Chapter 9 First kiss

***Makima point of view ****

I sat inside my new room while staring at the ceiling , no one to talk to .

It was already dark outside and I wasn't allowed to leave this room , gush this feels like a prison . I heard the cracking sound of the door and I quickly turn , a shewolf stepped in with a scornful look . Am already use to their looks.

" The king wants you downstairs right now "she said

" Why "

" Like seriously are you asking me which a stupid question , what do I expect from a dump Amazonian bitch . Get your ass downstairs " she said she slam the door shut , see what I mean this people realy hate us .

I hurried outside and walk down the hall way , it was easy to locate the dinning room .

There he sat with arms folded and at the side of the table is ..

"Inka "I called and quickly rush to her , she rose up and we hug

" Oh my thank god you're alive and...fine "I said after scanning her body , she chuckle and step back then my gaze move to the alpha king .

" Please you should seat " he said in his usual calm but cold tone , I pull a chair beside Inka and we both sat down .

2 maids came forward and serve us our wonderful mouth watering dinner , the maids bow before leaving . He pick up his spoon and start eating with out saying a word , I was about to do the same when Inka stopped me .

"What "I ask with a frown

"What if the food is poisoned "she whispered

" C'mon I..I don't think so "I mumble and glance down at the plate of meat and rice .

"I don't trust this people and..."

" Why aren't you guys eating " he ask now staring at me , I gulp down and quickly look away .

" If I may ask why are being generous or are feeding us so that with can get fat enough for you to sacrifice us to your moon goddess "Inka sneer

"Inka "half yelled and pull her hand hoping to stop her from talking .

"Stop Makima , tell me Mr alpha " she said glaring at him , he just stared blankly at him . Can this guy at least make his expression readable, how can he be so blank .

"Don't speak the king like that how dare you "a guard who was close to the dining room snap

" Allow her to speak it's a free world " the alpha king said

"But alpha..."

" That will be all " he snap at the guard who quickly bow his head unable to speak , the alpha put down his spoon and then lean back on his chair .

" Xander might have taken your pain but am sure he didn't take your hunger , rather than spouting saliva all over my expensive table while don't you just eat " he said calmly , Inka grit her teeth at his offensive words . How can he say something like that with out any expression, that's a really a big insult .

"You .."

"Inka please "I quickly said

"Didn't you hear what this bastard ..."

"Enough " the alpha roar and his voice echoed with dominance. Inka swallowed the rest of what she was about to say , okay now he looks Furious and very scary . I gulp down as I stared at his deep brown eyes which is now covered with shade of darkness , he huff like he is trying to calling his temper .

" What's your name "ask Inka

"Why should I .."

"Inka please "I said and she scoff

" My name is Inka "she said frowning

"The reason why you're alive is because of Makima and the reason Makima is alive is because of the moon goddess and the only reason why I can't hurt her is because am gonna pay the price of hurting her . Now if you don't want me to hurt you then I beg of you to watch your tongue else I will cut it off and make sure you eat it as breakfast. Is that clear "he said glaring at her

"I said ...is that clear "he said and to my greatest surprise Inka nodded quickly , is she scared or something .

" Good now please enjoy your food "he said with a smile " we all eat in silence with our saying a word to each other and when we were done the maids cleared the table .

" Luis "the alpha king called and the guard from earlier rush forward .

" Take Inka to the guest room , she need to rest "he said

" Hey you come with me " Luis said

"Treat her with respect Luis "the alpha king snap

"Am sorry " he quickly apologize but I could see how furious he looks , Inka rose up and with out questioning she followed Luis and they walked out of the dining room .

"Come with me Makima "he said.

He took me to a garden outside behind castle , there were electric lights all around the garden to keep it bright since it's already dark . The garden looks unkept ,the flowers were already dead . He walked straight to a Willows tree which has a bench right under its canopy.

"Have a seat "he said and i sat down

" Do you know why I brought you out here "he ask

"No "I shook my head

"Good , do you by any chance know what w wolf mate is "he ask

" Yes , wolf mates are wives or husband's created by the moon goddess to be a life time partner to wolf . "I said base on what I understand, mom thought me alot about wolves and their traditions. I don't know why but she did .

"I see , well you are my mate " he said and i pause and look up at his face .

