Chapter 1 I Love only Bella

"Arrgh!"

She shouted in pains.

Nothing could be done, she had lost the baby. Esther Brown laid like a stature on the bed as she stared at the ceiling.

"What's left to wait for? All hope is lost" She sighed.

Still in her abyss of disarray, the door opened revealing a man who was panicking.

She made to stand up, but the pain in her abdomen stopped her movement, she looked at him, a tear slipped her face.

"I am sorry" she muttered.

The man stood like a stature as he looked at his wife on the bed. Without any word he sat down, his eyes not leaving hers.

Esther cried but the man was as still as stature. After sometime, he finally asked. "How did it happen?"

Esther stopped crying, she sniffed hard 'He's calming down now' she thought.

"I am asking you, how did this happen? Where is the baby?!" He asked with a stinky voice full of sadness and anger.

Esther froze on the bed, she couldn't say anything, then a group of doctors entered the room and the head doctor gave him a scroll.

"So Sorry for your loss Mr Gregor, we tried to save the baby but Mrs Gregor fell down really hard and she's lost lot of blood before she got to the hospital"

Wayne Gregor shot the doctor a glance, "What did you mean?"

The doctor collected the scroll, "Your wife had slipped from the stairs, and she has severe loss of blood, we did everything we could, but the baby, has been injured before she got to the hospital"

Wayne's world fell. He had high hopes for the baby, but all is lost. His face remained hard and stoic, his heart was breaking rapidly.

The doctors left, then he faced her, "How did you slip from the stair? Why did you slip? You have successfully killed my first seed, are you happy now Esther?"

Esther cried, her tears are immensely as she remembered how happy they had both been when she got pregnant.

"I'm sorry.... I am really sorry Wayne, I don't know I could fall, I don't expect this either, I am really sorry please Forgive me" She cried as she held his hand while still lying on the bed.

He snapped his had away from hers, he faced the other side of the wards with anger, "Sorry? If sorry could fix things then I could have killed you right now and say sorry to the government!"

Esther cried as of there's no tommorow. She was not used this new side of him, the Wayne Gregor she had always known is a romantic Husband that hasn't raised his voice at her before, but now, he shouted on her and even removed her hand from his.

Her head was swirling in pain but she couldn't find care now. Then he continued, "Did you think I married you because I loved you? I married you because of this baby and that's because mum wants it and now you have successfully killed want you made yourself, you have successfully sent my first born to heaven without letting him know his father, I hate you!"

She sat like a stature on the sofa, the past few days has been a days of pains and agony as Wayne made matters worse for her.

He married her because she got pregnant for him after a fateful one night stand, she was happy to marry him for he was a Billionaire and saved her from the suffering she was experiencing at her father's house from her worst stepmother.

Esther Brown is an illegitimate child child of her family, her mother died after giving birth to her, living Esther for her sick mother. her father had married another wife who had twins for him. The twins made things worse for her.

She have had never experienced what real love tastes like not until she met Wayne Gregor.

Her meeting with him occured on a rainy night when her stepmother had casted her out of the house because she came back late and to compensate her anger, Esther drank herself to stupor and wake up to see herself naked on a strange Billionaire's bed.

He had smiled at her then, and even have her some cash, "I am sorry for what happened, I was also drunk last night that I don't know what's happening to me, take, this is my card and some cash, take care of yourself and call me if there's any problems"

Ever since that day, she had fallen in love with him. She discovered she was pregnant weeks after and called him about it.

"Marry me then, since you're carrying my child, My mum wants a grandson so I'll marry you"

This was a rare opportunity for her, she was finally able to leave her father's house. They don't really mind wether she left or not.

It was yesterday, that she now understood that, She had loved the wrong person.

"Hey! Why are you still here?" She heard his voice making her jerk awake. She stood up and looked down in shame.

"Wayne I..."

"Stop! Like I said, I married you because you are carrying my child, now the child is gone, what reason did I have to keep you?" He asked.

Esther stood frozen under her breath. What's the right answer to the question? She didn't know.

She coughed lightly and uneasily, "Em I...."

"You don't have to keep loving me" Wayne said suddenly. "I will advise you to erase all feelings you have for me because I love someone else!"

She looked up and faced him in dismay, "What did you just say?" She asked again.

He walked closer to her and grabbed her jaw making her face him, "I said; I love someone else so take your baggages and leave my house!"

Esther tried to process the news, she moved towards him with tears in her face.

"Wayne what are you saying? I can get another pregnancy for you" she pleaded.

"Not while I'm alive big sis!" The voice came from the door as someone came into the living room with clinging high heels.

Esther looked up slowly and met the smirking face of her stepsister. It was Bella! One of her twins stepsisters.

"Bella! Why are you here?" She asked cleaning her face trying to act normal, she was wondering how she got to know where she was staying.

Bella smirked and held Wayne's hand with a scornful smirk, "I should ask you why are you here sis? I heard you loosed your precious pregnancy last week? Do why are you still here?"

Esther couldn't understand anything. Her head ringing in Surprise. "Can someone explain what's going on here? Wayne what is she saying? Did you call my family over what happened yesterday?"

Before Wayne could answer her, he pulled Bella over and kissed her. Esther fell on the floor as her head was swirling in pain.

"Leave my house Esther, Bella is the woman that I love!"
