stone fireplace was in one wall, with a large mirror hanging above it.

The room was furnished with comfortable chairs, a small desk, and a few sculptures.

She blinked and looked away confused of what to do now. Kieran wasn't anywhere around and she didn't know if she should leave or stay.

Rachel was still naked on the bed and her clothes were nowhere to be seen.

The door to the chambers opened and Sienna walked in.

Her piercing green eyes stared around the room nervously with her hands shaking while she held the cup of tea.

"Good morning, Rachel. May i call you that?

Rachel blushed and immediately pulled the covers up to her chest, smiling shyly.

"Yes,You can call me that. What's your name?"

"Sienna"She responded quietly, feeling guilty of what she was about to do already.

"I brought you this tea" Sienna said nervously as she held out the cup.

"You might need something to... soothe you after last night."

Rachel's eyes dropped to the cup and she nodded taking the tea from her with a small smile.

She felt happy cuz Sienna was the first person after the Alpha king that was nice to her since she came.

"Thank you" Rachel said softly taking the cup of tea from her and drank almost half of the tea at once.

Sienna stared at Rachel with a sad expression while she drank the whole tea.

Now that Rachel had drank the tea,The Alpha king's seed from last night would get flushed out and Rachel wouldn't be able to get pregnant with The Alpha's king child just as the Luna wanted.

MAIDS QUARTERS**

The Luna was taking a morning stroll around the castle with Sienna behind her as always.

She suddenly heard whispers coming from the maids, her ears perked up, and she stopped walking.

* I heard the Alpha king bedded the Omega last night *One of the maids whispered, staring around nervously.

* The Luna would be so furious, she's his mate after all, Jealousy will consume her*Another one said with a laugh of mockery.

* She's not his true mate anyway,They Only mated because he needed a queen and she wanted the power that came with it *

The moment Luna Aurelia heard the last words, She stormed towards them in rage. Her expression filled with anger and her eyes glowing in rage.

"How dare you you all!"Her voice thundered, through the maids quarters.

All the maids present immediately bowed down their heads in fear.

"So you stupid she-wolves have no work but to gossip? You think you can spread rumors about your king and me, your Luna?"

The three maids eyes wide with fear and they immediately dropped to the floor, kneeling before Aurelia.

"Please forgive us Luna"One of the maids begged her voice trembling.

"We were wrong to speak of such things, We're sorry"

"You three made a mistake of ever mocking me,I'd rip your throats right now and in your next miserable lives you all will learn to keep your mouth shut"She snarled ignoring their pleadings and turned towards a a guard.

"Get me a dagger"

Sienna's eyes widened but she said nothing. Nobody dares to speak when the Luna was angry.

The guard immediately bowed and went to get it for her.

The maids trembled, crying and pleading more loudly.

The guard came back holding a Silver dagger,As a werewolf, They were vulnerable to silver, Silver can stop them from healing fast.

It poisons their systems, causing them pain and weakening them. It was one of the things that could bring kill a werewolf.

Aurelia snatched it from him and raised it up before she plunged the dagger into the first maid's chest, the sharp blade sinking deep into her heart.

The maid's eyes widened in shock and pain, She fell to the ground and died instantly.

Sienna and the rest of the maids gasped, Suddenly in tears as they watched the girl die.

Aurelia turned to the second maid and she grasped the maid's hair pulling her head back to expose her throat before she used the dagger to slice the second maid's throat.

The maid's eyes went wide, her mouth opening to scream but she fell to the ground, her blood pouring from her wound.

Lunaria killed the third maid too mercilessly and then that one died too.

The maids watching including Sienna were crying silently,Too scared to make a sound.

"This is what will happen to anyone who dares to open his or her dirty mouth to speak about me and mock me"She said to the rest of the maids watching.

They all immediately nodded, bowing their heads down.

"Get out of my sight!"She yelled and they immediately ran off in different directions.

The smell of blood was so strong that within seconds Kieran and Gideon suddenly appeared in front of them.

Aurelia immediately bowed as she saw Kieran and Sienna bowed too in respect as she saw the Alpha King and Beta Gideon.

Gideon stared at the maids lifeless bodies on the ground and he frowned deeply.

He didn't utter a word waiting for Kieran to speak.

"Why did you do this?"Kieran asked in a very calm but dangerous tone.

Aurelia swallowed hard.

"They were mocking me"She answered.

"So I thought them a lesson, You know that I hate it when someone mocks or insult me. I am their Luna and Queen, They should respect and fear me..."

"You have no right to take my subjects' lives,I do not care if you're my Luna or not but never will you take the life of one of my pack members without my permission."

Aurelia's face paled, her eyes widened in shock.

"My king, I...."She tried to speak again but Kieran cut her off.

"You will not speak when I'm still talking"He growled.

"You are my Luna, and as such, you will respect the boundaries and rules of this pack. You will not take the law into your own hands. Do I make myself clear?"

Aurelia nodded bowing her head in submission and respect.

Gideon stepped forward and sienna instinctively lifted her eyes to look at him but he didn't even look at her so she lowered her head back down.

"Take the bodies away to their family and have them prepared for burial" Gideon ordered while Kieran stayed silent.

The guards nodded and carefully lifting the lifeless bodies of the maids before taking them away.

"Kieran..."She started to talk again but Kieran glared at her. He already so mad at her.

He turned around to leave and Gideon immediately followed behind him without even glancing or smiling at sienna like he always does.

PRINCESS LUNARIA CHAMBERS***

Lunaria lay in the warm bathwater, her eyes closed as the maids gently bathed her.

