Alisa felt amused when she saw his reaction. Frankly, she did not mind having him around for the date as she would be leaving tonight. She might as well let them have their way this one time and she would consider it a friendly goodbye."Shall we?" she asked, stretching her hands towards them. Jason and Jordan were pleasantly surprised and immediately took her hands. Jason took her bag from her, and they walked out of the house holding hands."Where to love?" Jason asked, looking at Alisa endearingly. He did not bother to hide his joy and excitement. Jordan as always kept a straight face, but Alisa just figured he was not much of a talker."We should go get dinner and then go for a walk" she replied and then asked, "What do you think?""Fine by me" Jason replied. He was looking forward to sharing another meal with his mate.Alisa looked at Jordan and then asked, "Is that fine with you too?"Jordan was taken aback for a second, this was the first time he spoke to her of his own accord. He felt his heart warm as she looked up at him, waiting for his answer."I'd love to" he replied staring at her intensely. She felt her body shiver in excitement but soon pushed the feeling away and smiled broadly."I know the perfect place for dinner and it's just 10 minutes' walk" she said walking forward, her arms held tightly by them both.Jason, being the chatterbox, soon struck up a conversation with Alisa and they chatted as they walked. Jordan's face fell as he felt left out. He had never had a relationship with a girl before, so all this was new to him. He envied Jason and his natural talent for making connections with people easily, but he also felt glad that they were both mated to the same person. He was afraid that his boring personality and lack of skill might have been a hinderance to the development of their relationship."This is the place!" Alisa announced as they stopped in front of a fancy restaurant. This was the same place she worked, and it once belonged to her mother, so she wanted to see it one last time. She was off duty today because she would be participating in the blood moon ceremony. She also had tomorrow off so that she could rest after the shift tonight.She was sad for the customers who would miss her dishes, but she was not a bit sorry for Mira. She had many good memories here and was hoping to make one more happy memory before she left for good."You okay love" Jason asked, noticing the slight change in her mood."Yes, I am fine" she replied with a smile before walking into the restaurant with them following behind her.On entering the restaurant, Alisa walked to the reception to book a private room. The receptionist looked down on Alisa when she said she wanted to book a private room."As if you could afford it" she snorted in disdain and Jordan growled furiously.The initially noisy restaurant fell completely silent, and everyone trembled in fear. The receptionist pissed on herself in fear and Alisa's knees felt weak too. She had to admit that his power was terrifying.The receptionist had not recognized Jordan or Jason as she knew little about the King brothers. She had seen them behind her but never thought they could be with her and now that she did, her life was hanging on a thread. The men before her obviously looked a hundred times scarier than normal Alphas and she knew for sure that she was doomed.Mira rushed to the reception when she saw what was happening through the surveillance footage in her office. She had heard that there might be something going on between her and the King brothers but seeing it now with her own eyes made her uncomfortable."My Lord!" She greeted them, going on her knees at once."I apologize for my employees' disrespect" she said with her head knocking against the floor."Don't apologize to me, apologize to her" he growled pointing at Alisa.Mira was stunned for a moment and her heart was immediately filled with jealousy, but she did not dare show it on her face."Forget it" Alisa said grabbing onto a stiff and raging Jordan. "We are here for a meal so let's just get it over with"She then turned to Mira and said "We would like to have a private room""Sure, sure" Mira replied immediately, she got up, grabbed the keys to the most luxurious private room in the restaurant and led them to it.The moment they were gone, those on the ground floor sighed in relief and soon began to gossip about what they saw and heard. Those who took a photo immediately posted it on the private app for shifters.They all used #thekingbrothers in their post and as a result, the news spread across the world in a small period and thousands of werewolves saw it. Most high-ranking wolves began sharing the news with their Alphas.Gabriel soon saw the news. He was pleasantly surprised to know they were at the same restaurant as he, but he was not too shocked by the news.In less than an hour, the news caused a sensation in the werewolf community. It was seen as a big deal because both brothers were involved in the news. It was no news to many that the Alpha King's identical brother was a Casanova, but the king has never been seen with a woman that is not his sister, mother, or granny. The way they were both holding her hand proved that she meant something to them, and it got a lot of people curious."You shouldn't have reacted like that" Alisa said to Jordan the moment the waiter left to get their order."I wasn't offended by what she said" she added."No one gets to disrespect my queen" he replied, stunning Alisa. She was taken aback for a moment and almost did not know how to react.After pulling herself together, she retorted with a calm face "I am not your queen"."Not now, but you will be soon" Jordan said calmly and Jason nodded in agreement. He had to admit, his brother gave quite the befitting answer.Jordan did not see anything wrong with Alisa's statement, so he was not threatened by what she said.Alisa smiled but said nothing. She could not alarm them or else they would make it difficult for her to escape tonight. Alphas were possessive monsters, and she knew she had to be careful. If they doubt her sincerity towards them then her escape will become an impossible mission.She thought she had them where she wanted and tonight would go as she planned but unfortunately, all the odds were stacked against her, and her plans and Jordan had eyes on her 24/7.
