Chapter 2 It can't be him!

The next day, Zhu's youngest Madam, Zhu Yao strolled with Xiu Xiao in A city district. They walked in a slow pace having a better view of the A city district. She wanted to experience a normal life that was the reason she had a walk. Zhu Yao had never had a stroll before as the M Nation President daughter, she must learn to keep low profile and elegancy. It would be weird for people to see her stroll on the street. There are many thieves outside there looking for different ways to get wealth, seeing her was a big opportunity.

The Zhu's had a strict security, so they never encountered any sudden act of robbery unlike the commoners in M Nation.

A city district was where every poor people would wish to live but it was very expensive that even a normal rich man cannot afford. It had the best infrastructure and a strict security not even a teeny tiny fly could enter without permission. Xiao couldn't help but compare A city district with her little town, there was a huge difference.

Zhu Yao and Xiu Xiao got along really well and that made other maids hated and envied her more because they had been working there for decades and they had never experienced the opportunity to walk with their Young Madam. Xiao and Yao shared the same age and they were considered as best friends.Every one liked Xiao for her quiet and calm nature except the maids and the head maid.

They had just a bodyguard who wore normal clothes not to take to much of attention but still people couldn't help to look at them suspiciously. They said simple things along the way.

Yao couldn't stop talking about her brother, Zhu Jingyi. Xiu Xiao felt like she had known him with the familiar features Yao gave him. Well, Xiu Xiao looked forward to meet this mysterious Zhu Jingyi. After some time they left back to the Zhu Mansion not to walk too further.

They entered laughing happily as the maids watched enviously from the side. Even the bodyguard that usually had a strict face couldn't help but smile a little.

Then a cold female voice rang from the entrance as a woman in her early twenties appeared slightly older than Xiu Xiao raising her head with pride as two bulky bodyguards appeared behind her back as a sign of protectiveness. She walked towards them elegantly with arrogance as her expensive dress had its brand name designed obviously on them.

"Where are you coming from?" Mei Su asked with a cold demeanor as she glared scornfully at Yao.

Yao beamness reduced as she replied back:

"How is that your Business?"

She gritted her teeth and clenched her fists in pure anger.

"Watch your mouth Yao! I'm now your sister in-law" Then her fiery eyes landed on the calm Xiu Xiao. She raised her head to look at her as if she hadn't seen her. She stared at her with pure contempt and disdain.

Then Xiu Xiao realized the person standing at the front of her was the said Zhu Jingyi's wife. She bowed little to show a sign of respect but Mei Su eyes swept over her.

"Have you lost your manners? How can you stoop so low to walk with a maid? You even walked out without enough security! This is so unexpected of you" she bellowed.

"Mind your own business! Stop meddling in other people's affairs"

"Keep your mouth shut! I'm your sister in-law " Mei Su yelled as her face was red with anger.

The bodyguards were helpless at this point it was a trivial matter between different families. The maids looked at Xiu Xiao with resentment as their eyes obviously said "you were the cause of all this".

Xiu Xiao looked helpless too as she watched them bickering. She also felt it was her fault. If she hadn't strolled with her, this would have never happened.

"Who cares if you are my sister in-law? You're just a slut who lacks moral upbringing" Yao said with brutality.

"How dare you!" She screamed with fury as she raised her hand to hit her on the face. But Zhu Yao was quick to stop her.

"Don't you dare!"

Mei Su lost her strength out of anger, she stumbled and fell. What a disgrace to the Mei's!. Zhu Yao knew how to defend herself. Normally, Mei Su was a bully. She loved oppressing. She was spoilt and lacked etiquette and manners. People wondered why Zhu Jingyi married her.

"What is going on here!" A calm stentorian voice greeted the hostile atmosphere.

Xiu Xiao heard the familiar voice, then her heartbeat increased as he appeared out of the thin air.

Xiu Xiao froze:

"Hong Gong ?" Xiu Xiao whispered to herself in shock. "It can't be him, it's not possible " she almost stumbled out of shock.

But his eyes were not on her, they were on Mei Su who started to sniff.

"Your sister pushed me to the ground just because I corrected her all because of this maid, isn't this in unfair?"

His eyes fell on Xiao who had a shocked expression.

His expression turned cold but it was different than his normal coldness, his face told the opposite of his expression. His eyes maybe cold, aloof and distant but it seems they tell the opposite.

Xiu Xiao unable to hold her shock, she excused herself immediately. A bodyguard attempt to hold her back but Zhu Jingyi stopped him.

"Let her go"

Maintaining his straight face, he said to Mei Su grimly who was still sitting on the ground.

He simply said:

"You both are not kids anymore, this unexpected from the both of you, this shouldn't repeat itself"

He said as he walked along with Zhu Yao with a disturbed face.

Mei Su gritted her teeth and screamed at the bulky bodyguards behind her:

"What are you staring at!"

They quickly helped her up, she pushed them away: "Don't touch me! hmph! I can walk myself"