Her presence was there but her mind wasn't there, She couldn't stop thinking about the vampire no matter how hard she tried.

He wasn't leaving her mind. He wasn't leaving her memory and even her wolf wouldn't stop talking about him in her head.

Lunaria took in her lips as she remembered their kiss...Her first kiss with a male.

It was forbidden, she knew, for a werewolf to be intimate with a vampire but now she couldn't stop thinking about him.

Did she do the right thing by feeding him her blood?

She had done it to save the vampire's life but now she wondered if she had made a terrible mistake.

What if she had mistakenly bounded herself with him for eternity?

What if Kieran finds out? He wouldn't find out anyway cuz the mark she expected to be on her neck after he bite her wasn't there.

The wrist cut healed and disappeared too.

She also woke up and suddenly find herself on her bed,Did he cast a spell on her? Does he know that she was a werewolf princess?

The main question was,Does he think about her too? Or has he forgotten about her after last night?

She sighed softly. What was his name? She might never get to meet him again and that made her sad.

One of the maids gently washed her hair, massaging her scalp softly and Lunaria opened her eyes.

"Thank you"She murmured, closing her eyes again.

The maid smiled and nodded, continuing to wash Lunaria's hair gently.

The maids finally finished bathing her and they quicky helped her out of the tub wrapping her in a soft white towel.

They led her back to her large room and she sat in front of her massive mirror.

Two maids immediately brought three of her dresses and held it out for her to choose.

"What would you like to wear today Princess?"

Lunaria looked at the dresses and Sighed.

"That one" Lunaria said, pointing to the light blue beautiful gown.

The maids nodded and began to help her into the gown.

They did the buttons and tied the laces making sure everything was perfect.

After that,They helped her brush her golden hair and styled it in loose waves.

She looked at herself in the mirror and smiled lightly.

Lunaria walked out of her chambers with her maids behind her,She walked down the hallway, she suddenly stopped, sniffing the air.

An Omega.

She turned around, her eyes searching the hallway until they landed Rachel who was staring at her nervously.

"Hi" Lunaria said, smiling nicely.

Rachel immediately bowed her head down in respect before opening her mouth to speak.

"I...I'm sorry, I...I was lost and..."

"You were the one my brother, the Alpha King, chose yesterday."She smiled widely, staring at her.

Rachel blinked in surprise. Her brother?

"Y-yes, Princess"She responded softly.

"My brother acted really weird yesterday"She laughed, recalling how he interrupted the elder that was about to introduce him to another Omega.

"I've never seen him act that way before, Anyways. I'm Lunaria"She introduced and Rachel smiled softly.

"I'm Rachel"She responded quietly.

"I like you name"Lunaria complimented and Rachel blushed lightly.

"Thank you,I like your name too and your hair is really beautiful"

Lunaria smiled widely.

"Gosh I like you already, Can we take a walk around together? I'll show you around the Castle"

Rachel stared at her in surprise.

"M..me?"

"Yes"Lunaria confirmed,still smiling at her.

"I.. I'm an Omega"Rachel reminded her nervously.

Lunaria nodded with a smile. "It's okay, Rachel. You're welcome here, no matter what your rank is."

"Thank you"Rachel smiled widely.

VAMPIRE'S KINGDOM***

King Kristof sat in his throne, his wife, Queen Alethea, beside him. His eldest son, Riven, stood before him, his head bowed in respect.

"You've been gone for two days Riven"The Vampire king shouted at his Son.

"No one knew where you were. What if something had happened to you?"

"I'm sorry, Father. I didn't mean to worry anyone."Riven responded with a frown as he bowed his head.

"You're the future king, Riven You can't just disappear without a word. Where were you?"

Riven's jaw clenched and went silent,He couldn't tell his father the truth that he had almost died, and a werewolf princess had saved him.

As a vampire, Riven had been taught to despise werewolves, to see them as nothing more than beasts to die in their hands but the she-wolf who had saved his life was different. She was kind, brave, and beautiful.

"Why are you silent? Where were you?"

Riven still remained silent.

"Speak up Brother or are you hiding something?"Riven's Younger brother Zack spoke up with a smirk.

Riven Ignored him. Zack and Riven never got along,They both hated each other and that was mainly because of the throne.

"I have something to attend to"Riven muttered and without waiting for anybody response,He disappeared out of the room, leaving his family staring after him in surprise.

Within seconds,He appeared in his chambers and immediately took of his shirt.

Riven pulled out a piece of earrings in his pants pocket and stared at it. He took it from Lunaria when she was unconscious and took her back to her castle with magic.

"Wolf Princess"He muttered with a smile.

AT THE CASTLE***

Rachel was currently with Princess Lunaria at the castle, walking through the beautifulgardens.

"What's your favorite type of flower?"Lunaria asked Rachel but before she could respond....Rachel suddenly felt a sharp pain in her stomach.

She gasped, clutching at her abdomen.

Lunaria immediately turned to her,Her expression filled with concern.

The pain left almost immediately and Rachel breathed out in relief.

"I... I'm fine"

The pain hit her again, sharper and more painful than before.

Rachel groaned, her hands instinctively going to her stomach and she shut her eyes tightly in pain.

"Rachel, what's wrong?"Lunaria asked worriedly, helping her sit on the Gazebo.

Rachel tried to speak, but the pain made it hard for her to speak.

"I...I don't know," she managed to gasp. "It hurts...I..in my stomach"Rachel whimpered Again.
