The night came again, and with another day over for Sandy, she went home very tired.
Before Sandy could leave, Lily called her. "Sandy, wait!"
She turned and waited for Lily to come closer. "Why?"
"Come with me. Let's eat. In the street vendor nearby."
"I have no money for that; I'll buy my mother and me a dish, then I'll pay for the fare."
Lily pulled Sandy's hand away. "Don't worry, I'll take care of you. I know you have something to do first; we'll only eat street food nearby on the side of the road. I craved to eat those; it's been a long time since the last one."
In the end, she just went with Lily and could also see if there was a dish to be bought along the way that was new to her taste.
They stopped at a side street where a tricycle was parked with various street foods. She didn't spend money because Lily bought a plastic cup with different street foods and gave it to her. She said it's only a little because she and her mother will eat together when she gets home.
After they ate, she and Lily talked for ten minutes before she said goodbye and went home because it was eight o'clock at night. She also needs to get home immediately. But as she walked to the taxi parking lot, she heard a loud crash, as if someone had been hit.
Since she was close to where the noise was coming from, she couldn't avoid going to the side of the road. She thought there was an accident, but she couldn't see whether a car hit a person or an animal.
A woman was screaming for help, but the bystander didn't even do anything to help the victim. Sandy noticed a hand that she could see between the legs of the standing people, and it was not an animal that the car hit. There was nothing she could do either, so she decided to leave where she was standing, but when she stepped on one of her feet, she suddenly felt dizzy and felt something had pierced her neck. She tried not to close her eyes, even though it was getting blurry.
Even though Sandy's knees were weak, she turned behind her and saw a human figure. Because her vision was so blurry, she closed her eyes completely.
Before Sandy fell to the ground, a man wearing a face mask, a cap, and wearing black from head to toe caught her.
That person took the phone from his pocket and called someone. "I found her; she's with me at this moment," the man said before hanging up on the other line. He carried Sandy's bridal style, and those who met them did not suspect it because the man's appearance was just like Sandy's boyfriend's, and those who saw it seemed that Sandy was drunk, so her boyfriend just carried her. People don't know that they don't know each other.
A black car stopped in front of the man, and he quickly put Sandy inside. Sandy was fast asleep because of the syringe the man injected into her. The car traveled for about two hours before stopping in front of a mansion. The man who carried Sandy into the car earlier came out, and another man came out of the gate from inside the courtyard of the mansion wearing a black tuxedo. "Are you sure the girl you picked is the one the boss is looking for?"
"I won't make a mistake because I have the picture you gave me."
The man nodded, and it looked like he was the head bodyguard based on what he was wearing. "Pick her up; the boss is coming-wait a minute, I have to tell him that she has been found and to which room the girl will be taken." The man in the cap stopped trying to grab Sandy.
The man in the tuxedo turned and walked a few steps away from the car. He picked up the phone and called someone. It took several rings before it immediately answered the call.
"Hello!" said his boss on the other line.
"Boss, they found the person you were searching for, and she is already here."
The so-called boss stopped for a moment while holding the phone in his left hand and the steering wheel in his right. "Are you sure she's the one I'm looking for?"
The man smiled slightly. "Yes, boss, confirm."
The man on the other end grinned. "Good then, take her to my room, and don't stay inside for too long. Leave her and leave the room immediately," said the person on the other line, seriously.
"No problem; I will follow."
After their conversation, the man hung up the phone, turned to the man beside the car, and motioned to pick up the woman and follow him.
Meanwhile, the man called Boss is Brix, a billionaire winery owner who is also a fashion designer of tuxedos.
"Finally, I can do what I should have done before." Brix grinned and sped up his car.
While Brix was traveling home, Sandy was brought to Brix's room and laid on the bed. Before the man left, they closed the door and kept watch outside the room.
Brix got home quickly, and as soon as his car was parked in front of his house, he immediately got out. He walked without a brake, so the attaché case he was carrying was silently given to his maid, who was supposed to meet him. He went up to the second floor of the house to his room.
He stopped for a moment outside. "Is she awake or asleep?" he asked his men outside the room.
One of his men answered. "She's still asleep until now, sir, because she was injected with a sleeping pill, but she'll wake up in a few minutes. The effect of the medicine on her body will wear off."
"Good then. Leave us first, and go downstairs first."
The two men followed, and Brix was left in front of his bedroom door. He also stood and stared at the door for a minute before slowly opening it and entering.
There is darkness in the room because only the light on the side of the bed provides light inside, so even the person lying on the bed cannot see. He walked slowly and stopped at the foot of the bed with his hands in his pants pockets.
Meanwhile, Sandy's mother had been waiting for her daughter. She also looked out the window several times to see if her daughter was outside, but Sandy was not there.
"Where is Sandy?" She sat on the sofa and waited for her daughter again, just thinking that Sandy might have overtime at work.
At the time when Brix's men said when Sandy would wake up, this was the time, which is why Sandy's eyelids slowly moved, indicating that she was awake and that she just had to open her eyes.
She slowly opened her eyes, but at first, her vision was still blurry, but after just a few seconds, it gradually became clearer as she stared at the ceiling. She stared at the ceiling for a moment before slowly frowning because what she was seeing was unfamiliar. Her eyes turned around in the room even though she was lying down, but when she realized that it wasn't their house where she was, she immediately sat up, but she almost fell, so she was able to support her two hands on the bed. It seems that the injection had a little more effect on her medication.
She was about to leave the bed and leave the room when someone spoke, which slightly surprised her.
"Where do you plan to go?" His voice was harsh and mixed with threats.
Sandy's heart beat faster when she heard the voice. She immediately searched inside the room where it came from, and when she saw it, she couldn't see his face because it was dark in his place. She only noticed that he was holding a glass full of wine while stirring slowly, so she could hear the ice hitting the glass.
"Who are you? was her scared question. She didn't know who the man was or why she was in this room. All she remembers is walking to the taxi, and she doesn't remember anything else that happened.
Brix lowered the glass he was holding, but before that, he drained the contents and placed it on the small table next to him.
"How are you?"
She frowned at the man's question, but she didn't answer.
She heard the man laugh softly. "You just spoke earlier. Why can't you answer my simple question?"
She swallowed because of the tone of the man's voice, which seemed to have anger every time he spoke. "Who are you?" She repeated her question, but Brix's small smile disappeared.
"Why are you asking that? You should know who I am just by my voice."
Sandy quickly got out of bed and fled the room because she was surprised by what the man was saying that she couldn't understand, as if he were saying that she knew the man very well. She succeeded and continued, but when she went down to the living room of the mansion, men were blocking the way to the door of the living room, wearing the same clothes.
