Chapter 4 4. Stuck In Vampire Castle

"Eenggg..." Angel groaned softly with his eyes still tightly closed. He intended to move from his sleeping position on his side, but suddenly felt a sharp pain that made him wake up.

"Oh my God..." Angel groaned with his eyes slowly opening, feeling discomfort in his groin when he moved. "I why-"

Angel was unable to continue his sentence as his consciousness gradually returned, his brain began to play back all kinds of erotic memories he experienced last night. Suddenly Angel's eyes widened, and her face started to turn red.

"I-" Angel's gaze fell to her body which was still wrapped in the blanket, and she realized that there was no other cloth decorating it. "Gosh... it really happened."

Angel let out a long sigh, his eyes wandering to the ceiling of the room. Slowly his lips curved into a crooked smile. "So, I'm really an American girl now? Ridiculous."

In the midst of mixed feelings, Angel was startled by the ringing of his own cell phone. He turned quickly towards the source of the sound, grabbed the flat object on the nightstand.

"Morning, Mom," answered Angel after receiving a call from her mother.

"Morning, Honey... are you okay?"

Angel smiled, his feelings warmed every time he felt his mother's attention, which was sometimes too excessive. "I'm okay, Mom."

"Where are you now?"

"I have-" Angel suddenly fell silent, his memory returning to what he had forgotten last night. He immediately moved to sit up, ignoring the pain wracking his core.

"Oh Lord!"

"Angel, what's wrong with you?"

"Mom, I'll call you later." Angel turned off the phone quickly, his eyes began to move to observe every corner of the room he was currently in.

The room is very spacious, with a dim atmosphere and an ancient feel. Every detail of the interior there seems to symbolize mysterious power, looking scary but also artistic. He himself was now on a large bed with four supporting pillars full of intricate carvings.

"This is... Erick's room?" Angel muttered with a tingle of fear starting to spread in his chest. He pulled the blanket down, covering his body tightly again. "And he is a-"

Angel couldn't continue his sentence. He again remembered the strange things that happened to him last night. A quick change of place, the appearance of Erick's scary side, and suddenly he forgot everything.

"Jeez... what happened to me?"

"You enjoyed it."

The baritone voice made Angel's body jump on tiptoes in surprise, reflexively turning towards the open door. He shuffled backwards until his back was pressed tightly against the head of the bed, feeling very afraid when he saw Erick, who was currently wearing clothes like a king from ancient Greece.

"Hey, why are you afraid of me, darling?" Erick chuckled amusedly, then sat right next to Angel's body. "Didn't you really enjoy my touch last night?"

"Actually- who are you?" Angel asked softly, his body was covered in cold sweat which was starting to pour out in this cold room.

"As you think now," Erick answered casually. He could indeed read Angel's mind, but could not enter or change the girl's mind like he could with other humans.

"You- a vampire?" Angel's eyes widened completely, and her face quickly paled.

"Why?" Erick reached out a hand and stroked Angel's cheek gently, "Are you afraid?"

Angel shuddered in horror, feeling Erick's cold hands. However, he tried his best to maintain his remaining sense of bravery. "Did... you bit me?"

"I would love to, unfortunately I can't."

Angel's brow furrowed deeply. "So, I'm still alive?"

Erick chuckled amusedly. "Didn't you just talk to your mother on the phone? Can a dead person do that?"

Instantly Angel's eyes widened quickly, there was a twinkle visible in them. At least he was still alive, even though he could die at any time here.

"Then what do you want?" Angel asked, starting to show a brave look.

"I," Erick's thumb moved to caress Angel's slightly parted lower lip, "want to make you my queen here?"

"You are crazy?!" Angel shouted loudly, his eyes shining sharply. "I want to go home!"

"Unfortunately you won't be able to go home, darling," replied Erick with a crooked smile.

Angel slapped Erick's hand roughly. He pulled the blanket over him, then hurried out of bed. Her eyes wandered again, looking for the dress she was going to wear. "Where are my clothes?"

"Last night I tore it."

"What?!" Angel screamed with his eyes widening rapidly. "Then what should I wear?!"

Erick shrugged indifferently. "You don't need to wear anything, after all I've seen and enjoyed every inch of your body."

Angel remained silent with an amused tickle in his stomach, his face starting to feel hot as he remembered their wild union last night. However, in the next second his logic began to return, realizing that who he was with now was not an ordinary person.

"I want to go home!" Angel said firmly. He was again made to tiptoe when he felt the flash of Erick's fast movements, and now the young man was in front of him.

"I told you, you won't be able to get out of here. Because since the union of our bodies last night, you have become my queen."

"No," Angel shook his head quickly, "that's impossible."

"Nothing is impossible for me, darling..." Erick brought his face closer until their lips pressed together. "You were destined for me."

Angel froze when Erick's lips covered hers, kissing her as gently as usual. He couldn't deny that he really liked the young man's kisses, even the taste of Erick's lips seemed to have become an addiction for him.

"Your lips are very sweet, I really like them," whispered Erick after breaking off their kiss.

Angel blinked quickly, and at that time Erick was no longer in front of him. He was shocked by the strangeness that he still couldn't get used to, and now he was alone in this scary room again.

"Oh my God... what should I do..." Angel pulled her hair, one hand still gripping the edge of the blanket that covered her innocent body.

Angel's eyes wandered again, immediately fixated on a large door in front of him. With quick steps, he headed towards the door, tried to pull the handle but it was locked tightly.

"Unlucky!" Angel cursed in annoyance. He started racking his brain to find a solution, that's when he remembered the cell phone lying on the bed.

Angel grabbed the flat object, preparing to call his mother again when he was faced with another fact, he didn't know where he was now.

"How can I ask for help if I don't know this place!" Angel screamed as he ruffled his hair in annoyance, letting the blanket slide off him.

"Oh my God..." Angel slammed her innocent body back onto the bed, just as the bedroom door opened.

"Good morning, Your Majesty..."

Angel sat up, looking at the woman in a maid outfit who was walking over carrying a pile of clothes. "Who are you?"

"Let me introduce myself, I am Anne - your personal maid," answered the woman while bowing respectfully.

"What exactly is this place?" Angel asked curtly as he stood up.

"This is the palace of His Majesty King Erick Cullen."

"King?!" Angel screamed with wide eyes.

"That's right, Your Majesty. His Majesty Erick is our king, the vampire king of the Cullen clan."
