Chapter 5 Sleep with me

Juliana gazed weakly against the window of the car, looking out at the speeding receding night scene with her red eyes.

Alex's harsh words still lingered in her mind, but she felt numb, detached.

How many times when Sarah bullied her behind her family's back and she had endured it silently, thinking she could get some peace, but unexpectedly. She had intensified.

She's not a naturally weak person, so if she can't tolerate it, she naturally learns to fight back, and this becomes her bullying Sarah in Alex's eyes.

She was kicked out of the Wilson family. The whole woodland city of Texas knows that she was the unwanted daughter of her family, and her grandmother was even more displeased with her.

In order not to embarrass Alex,she avoids everything and tries to stay out of the public eye but in his eyes she becomes a pushover and refuses to accompany him to social events and selling adult toys.

If it wasn't for the incident, if it wasn't for the selfishness of the Wilson family, she wouldn't have ruined her career and fallen to this state?.

All of these, and in the end it was all her fault.

Juliana closed her eyes, only to feel endlessly sad and ridiculous.

Just then, a man's voice broke the silence, "Is it worth it to be sad for such a man"

She was slightly stunned and turned her head to look, lost in the blurred vision of a nobleman sitting there with a straight back and a cold brow.

She just remembered that it looked like she had gotten into the car of a man who had just helped her at the bar.

She didn't want to look defeated anymore and wiped the tears from her face, "who says I'm grieving for him?".

Shane looked at her with raised eyebrows, his gaze piercing.

"I'm not doing it for him," Juliana said, her voice firm. "I'm doing it for myself".

Shane deeply agreed and nodded his head.

"The best way to deal with a failed investment is to stop thinking about it."

Shane's expression softened, his eyes crinkling at the corners. Juliana felt a flutter in her chest, but she pushed it aside. She had seen good-looking men before, like Alex, but Shane was different. He was like a god, radiant and captivating, leaving all others in his shadows.

It was like the star could not share the same glory as the sun and moon.

Not to mention the fact that he had a face that will make any woman excited enough to scream.

Ridiculous thoughts flash through her mind staring at the sight of his handsome face,she swallows.

"After a while she suddenly asked," What do you think of my Adult toys business?".

Shane lifts his eyebrow "it's normal, there's nothing special to it".

Juliana laughed, her smile was part of the drunkenness and seriousness, her beautiful eyes covered like autumn water and her tone was light. "I think so too".

A hint of cold fragrance suddenly hit the tip of his nose, and when Shane slightly tilted his head he saw that she's only set up straight and leaned her body towards him.

"Do you think I'm beautiful?"she asked with a smile.

Shane's body stiffened.

The woman in front of him was undoubtedly beautiful.

Not only is she beautiful, but sexy and stunning.

Even though she only wore a simple and ordinary jacket, it still couldn't stop her beauty.

After only a few minutes, he gave an uncomfortable answer."Hmmm".

Juliana leaned a bit more, her delicate red lips almost coming up to his ear, she used a small voice to ask, "so if I want to sleep with you would you be able and willing to comply."

David, who was driving, really couldn't hold back and puffed out to laugh. The next second he felt the cold knife behind him.

David kept a serious face and drove the car silently.

Shane then turned back to the woman beside him.

He narrowed his eyes, there was a dark light, floating in them.

"There is a price to pay for sleeping with me, are you sure?."He said.

Juliana smiled and said "Money? I have"

She said pulling the money out of her bag and taking out all of it, "if it's not enough I can withdraw more".

Only then did Shane realize that what she just said was not a joke, she was serious.

The veins on his forehead jumped twice and he rubbed his brow.

"Are you going to sleep with whoever is sitting here tonight?, Shane asks seriously.

Juliana bent her head, she laughed suddenly and reached out to touch his face.

"I wouldn't be that stupid to sleep with you because you are so handsome, they look down on me, don't they? I am going to find someone better and more handsome than him, I am pissed at them"

Shane never expected that kind of answer. He was a little puzzled, clearly not ready to take it seriously.

Just then, the car suddenly braked abruptly.

Juliana was already drunk, she quickly rushed out, if not for the quick eye and hands of Shane to retrieve her back she would have fallen out.

"What's going on?" Shane asked

David's voice came from the front, "I am sorry sir, we are here at the Suite land."

"You can go now"

"Yes sir!"

The sound of the car door closing, Shane turned to look at the woman in his arms seeing her drunken eyes blinded, her clear face stained with flushes, not to mention a frown.

"We're here, get off!"

The woman in his body, however, did not move, she leaned into his arm and gazed up into his noble, untamed face.

Her face was ascetic and cold, but her lips were thin and sensual, and was full of seductive compulsions.

Juliana reached out and wrapped her arms around his neck, a cool kiss fixed on him.

Shane's body stiffened, his pupils tightened and in the next second, the softness on his lips left.

Juliana looked at him and giggled, "Handsome you have a sweet mouth"

Resisting the urge to throw her off the car he said in a quiet voice, "let's go!".

Juliana didn't move and blinked looking at his handsome and cold appearance, her eyes suddenly turned red.

"Is that why you won't sleep with me too, because you think I am rigid, ungentle and uninteresting".

Shane, tense with such a question, said "no!."

"Then why won't you sleep with me?Am I not seductive and attractive?"

She seemed suddenly aggrieved with tears flowing in great masses, she said "is that why he didn't touch me?, and preferred my sister, was my sister so attractive.

His heart tightened for no reason.

The woman's tears wet the hem of his clothes.
