Chapter 4 Stubborn mate

Alex called sandy to come and clear up the place after he was done feeding her. He turned around to leave the room when she spoke.

"Where is my bag?"

"It's in the drawer" he replied. She quickly stood up from the bed and ran towards the drawer. She opened it and brought out her bag and searched frantically inside the bag. She noticed everything was intact except her phone which was the major thing she needed at that moment. She looked over at Alex, confused.

"Did you take my phone? I can't find it in my bag." She asked him.

"Yes. You can't make use of your phone now, I'll get you another one" he said firmly

" And who told you I need a new phone? I want my phone back, now!!!" She said angrily looking him straight in the eye. Alex moved his back with a little smile playing in the corner of his lips giving her a careful look.

"Or what?" He asked.

"Or I'll kill you" she said angrily.

"Then go ahead and kill me cos I'm not giving back your phone. I'm getting you a new one." He turned around after and left the room.

"Aaarrrrhhhh" Laura uttered angrily, completely pissed off. ''what does this man want from me?'' she asked herself. She laid back on the bed, frustrated with her face towards the ceiling and that was when she noticed the beauty of the room. The ceiling was made of glass where you could watch the sky and the stars at night from your room. The room was extremely large. There were four different types of king sized beds in the room. 'why will there be four beds in a room?' she stood to check out the beds, one was a water bed, another was a massage bed, etc. The floor was also made of transparent glass that looked like someone was walking on water. It seemed scary at first but she later got used to it and loved it. The room was decorated in black and gold, black being the dominant color. There was a door in the room that led to the closet and bathroom. Laura opened the door slightly, peeped into the room before opening it fully and went inside. Her mouth opened wide at the beauty in front of her. There were two closet, one on the right and the other on the left. She opened the one on the left and her mouth opened wide at what she saw. It was filled with clothes, not just clothes, but designers. There were lots of designer suits, shirts, shoes, etc. They were all men's clothes though. She walked towards the second closet but it was empty. She opened the bathroom door and another shock hit her. She suddenly felt the need to bath at the sight of the jacuzzi. She couldn't remember ever having a bath in a jacuzzi. She screamed inside with joy. She had forgotten all about the kidnapping, all she wanted to do at that moment was to have fun, even if it was going to be her last. She looked around and saw two toothbrushes on the wash basin, one was new. She took the new one and brushed her teeth. She then went over to the jacuzzi and filled it with warm water and poured the shower gel she found in the bathroom. The shower gel smelt of coconut and almond. It smelt so nice she inhaled the smell several times until she was satisfied. She then pulled off her clothes and soaked herself in the jacuzzi, enjoying the warmth. She stayed in the jacuzzi for almost one hour. She finally got out of the jacuzzi when she realized that the water was turning cold. She made up her mind to wear back the clothes she came in with as she had no other clothes to wear. She took one of the new bath robes she could find in the bathroom and wrapped it around herself. She also took a new towel to cover her hair. She looked at herself in the mirror while the towel was still wrapped around her hair and danced for several minutes before finally leaving the bathroom. She got to the bedroom and sat in front of the mirror in the bedroom. She found a hair dryer and was about to start drying her hair when she heard someone spoke behind her.

"You seem to have fallen so much in love with my bathroom that you find it difficult to leave" Alex said moving closer to where she was sitting.

"I was only having a bath, that's all. Besides, I was only there for just few minutes." She said rolling her eyes at him through the mirror.

"I see" Alex replied. He took the hair dryer from her and offered to help her dry her hair but she refused.

"I can do it myself, thanks. Not like you're a nice guy anyways." She said snatching the hair dryer from him.

"Fine" Alex gave the hair dryer back to her while raising his two hands up in surrender. He walked towards the bathroom, but before getting to the door of the bathroom, he suddenly stopped and looked at Laura with a serious face. "Don't you ever roll your eyes at me again. I hate it." He said to her firmly. " Incase you need something to wear for now, you can take any of my clothes for today. I'll get you new clothes later today." He said and entered the bathroom. Alex couldn't hold his breath anymore. He almost claimed her few minutes ago, thank goddess he was able to control his wolf when he felt his scent on her. She definitely must have used his body wash. He didn't want to scare her off, so he had been controlling himself since he brought her to his house. He had warned all his pack members never to address him as alpha whenever she's around and also not to shift in front of her. He had scared her enough by killing two people in front of her, and now she sees him as a serial killer or some mafia lord. Only if she knew that he was worse than all of that. But whether she accepted him or not, he was never going to let her go.