"I-i don't understand"I said confuse

" I don't have the time to explain but all I can tell you is that you are my mate , but am sure you can feel the mate bond . But I won't blame you if you don't feel it because you're human , humane feel just 20 percent of mate bond . " He said , this is crazy what is he even saying . Am his mate should I be excited that am gonna spend the rest of my life as his mate or should I be angry that am gonna spend the rest of my life with the man that wipe out my people .

" Your proximity will be enough to keep my wolf calm , but for now no one is to know that you are my mate . Keep it to yourself for now and if I find out you say a word about this then Inka will be the one to pay the price . Is that clear "he said and I quickly nod .

"Good I will take my leave now "he said and walk away , I watch his figure disappeared out of sight .

I pondered on the fact that am mated to a cold creepy guy, how am I even gonna survive him and to make matter worst Inka life is on the line .

I huff and shut my eyes while trying to calm my head.

."hehehe "I heard a low female laughter and I open my eyes but found no one and just when I was about to relax the person laugh again .

"Who's there "I ask now standing on my feet .

" Don't be afraid child " a calm beautiful voice whisper and just then I saw a lady dressed in a white gown , she had a crown of a full gold moon . Her eyes were beautifully blue like the ocean and her skin flawless and glowing , she float on the air like a weightless feather.

I swallow into nothing as I stared at this mystical being , I was paralyzed to the extent of couldn't move all I could do was stared at her .

"Who are you "I manage to ask

"You know who I am child , anyways. Sure you have met my 7th son, you don't have to be scared or bothered about him . He will learn to love you but all you have to do is make him see reasons to Love you " she said

" I don't understand you at all , who is..wait wait are you talking about the alpha king . You're his mother "I ask shock and she giggled like a child .

"Yes he's my son , he's my son with Apollo the god of the sun .too bad he resided to roam around this wicked world "

" Apollo the Greek god if you're Apollo wife then it's means you're ..."I gasp when realisation hit me hard , ancient green believe the sun and the moon ones got married and they produced 7 children . 5 from the head of the Apollo and 2 from the heart of the moon goddess .

"Hello are you listening to me "she wave her hand hoping to get my attention but I was too frozen to react , she huff and flew around me .

"Oops geez what was I thinking showing myself too early to you , anyways am gonna leave you now it's seems your brain isn gonna crash if I saw any more about myself , till next time Makima . "And with that she vanish out of sight .

Okay what just happened, how the hell is alpha king her son .

**** Third person point of view ****

Alpha Craig laid on his bed while trying to sleep but it was impossible to sleep because of Escanor who won't stop ranting .

" Why the hell did you threaten her , you're installing fear in her heart . We are to install love she not the other way round "Escanor yell , alpha Craig cover his face with a pillow as he try hard to keep calm .

" She's really beautiful, and why the hell did you allow her to sleep in another room . She's supposed to be with us in this room , lying down next to us . " Escanor yell

" Escanor please am begging you just allow me to sleep "he pleaded

"Hell no , let's talk this out right now . Heat is coming up just after the full moon , there's no way am gonna allow you have sex with anyone aside from our mate "

"Yes sir now allow me to sleep " alpha Craig sair tediously

" I want to see our mate face one last time before we sleep "

"Do you know what the time is Escanor,it's 1:20Am in the morning , you want me to wake her up by this time of the night "alpha Craig almost scream

" Who cares now do as I say else am gonna make sure you stay awake all night. "Escanor said

" I hate you Escanor I swear I do " alpha Craig whine , he got off his bed and walk out of his room . He walk slowly down the hall way and finally he stood right in front of Makima room door .

He knock twice

"Who's there "her and sleepy voice echoed

"Open the door Makima "he said and shortly the door was unlocked , she lean on the door looking tired she sleepy . Her hair war totally messed up .

"You're majesty "she flinch the moment she recognised him , alpha Craig say something when Escanor took control of his body .

" You...you look beautiful" he said smiling

"Huh "Makima mumble confuse and overwhelmed by his complement.

" Your .." she was about to say when he wrapped his left arm around her waist she pull her close to himself and he place a warm kiss on her lips , her body instantly froze . He step back and smile ones again .

" Have a good night mate "he said and wave at her before walking away with a cheerful happy , fulfilling smile in his face .

Makima stood still blinking like a lost cat as she try to apprehend what had just happen , her cheek instantly redden as she touch her lips .

" ESCANOR!!!!!!! "Alpha Craig roar the moment he took control on his body .
